booked a room for 2 and then arrived with 4 guests our insurance doesnt cover overcrowding yet they still sneaked in the extra guests late at night next time this happens we wont let anyone stay

you booked a non refundable booking that was also non transferrable we did however offer to move back to the same day during next school holidays

if you are first to use the shower takes a while for the hot water to arrive but there is plenty of it 4 x 300l tanks run down is harsh

unfortunately we dont have air conditioning we have spent $50000 on double glazing which has made it cooler in summer and warmer during winter and we realise on extremely hot nights the fans might not be enough .There are no tables and chairs in the rooms and we have 3 common areas that we encourage guests to dine and socialise we certainly dont promote ourselves as a motel

this really gets my goat when 12 people arrive late at night for a room of 6 when they are caught out at 6am with a group sat there having breakfast and the rest in the room they say they are staying at that very popular spot (up the road ) our lodge isnt 5 star but 90% of our bad reviews are from guests bringing more people than they have booked for

opening weekend does take a while to get the warmth into the walls house has concrete slabs parking is tight

Location is as google shows just had brand new hot water system installed nobody else complained about water pressure pricing over Easter long weekend is always higher than normal summer rate

thanks for the input most rooms have a neighbour so we know you can often hear them

this particular family booked a 2 share room on arrival they checked in and signed our arrivals book 15 minutes later they said there was a problem as they had 3 children also we explained how the room could only have 2 guests i then found alternative accom across the road but they didnt want to pay for it i explained that they could only have 2 people here so mum and one child could stay the others would have to sleep in the car i even told the guest they could shower in the morning at 8.30 that night the family then sneaked the 3 kids into the room and left them on realizing this i irang the parents and told the kids to do the same the husband got aggessive and the police were then called the family then left i would like this reply to be made public so as to deter the ever increasing number of bookings arriving with extra people which we are legally not allowed to have stay

there are 3 rooms that accommodate max 2 people each that share a bathroom with toilet on the same floor as the rooms and there is a seperate toilet and shower for these guests on the lower floor all other 10 rooms have an ensuite

unfortunately that probably is an accurate description of my handyman workmanship very hard to get tradesmen in jindabyne

Bunk beds are bolted together at 2 corners for extra strength when informed tv wasn't working I tuned it in so it was working .same evening sounded like a nightclub happening in guest rec room the 2 girls had the stereo blasting so I turned it down would be happy for them to go elsewhere
