Absolutely love Mary’s Boon. The property is nicely manicured and on a beautiful section of beach. A private oasis. The staff are top notch, and the service is impeccable. You can’t go wrong with Mary’s Boon.

Absolut traumhaft! direkt am wundervollen Strand der Simpson Bay! Auch das Hotel-Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen. Davon abgesehen ein Paradies für Planespotter mit Dachterrassen direkt neben der Startbahn. Fluglärm ist nur bedingt ein Thema, da Nacht praktisch keine Flüge stattfinden. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert, Parkplätze gibt es genug.

The grounds are beautiful. Having a restaurant on site was convenient. It’s next to the airport so it was noisy during the day, but quiet at night. The room that we were in was very small, no dresser to place clothes and no convenient place to put suitcases.

Location was great for a 1 night stay to catch plane or ferry. While it is very clean, right on the beach, the planes fly right over it until 7pm. It does stop over night and doesn’t start up again until after 8:30am The beds were very uncomfortable and while we were staying for just 1 night, we definitely couldn’t have stayed for 2 as they were extremely hard. The bar and food was good and the staff was superb!

Very relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was a bit dated and we had sugar ants climbing the wall one afternoon.

We enjoyed staying at Mary's property that sits right on the beach only steps from your room. Everything at Mary's is easy and laid back. The food is fresh and delicious in the restaurant.

Stayed here one night last minute to join my yacht crew the next day. It was the perfect location. Not too far from the airport and a short taxi to a strip or restaurants/bars. Right on the beach with a nice little bar/restaurant. The staff was lovely!! I’d stay here again!

We had an ocean-side view which was wonderful Didn't realize how close to the airport runway we were. But it did not bother sleep too much.

This is a sweet boutique type hotel right on the beach. We had a lot of fun there. The staff is wonderful. Only complaint is that it could be a little cleaner. Ceiling fans were dusty also window shutters were dirty

Beautiful and Fun!
I had a wonderful time. The staff works hard and are very friendly. The food is very good. The beach is beautiful, the gardens are lovely and the atmosphere is relaxing. It is right next to the airport which is convenient but can be noisy. It did not interfere with my stay. It is within walking distance to markets and restaurants. You can contact the resort if you need a taxi to and from the airport. I emailed the resort with questions and received a reply right away to prepare for my trip.

Mary’s Boon is a great place to stay. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday. Poll area is good place to just hang. Beach is awesome !!

Extremely outdated. Toiled plugged first 30 min of my stay. One sink worked and the handle broke off. Cockroach in the washroom. Dirty socks left in the closet and the sheets are stained. Great location. Great beach.

Great stay!
Mary's Boon was a great place with a wonderful restaurant / bar available as well. It is on a beautiful beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The downfall is the noisiness from the airport being so close. It was noisy early in the morning into the late evening/nighttime.

This was our 4th and probably last visit. Mary’s Boon is an eclectic property that has lost its way. The beach bar was integral to the atmosphere, it’s only open on Sundays. Staffing and retention seem to be a big issue. There is only one person in the dining room for breakfast, she takes orders, busses tables, delivers food, tends the bar and takes payment. This is the only restaurant in walking distance open for breakfast. The small bar can be very crowded with the limited wait staff covering 200 feet of beach as well. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is old but well maintained. This could be a fantastic destination resort if more attention was paid to details and the customer experience. The only competition in walking distance is one beachfront restaurant. It’s a mile to the next closest business.
