싱가포르 최고의 호텔입니다 이곳에서 4박 다른 5성급호텔에서 2박했는데요 5성급호텔보다 서비스나 청결도, 편리함 측면에서 훨씬 우수한거같습니다. 가성비 호텔이라고 해서 기대없이 갔는데 싱가포르에 또 방문한다면 전 또 이곳을 방문할것같습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하고, 서비스 역시 지내는동안 너무만족스러웠습니다. 자연친화적인 환경에 깨끗하고 편리하고 행복한 경험을 주어서 감사해요 :)

Only WiFi in room for Mac, iPhone, Really bad.
Overall, I feel so good to stay here. but I had a bad experience with using the WiFi on a PC (MacOS). On iPad, It is almost perfect. but on the iPhone, Mac Pro, I used to have a problem that It did not show the login window to join the WiFi. In fact, I almost gave up using WiFi on my Mac Pro in the room and connected my iPhone 4G instead. If you are using a Mac, you may find it difficult to use WiFi.

클럽룸 후기가 좋아서 클럽룸으로 예약했는데 생각보다 특별한 건 없다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 21층 수영장도 아주 좋은 건 아니었고 또한 딱히 룸넘버 검사를 하거나 하는 게 아니라서 아무나 이용할 수 있어 보였어요. 하지만 호텔과 방 자체는 좋았습니다.

Great stay
It was located in central and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and cafes. The hotel was uniquely built up with outstanding architect and interior which was amazing to even just look around. The room was not that spacious but still has everything you need. Downstairs have the famous dessert place so easy to grab a coffee on your way out or in.

The building looks nice from the outside, the area is really nice and it's close to subway station. Couple of negatives, the check in counter is on the 12 the floor, not a deal breaker but it's a bit of a hassle to go to 12 the floor and then walk to different elevator across the building to go to your room. The rooms were okay, but cleaning staff didn't resupply our room with soap for 2 days in a row. But they did bring some up promptly after I called front desk. For those that care, the gym is not great. I like working out on my vacations and this gym felt crowded with 3 people in it. There are some local gyms within walking distance but they charge $30 or more per day for drop ins. Overall location is great, lots of great food within 10 min walk.

Stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely loved the place! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Their service went above and beyond to help us with small requests and make us feel welcomed. The rooms were really modern and clean. There were some days that were too hot to go outside and we are so glad we picked this place to hang out! Would recommend to everyone 10/10

Great location in a quiet area close to Chinatown. Very close to train station and only a couple of train stops to major attractions. Disappointed that the infinity pool was only available for payment of an additional fee. The available pool was a bit shabby. Disappointed that hotel restaurant was closed for a private function.

This hotel is outstanding especially all the staff who go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We stayed in their club room which was excellent with free breakfast etc. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in my travels. The location is great and walkable to many attractions and restaurants. I cannot speak highly enough though with all the staff & especially the concierge staff on level 1.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, besonders das durchdachte Lichtkonzept ist erwähnenswert. Viele weitere Kleinigkeiten machten den Aufenthalt angenehm,z. B. der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad,Bügeleisen,Snacks und Getränke. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stunning and unique hotel in an excellent location, easy to walk to some areas such as Chinatown and Marina Bay and the excellent and easy to use MTR sytem is 2 mins away to take you further afield. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Especially Lucas who made us feel so welcome on arrival and was so friendly and helpful during our stay. Was surprisingly quiet on a night for such a large hotel. The rooms are well designed and kept clean. Containing kettle, fridge, ironing board, toiletries and even a torch! Spent a wonderful 2 weeks here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
