Hotel moderno con posizione invidiabile nel cuore di Skiathos. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, bene il bagno, carino il balconcino con vista sulla città e sul mare anche se da distante. Pulizie giornaliere. Note negative sulla camera: 1)mancanza di un armadio per i vestiti 2)aria condizionata abbastanza rumorosa 3)WiFi non sempre funzionante Note negative sulla struttura il fatto che in reception non c'è mai stato nessuno, tutte le comunicazioni abbiamo dovuto farle via mail o messaggio. Questo a fatto sì che il giorno del nostro arrivo, per esempio, ci abbiano fatto aspettare 40 minuti fuori dall'hotel, nonostante la comunicazione dell'orario. Credo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia leggermente elevato per quanto offerto.

Wir haben das Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt nach Skopelos benötigt. Es ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen. Die Zimmer sind wie auf der Webseite beschrieben, sehr sauber und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

It appears that the hotel was closed. The doors were locked and no one answered the telephone. I went to a local cafe for about an hour, then came back and gave it another try. Still not luck. As I was banging on the door, the neighbours came out and directed me to another nearby hotel, the Atlas. Luckily, they were open and I was able to get a room.

I left a day early as wasn’t happy with the room. Very tired decor, bit drab and depressing overall. Basic things like shower didn’t work very well. “Sea view” balcony was a disappointment - didn’t use. Would not return.

Great sea view and great value
The hotel is less than a 10 minutes walk from the ferry and the main corridor of the town. The staff is excellent, I had my luggages bought up and down the stairs by the man at the reception desk. The room had a sea view and was very comfortable. I would stay in this hotel again ☺️

If you want a place just to sleep at night while you are enjoying the island the rest of the time, it is great. It is conveniently located but difficult to find. It needs better directions.

What’s Not To Like?
I really loved my stay here. In fact I wish I’d come earlier. I had already “favourited it”. Super speedy check in. Lovely trendy comfortable room with balcony high above the town in a beautiful town location. I felt safe, comfortable and inspired. Wonderful black out curtains. I like to sleep & these really worked. A rare find & thoughtfulness in any hotel. I just loved it.

Ottima struttura al centro di Skiathos ma non direttamente sulla via principale della cittadina. Si trova su una parallela. L’hotel è quindi molto silenzioso. Personale al check-in cordiale e disponibile. Pro: centralità, modernità delle stanze, phon in camera potente (a differenza di tante strutture dove il phon ha una potenza bassa), doccia ampia e moderna, tanti asciugamani e kit da bagno degno di un hotel 4 stelle. Balconcino carinissimo con arredi. Contro: stanze un po’ piccoline ma comunque comode e moderne, il materasso a molle è migliorabile. Per chi ha bagagli pesanti l’hotel non ha ascensore e le scale sono un po’ ripide da fare.

Everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. Location perfect. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. AC perfect. Staff wonderfull, Dimitrios was exceptional. The only thing that could have been better was the wifi signal in my room.

Dopo aver notificato la struttura che saremmo arrivati la mattina dopo causa perdita della coincidenza ad Atene, ci prendiamo alle 8 di mattina per sentirci dire che la ns. camera era stata data via, in pratica il gestore dell’hotel ha venduto una camera due volte, una a noi e una ad altri ospiti. Abbiamo fatto notare il comportamento scorretto alla persona alla reception che seppur gentile e abbastanza disponibile era praticamente inutile in quanto rimandava tutto alla decisione del suo manager che ovviamente era via e sarebbe tornato solo a inizio settembre. Mai mi era capitato di subire un “overbooking” in un albergo. La stessa assegnataci, la numero 204 aveva un bagno estremamente piccolo, al limite dell’usabilitá. Ci sono delle scale sia per arrivare all’hotel (poche) sia per arrivare alla reception che per salire alle stanze, niente ascensore, quindi se avete problemi di mobilità o vi fate dare una stanza al primo piano disponibile o pensate ad altro. Nota positiva la posizione, in centro città Il comportamento scorretto e illegale del manager ha inciso molto sul giudizio su questa struttura Ottima l’assistenza di Expedia: celere nell’assisterci contattando la struttura per chiarire la situazione e nell’effettuare il rimborso per “l’overbooking”

Hotel in centro, comodo a piedi ma non avendo un parcheggio privato è un po un problema parcheggiare la macchina. Camera essenziale, mancanza di un armadio chiuso, c'è solo un piccolo spazio aperto sopra al frigo bar, comunque giudizio complessivo positivo

Lovely Boutique hotel, centred in the middle of skiathos town, close to bars, shops and bus station. The staff were a pleasure to deal with, able to answer any questions or give advice. Rooms are nicely decorated, with amenities working hot water, air conditioned rooms, wifi, the the hotel has a lovely roof top terrace with lovely views over the town, perfectfor early evening drinks or a night cap. The only thing too be aware of is the steps of the property, perhaps a challenge for some. Definitely would return to this hotel 5 stars

Lovely clean and central and spacious B and B with very helpful receptionist. Extremely central and decorated beautifully which you can see from the pictures on the website . With it being in the centre of town do expect the occasional Abba song to waft through the window I have a couple of comments about things that could easily be fixed :- (1) there wasn’t any hot water to shower in in the morning (2) the plastic mattress cover made the bed rather uncomfortable (3) the man in reception, when I asked said the tap water was not drinkable...and there’s were no bottles of water in my room. Now, he may have misunderstood my question as Greek friends assure me the water is drinkable.

Modern, very clean and comfortable. The rooms are smaller but still a very good size for this island. The staff a friendly and ready to help with anything you need. The roof-top is also a plus for a drink at night.

At the centre of things
This is more of a business style hotel. If you are staying longer than a couple of days you should pay the extra and get a larger room, as the small rooms are very small (the configuration of the room we were in meant we had limited daylight and very limited storage). The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is in the centre of the town ideal for tavernas, bars, port etc. If you struggle with steps this may not work for you as there are steps up to the hotel, the reception is on the next floor and then up a spiral staircase to most of the bedrooms. Very helpful staff and very clean and modern hotel with excellent WiFi.

Mitten im Zentrum, nah am Hafen und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Für hiesige Verhältnisse modern, ästhetisch und geschmackvoll. Wir hatten eine gute Sicht aus einem Eckzimmer. Die Dachterrasse ist in der Früh ein sehr schöner Platz, um seinen Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken.

Superb little hotel in a great location
This is a great little boutique hotel in the centre of Skiathos old town, within 5 mins walk from the port and 10 mins walk from free parking. It’s tucked away near the open air cinema so check the location before you arrive. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds especially so, one of the best of many hotel beds I have slept in. Great showers and bathrooms with lovely toiletaries. Each room has a balcony and somewhere to hang your towels and swimwear to dry outside. With a sink, fridge, kettle and crockery, it was handy to make breakfast alothough there is a lovely bar in reception open during the day to grab a coffee, juice or a bottle of wine. The design is urban chic and very stylish, the ‘official’ hotel photo’s do it justice without over-selling it as is so often the case. It’s full of lovely little touches such as complimentary tooth brushes and toothpaste which are thoughtful and useful. The rooms are not the biggest but in Skiathos old town you would struggle to find a large room amongst the small tightly packed and picturesque properties. Although small they are certainly not opressively so. We had a brilliant stay and the staff were attentive and very friendly without being intrusive. There isn’t 24hr reception but the staff provide two mobile numbers if you need anything out of hours and the staff were very accommodating of our ‘out of hours’ check in. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay.

El hotel está en el centro muy bien ubicado.
Teníamos nuestro vuelo a las 22:00 horas y fueron muy amables en cuidar nuestras maletas desde las 11:00 am hora del check out, pero al regresar por ellas después de un día de playa, no tienen un baño en la recepción que te puedan prestar

Excellent heart of the town hotel
Just returned this evening from our 9th skiathos trip in as many years after staying for two weeks at this wonderful hotel ! Brlliant location and brilliant staff -always on hand if needed but never intrusive ( unlike one town hotel I could mention) The bed was so comfy , the shower was the best I’ve experienced in skiathos town and the room was kept immaculate by the staff as it was cleaned daily with clean towels and bedding provided every day ! Another few bonuses- free air con , free WiFi and beach towels if needed. A special mention to kyriakos and Maria for being extremely helpful,professional and friendly and they were always approachable- well done guys !! All in all a brilliant time had by us both so thanks architectonika design hotel and thanks once again skiathos town ! We will definitely use this hotel again without hesitation

Fantastisk service!
Mycket trevligt, modernt och fräscht. Nära till allt förutom stranden men så är det här på Skiathos. Niko som mötte oss gav oss mycket information och anpassade sina rekommendationer efter oss, två unga tjejer. Stort plus för god service! En liten nackdel var att vårat var ganska litet och trångt men ändå himla mysigt!
