Hotel does not provide breakfast and has no pool. It was difficult to get the room temperature comfortable and the bed was not very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.

This definitely must be the nicest hotel in Sious Falls SD. We stayed with three adults in a 1 BR Suite and liked it so much westayed here again on our way back from our roadtrip to Omaha. Nice large suite with two TV's, a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a full kitchen and a full bathroom. ALl the furninshings look to be new and very high quality. Stafff is super nice and helpful. There is a well outfitted Workout room/ Gym and a laundry room and the lobby is well stocked with snacks and other items at very reasonable prices ($1 for a toothbrush, 1.50 for snakcs like chips or candy, and even mircrowave meals for only $3.50) - What more can you ask for for $135 per night? Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again anytime I am passing through Sioux Falls overnight.

The directions to the property were not accurate due to construction so it was very hard to find it at night. A couple of the front desk clerks were testy. It would be helpful if the cleaning services were more clearly displayed "up front." But the facility was very nice and comfortable and a great price.

Overall good stay. Noticed long black hair on the bathroom floor in corners immediately (my hair is short and light in color). So that made me wonder about overall cleanliness but I found nothing else obvious.

Extremely happy with our stay. The hotel room was larger than I expected. Everything was clean and nice. The hotel was quiet. It's definitely at the top of my list when I travel back to the area again. Highly recommend.

Very clean and right on the main roads
Great, clean and new hotel. A little loud with walking in the morning but the place is immaculate. Small kitchenette in the room is a great add!

The gal that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. She needed to have more patience with herself, talk louder when dealing with older adults checking in, be more respectful with co-workers and needed to have a more welcoming demeanor when dealing with the public arriving to the hotel.

Free laundry room for guests. Room was clean, kitchen had dishes and cook wear to use. And staff was nice and friendly.

Good for extended stay
Location was good, close to Walmart, fast food, dine-in restaurants and the highway. Bathroom hooks and towel bars were loose and fell off so unusable. The guide on the TV remotes did not work and so unable to see what shows were coming up, super frustrating. Would stay here again as the room was comfortable and staff was very pleasant.

Friendly staff! Room was spotless! Gym could use some weights but otherwise excellent facilities. Laundry is free for guests which is a big plus!

Suite was excellent with a nice kitchen. Very clean. Bed was only a double which was a little small for us but comfy. Only negative was there was no breakfast.

These beds are some of the most comfortable we've had. Building seemed very new and clean. Staff were nice and welcoming.

We picked this Hotel because it provided a hotel type room on Hotels.com. We paid a higher rate than other hotels in the area for this. The hotel room itself was good clean and and everything we need. However the first floor was completely under construction, tools and construction supplies stacked up everywhere. The floor in the lobby was being re-tiled making it hard to get in and out. you often had to work around pallets of hotel equipment to get to the elevator. The power went out as we were checking out and we had to carry all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Housekeeping was great but other staff was not very helpful. we would not of stayed if we knew the level of construction was going on.
