This is a lovely B&B in a very pretty area of Dublin. I walked to city center every day, but it is easily 2 miles with lots of pubs and cafes along the way. There is a bus stop two blocks away. My only comment would be that the rooms are not soundproof, creeky floors are to be expected in historic buildings. The street is very quiet and I would highly recommend this location
The hotel is located across from St. Stephen's Green, which appears to be the nicest part of town (from what I saw). It's near the main shopping area for tourists. The hotel is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but well laid out and comfortable. We ate in the bar -- the food was good (not spectacular).
