Our check in time is listed on all websites, including Expedia. 3:00 is a very standard check in time to most hotels. We do what we can to accommodate early check ins and get guests into their rooms as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, when we are busy, we need to give our housekeeping staff a little extra time to ensure rooms are cleaned properly. We apologize it took so long to get your into your room however we appreciate your understanding. Thanks again for the feedback.
