Hi Anonymous. Thanks for your review of your recent stay. It's great to read that you enjoyed the Lodge and the service from our staff. We do our best to ensure you enjoy your stay. I am not sure as to why you list that it's impossible to drive straight to the hotel as this would appear incorrect. We sit proudly at the end of Buckwong Place and guests drive their vehicles to and from our Lodge on a daily basis to park outside the front door to load and unload their vehicles when they check in and check out. (as well as the Village services crew and daily delivery trucks!) We appreciate you choosing to stay, and we do hope to see you again when you are next in the neighbourhood.

Dear Anon. Thanks for taking the time out to write a review, and although you have rated us highly which is great, I was concerned to read there was a problem with your meal the second night you joined us for dinner. I trust you advised the staff in the restaurant to allow them the opportunity to rectify the situation, however, there was no mention to me that there were any problems. As this is not the usual feedback for our restaurant which has rated very highly again this season with our guests, perhaps you could contact me directly in regards to the issue so I can get a better understanding of the problem and we may be able to address it moving forward if required . . ? Hi Anon. Thanks for writing a review. I am happy to read that you found the lodge to be satisfactory to your needs. I am sorry about the parking situation, however we do advise that we have no onsite parking on our listing. Our guests take advantage of the 7 free overnight car parks located around the village, located between a 2 minute walk away and a 10 minute walk away from the Lodge. There are of course shuttle buses that run around the village, also free of charge that I am sure you all took advantage of. Kind regards, Nigel
