Dear Anonymous. Thank you for taking the time out to write a review of your stay. We are of course extremely happy to see that you enjoyed both the apartment and the resort while you were here. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and presentable property for our guests comfort. Our Summer reception hours are clearly displayed at the desk (7 days from 9am - 11am and 3pm - 5pm) and as we have another larger office/property only 200 metres away, when the desk is unmanned all communications are diverted there. We have a courtesy phone located at the reception desk (you would have seen when you checked in) and by calling our landline number, we are available to assist as required during regular business hours. Contact information is also supplied in our welcome letter provided to you on check in, which also highlights our after hours (24/7) contact number if assistance is required. In regards to Wifi, I am sorry for the confusion as Wifi is free to all guests staying with us. A voucher is required for access and this is provided on request, simply by getting in contact with us at the reception desk or over the phone. I am sorry that the pay wifi system did not appear to work (which is separate), and I will also forward your feedback to the third party company that manages it. Again, we do appreciate you staying with us and thank you for your feedback. There is lots to do in Thredbo year round and we look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.

Squatters is central to all resort facilities, which is certainly a benefit to all our guests, making it easy to enjoy the Village.
