직원이 자리에 잘 없는 게스트하우스
가격 대비 시설 및 편의 시설이 없었습니다. (휴게실 1층 물 및 모든 시설 사먹는 시스템) (오픈 2층 침대이며, 매우 좁아 않아있으면, 머리가 숙여집니다.) 직원이 상주하지 않고, 게이트 키만 주고! 사워실만 알려주고 끝 (새벽에 1~2층 사이 문이 잠겨서 1시간 비상연락 연락하니, 아침까지 기다리라 하고! 컴플레임하니 1시간 후에 와서 열어줌!) 전체적으로 힘들었고 추천하지 않습니다.

패밀리룸은 너무 열악했다.
가족끼리 간 여행에서 저렴한 숙소를 찾기 위해 예약한 곳. 리뷰가 좋아서 기대하고 갔지만, 체크인을 하고 방을 확인한 후 매우 후회했다. 방은 화장실 옆에있는 문을 열면 바로 2층 침대 2개가 있는 구조였는데, 매우 비좁았으며 특히나 곰팡이 냄새가 심해 괴로웠다. 위치는 MRT와 가까워서 좋았으나, 그 근처의 환경이 먼지가 많고 시끄러워 편안한 휴식을 원한다면 비추천. 벌레가 많진 않았지만, 화장실에 날벌레가 많아 씻을 때 신경쓰이는 불편함이 있었다. 스텝과 주인은 친절했기 때문에 이 점에선 만족한다.

エクスペディアを通しての連絡に返事がなかった。メールで部屋について連絡をしたと言うが、メールは届いていなくて、部屋に入るのに苦労した。トイレットペーパーさえなかつた。

Strange experience- no one at reception for check in but mail had been sent with details. 3 rooms on one floor- not sure if they were all dorms but only one bathroom for us to share which was a little annoying! Additional toilets downstairs but a bit out of the way. Some sheets were not changed on beds as other people checked out which I did not like. No one at reception for check out so we just had to leave. Overall strange set up but location was ok and cheap for Singapore

こんな宿はあるのか、と思うくらい最悪でした。 まずチェックインの対応が悪い。22時まで可能と書いてはあるものの、21時に到着すると既にフロントは閉まっており、ホテル内にも入れず「こちら(電話番号)に電話を」と書いてありました。運良く中に人がいたので開けてもらい、中の電話を使いましたが、ネット・電話が使えない状態の旅行者はホームレスになってしまいます。電話をすると2.3分で来ると言われたものの、最終的に10分以上待たされました。 さらに、予約していたにもかかわらず、部屋を用意できないと言われ、返金もしないと。また、トイレ・シャワーは不潔以外の何でもなく、シャワーは水しか出ません。セキュリティも甘く、部屋でさえも、コードが分かれば誰でも入れてしまいます。 朝食なんてありませんし、なにもかもとりあえず汚いです。

Booked Double room through hotels.com for me and two kids for 3 nights, one kid is under 4 yrs, After booking, send a email to the hotel to confirm the room and arrival time, been told everything is ok. On the arrival day evening, nobody at reception, called the owner, been told no double room left for us due to their system error, no apology and no explain, only ask me and two kids to stay in a 6 bed dorm room, and badly only left two upper bed for us. After i even found out another 2 person sleep on the mattress on the floor in that tiny room. Totally unacceptable and horrible, the people in the room end up sleep from 3am and by 6am got up again,me and my kids was badly disturbed and only slept 3 hours . The next day morning, after complain to the receptionist and request 1 st night money refund, the owner never showed up and refuse to give refund for their poor service. I had paid full price for private double room through hotels.com , but the hotels give me 2 bed in a dorm and refuse to refund the difference. totally rip off. Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to arrive and end up with no room like me.

Cheap, and okay for one night
The text suggested the rooms were for four persons, but there was only a room for 8 persons. That was a bit disappointing. The bed was fine. I came in late and the mail to check-in was good. I left early in the morning. For one night it was fine.

My friend’s order has been cancelled.so her daughter lived in my bed.she and her son lived in the mix room.That is so bad for us.never live here any more!!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your stay with us. Please do kindly let your friend, Ms. Ying Lu know that we apologized for the first day issue for not being able to provide the type of room she required. She has booked a private room - 1 x Double Bed. She check in with 1 adult and 3 children. On day 1, we provide 2 x single Bed for her, but in a shared room. But on day 2 & 3, although she booked a 1 x Double Bed room, but she used 2 x double bed room and we did not do any extra charges for the additional bed she used as a compensate for her for the 1st day. Please do let me know if you required more support. Thank you.

一般般的青年旅館，但是便宜
優點就是便宜、新加坡的住宿大多很貴，可以花一點錢住到旅館算是不錯了。不過我們訂的房間沒對外窗，有時候冷氣會滴水，隔音沒有很好，是有點可惜。

ตกเครื่องตอนเที่ยงคืน จองโรงแรมผ่านแอฟ Hotels.com ตอนประมาณ ตี1 ไปถึงตี1กว่าๆ ซึ่งเป็นเวลาที่ดึกมากแล้ว โทรไปหาพนักงาน เค้าใจดีมาก รีบมาเปิดห้องพักให้ซึ่งตัวเค้าไม่ได้พักอยู่ที่โรงแรม ต้องขี่จักรยานมา มาถึงก็บริการพวกเราอย่างดี ตอนเชคเอ้า ยังช่วยบอกทางไปสนามบินด้วย น่ารักมากๆค่ะ ห้องพักก็กว้าง เตียงนุ่น นอนสบาย

Excellent Hotel Staff & good location
It was a memorable stay ...huda, Shasha & mustafa were very friendly Hospitality was awesome.. Recommended for family travellers. Clean rooms & toilets. Have all d facilities of a hostel better than a 4-5 star hotel as u get to interact with fellow travellers. Just like a home in singapore.

We recommended to stay!
Nice location, value for money and friendly staff. The bed is so comfortable to sleep well. The bed space quite big, the toilet is near to the dorm. The place a bit far from the subway station, need walk 15-20 minutes.

We didn't stay in this hostel & the staff transfer us to a different hostel as they blame hotel.com by not informing us that they were fully book. As a customer I was puzzled how this thing can happen & hope hotel.com can explain & we were very disappointed

Hostel super recomendable; buena onda del staff en todo momento. Ubicación inmejorable. Relación Calidad Precio exelente. No lo pensaría 2 veces. Cuando vuelva a Singapur ya se donde parar.

オーナーがフレンドリーなゲストハウス
設備は一般的なゲストハウスと同じでした。ポットも冷蔵庫も電子レンジも貸してもらえます。ただし、エアコンは一日中つけてると怒られます(笑) ロッカーが壊れていたので鍵を閉めても意味がありませんでした。そのため評価を4にさせてもらいました。チェックインも予定より早く着きましたが、すぐ入れてくれました。もう少し英語が話せたらオーナーともっと話せたなぁ〜 thank you for comfortable stay

Clean room for the family.
We booked the 4-bed family room for our family trip. Room is not big, but is clean. Common toilet is just next to our room. Satisfied with our stay.

Cheap, clean hostel close to Little India
Good little hostel close to Little India. The owner is helpful and friendly but not there all the time. This is fine as you have your own entry card and key. The hostel is clean and the bedding comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms was very welcome in the sweltering Singapore heat. The owner sells discounted attraction tickets and cold drinks. Boon Keng and Farrer Park MRT stations are walking distance away as the hostel is close to the intersection of Lavender Rd and Sarangoon Rd. The train system in Singapore is easy to navigate and makes getting around a breeze. There is City Mall, a western style mall at Farrer Park MRT station with brand name stores. Mustafa Mall with its many electronic and jewellery stalls is a little further down Sarangoon Rd. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend it for those on a budget. Good for families of 4-6 in the bunk rooms.

Clean hostel in good location. Very helpful staff.
Very affordable accommodation option for Singapore near Little India & close to bus route (bus stop right opposite hostel) and underground station just 5 minutes walk away. Staff very kindly waited up for our family of 6 (till after midnight) when our flight was unexpectedly & significantly delayed. They also let us store our luggage with them on our final day free of charge until the time we collected it at 6.30 p.m.

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet auberge. Les propriétaires sont ADORABLES, c'était mes 3premieres nuits à Singap ils m'indiquaient tout, les transports etc... C'est propre et bien place (3min du métro, 10min du fameux mustafa centre, 3min d'un foodcourt etc..) fortement conseillé! Surtout en arrivant, les propriétaires aident beaucoup à se sentir à l'aide et s'acclimater.

Great hosts with useful information.
We travelled as a family of 6 with small children to Singapore from a holiday in Malaysia and were looking for somewhere cheap. We had never stayed in a hostel before and were a bit wary. However, Huda was a great host, very friendly and gave us some great tips on where to visit and eat. The room was very comfortable and much better than we had expected. It was a shame we were only staying one night.

Good affordable accomodation
Im happy that the staff in Drop Inn are helpful,friendly and trustworthy. With my busy work schedule, i have to leave my guest in their care. So far, my guests were able to find their way around Singapore with their help. There were times i have to leave valuables to be passed on to my guests since i have no time to see them. My guests were able to recieve them. The place is clean. The only thing is the location. Its quite far from the MRT which is the main means of transport here in Singapore. Besides that.. everything is good. Its clean, its safe, its worth the price you pay for.

5 Star Backpacker Inn
The room for 8 person is clean. You get some privacy and the bed quality is awesome and looks brand new. They used ikea double deck beds so it's beautiful and pleasant. The inn is 10mins walk from Lavender MRT and a bus is available that stops a few steps away. Breakfast is simple-coffee and bread. Comfort room is clean. Wifi in room is amazing. The owner-HUDA is super friendly and attentive to your needs.

一人の旅行で行きました。 このホテルは「ベッドさえあればいい人」向けです。 バックパッカーのようなワイルドな男性なら良いかもしれませんが、女性には絶対オススメできません。 トイレと洗面所は何とか水が流れるので使えますが、共同トイレの便座の真上にシャワーヘッドがついているのでシャワーは正直使えるものではないです。 トイレにも紙がなかったので持参した方がいいです。また共同トイレ兼シャワー室に天井はありません。 事前にチェックイン予定時間の電話を入れましたがロビー受付員が施錠して帰宅してしまい、ホテル内に入れず、夕方から夜中22時頃まで外でホームレス状態になってしまいました。 通行人や近所のお店の人に助けられ、なんとか中に入りました。 部屋は全部で二段ベッド×3の部屋が3つほどあります。コンセントは下段ベッドであれば枕元にあります。 ホテルへの出入りはカードキーなので安全性はあります。しかし共同部屋に鍵はありません。 仮に他の旅行客がカードキーのロビー入口から変な人を連れ込んで来て、共同部屋に来ても悪しからず…という感じです。 ベッドは綺麗になっているので気になりませんでした。寝ることだけは出来ます。 早朝は6時になっても7時になっても受付は現れないので、朝食を頂くことなくチェックアウトする旨を書いたメモを残して帰りました。 立地的にラベンダー通りのLavender Food Square（ラベンダー・フード・スクウェア）が徒歩で行けるので、夕食では地元の人が作るローカルな味を楽しめると思います。
