Strand und die schöne Stadt ( größer als gedacht!) waren völlig problemlos zu erreichen und trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage! In der Nachsaison bei prima Wetter einfach schön. Un très bon choix
Une chambre très confortable avec une vue splendide dans un hôtel familial et un personnel sympathique. À 10 minutes du port à pied et arrêt de bus tout proche pour aller à la plage. Accueil en français. Petit déjeuner en option correct.

We like everything about the hotel very clean friendly people Beautiful view . The only downfall is if you don’t have a car walking is quit a workout back and forth to the beach or in town. If you enjoy zen time by the pool great place.

Lovely hotel
Nice hotel at the top of a steep hill. A few minutes walk from the beach. Skiathos town is a 10-15 minute walk. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Staff are helpful and friendly, especially Sotos. Nice swimming pool with spectacular views.

Absolutely brilliant!
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! So much better than the 2 stars suggest. The welcome was warm and friendly and our first impressions were excellent. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, perfectly modern with a lovely outside space too. The bed was to die for! Absolutely huge and so so comfy. The family who run the hotel are so lovely, breakfast is great although more basic than in a more expensive hotel. The pool is lovely, plenty of comfy loungers and umberellas. The views are beautiful!! Location wise, this is just up a very steep hill from bus stop four and Skiathos town. We did this once a day with our baby in a pram and it was ok, but a level of fitness will be required otherwise jump In a taxi for a few euros. This place is absolutely lovely and a credit to the lovely family who run it.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast food could have been better and somewhat limited. Unfortunately very few people staying so lack of atmosphere in bar etc. Hotel was being closed down around us. So many steps to get to town and within hotel. Not suitable for unfit people.

Exceptionally good service
We received exceptionally kind and helpful service at this comfortable and unpretentious hotel. We only stayed one night on our way to Skopelos, but were sorry not to have more time there and would definitely return for a few nights in Skiathos. The pool and views are great and the hotel is in a quiet area.

Great hotel
Lovely family run hotel in good location for the beach, town and the bus that runs to other beaches on the islands. The view and the pool are exactly as the pictures show, we had a great stay.

Vista panoramica sul mare spettacolare e ottima posizione sia per la fermata del bus che per la cittadina. Ovviamente se si è a piedi c'è una salita da fare ma sono pochissimi minuti. Ottima zona piscina e personale disponibile. Migliorabile la colazione. Consigliatissimo.

The view was gorgeous! Staff was very friendly and always available to help. Very clean facilities and good breakfast. Papou Nikko was a joy to chat with! Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and another short walk into the town for evening fun. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Flott beliggenhet med flott utsikt.Stille og rolig.Kun en liten gåtur på 7-8min til’der det skjer’ midt i Skiathos by. Og gå til stranden er 4-5min. Flott nyoppusset rom/bad. Nice family run hotel
This is nice friendly family run hotel close to Skiathos town and Megali Ammos beaches. 32 rooms all with stunning sea views. We had room 401, clean with regular linen & towel changes. Efficient air-con and comfortable beds. Nice pool area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Never had problem of people reserving sunbeds for the 2 weeks we were there! Walking distance to main town and nearest beaches (10 mins) but up steep hill so may not be for everyone! Breakfast is limited but varied from fresh fruit to bacon & eggs, cold meats, cheese and cakes, plenty of breads to toast and good coffee - choice of juices from cartons - fresh OJ would have been nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return sometime hopefully 👍

Great location, friendly staff
Just returned from a week at Hotel Rene on a room only basis. We stayed in recently refurbished rooms with great sea views from the terrace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location only a 10 minute walk from the town centre (but up a steep hill)

Nice hotel. Lovely views
The hotel is situated on a hill in Skiathos. The views were lovely and the hotel was convenient for the town although it is a steep walk down and up. There is parking for hire cars and the buses are convenient for getting to the beaches along the south coast.

Relaxing holiday close to town
Excellent hotel close to town with wonderful views, However the climb up is steep and not for families with children or mobility problems you would need a car. If You are fit then the walk to town is approx 15 Mins.

Comfortable hotel with fabulous views
The rooms at this hotel were very clean and comfortable. The room had a fridge which was also great. The views from the rooms were spectacular and they were cleaned daily. My only recommendation would be that the hotel played some music by the pool as it was that quiet that you could here a pin drop and if you have children it can feel a little uncomfortable if they are playing and making noise. I also did not agree with having to pay 2 Euro for half a dozen ice cubes. This hotel is more suited for couples or groups of adults holidaying together in my opinion .

Trevligt familje hotell precis utanför Skiathos stad. Det tar ca 10 min att gå ner till huvudgatan, nedför till staden och en rejäl backe för att komma tillbaka till hotellet. Vi blev väl omhändertagna vid ankomst och fick bra förklaring hur alt ifrån frukost till hotellet fungerande. Frukost var okey, alt det som man önskar fanns. Köket steker ägg & bacon etc efter beställning. Fin pool som alltid var i mycket bra skick med vacker utsikt mot havet.

Couldn't be happier
The hotel was in a perfect location for my stay as I was travelling alone most of the time and didn't want to hire a car. Its a very short walk into town which made it simple for the evenings and it was easy to pick up buses from near the hotel to enable me to get to various beaches. The hotel has a nice family-run feel to it and the small but hardworking team of staff are all friendly. I felt safe and very welcome, the staff were happy to help with any questions I had and were keen to make my stay as relaxing as possible which was greatly appreciated. I had a twin room which was very spacious with a lovely balcony and lots of privacy. The room, the pool area and the breakfast buffet area are all very well maintained and really clean. For me it was perfect, much more modern and comfortable than some more basic accommodation I've stayed in before, but still friendly with lots of warmth and charm.

Nice Hotel with views of Skiathos Town
Had a lovely 10 days at this nice hotel. Our room was very clean, modern with a comfortable bed and a nice walk in shower. From our room and balcony we had fantastic views over Skiathos town and the bay. The pool and pool area is fantastic and very well kept with nice sun beds. There is a nice area in the shade for a cool drink and food with great views you can just look at for ages. The hotel is on a short steep road which can be hard to walk up in the heat or ladies in heels. If there is a negative to this hotel we felt that the lack of a late evening bar to come back to after going out for a meal etc made the hotel lack a warm feeling and a chance for people to mingle and get to know each other.

Anlände en söndag morgon med tidigt flyg från Arlanda. Vårt rum var inte klart men vi fick bra information av ägaren om diverse och satte oss att vänta på den fantastiska terassen. Glatt överraskade av rummets standard, måste vara bland det bästa vi bott i på Grekland, nyrenoverat och väldigt fräscht. Balkong mot havet och den underbara utsikten. Frukosten ganska enkel men där fanns allt vi ville ha och stekt ägg och bacon mot beställning i baren. Inga problem att få solstolar vid poolen. Vi låg bara vid poolen ankomstdagen och en annan dag, lugnt och skönt. Hotellet ligger högt och med ”backträning” på köpet. Stranden ligger nedanför hotellet med en trafikerad gata att passera. Den är ganska lång och vi gick en bit bort där solstolarna var färre och kostade något mindre, 8 euro för två stolar med parasoll. Mysig stad med hamn och gamla stan med många gränder och prång. Restauranger och barer överallt. Många butiker för den som vill shoppa. Prisläget något högre än andra grekiska öar kändes det som. Vi gjorde en båtutflykt till några andra stränder men finns flera olika alternativ nere i hamnen att välja på. Åker gärna tillbaka.

Chilled out hotel
We stayed here whilst on a friends wedding weekend trip. This is an amazing place, very friendly staff, very accommodating and quick to help. Room was modern and very clean, the pool was clean with amazing views. overall if you want a very chilled out relaxing hotel then this is the one. The town is about a 5 min stroll away so no taxis needed unless you struggle to navigate an incline to get to the hotel.
