버스터미널에서 10분거리.중심까지20분거리. 룸모양이나 컨디션은 됀찮아으나 조식을 옆 호텔에서 먹었어야 했으나 체크인시 설명안해줌. 리셉션 직원이 불친절함

굉장히 깨끗했다. 테라스에서 바깥 풍경을 보며 마시는 맥주는 정말 꿀맛이었다. 방도 넓고 다음이 또 오게되면 여기서 숙박할것이다. room was very clean, big and fresh. seeimg outside, drinking beer at terras it was perfect.

교통편이 좋은 곳에 위치
위치는 아주 좋아요! 메인 버스터미널에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸리기 때문에 당일치기로 플로브디프 다녀오기도 좋습니다. 걷는 걸 좋아하신다면 세르디카까지 걸어가실 수도 있어요! 원치 않으시면 10분 정도 거리에 지하철역이 있어요. 지하철 가격은 1회에 1.6레바고 기계에서 뽑을 수 있어요. 방 상태는 괜찮았지만 조식은 종류가 조금 적었어요 하지만 가격도 괜찮고 교통편 생각하면 정말 좋았던 것 같아요! 유로가져가서 환전해서 썼는데 호텔에서 대로변으로 나와서 왼쪽편으로 올라가다보면 창문에 환율 고시해둔 은행이 있는데 그 은행이 가장 환율이 좋았어요 참고하세요

깨끗하고 편리한 호텔
위치는 많은 관광지가 모여있는 serdika 라는 번화가 까지 걸어서 15분 정도의 거리였구요 메트로 역까지는 걸어서 5분도 안되는 거리에있습니다. 조식이 정말 괜찮았던거 같아요 ! 호텔 1분거리에있는 꽤 유명한 불가리아 전통 음식을 파는 레스토랑이 있는데 그곳도 추천합니다

Never again, very poor customer service. The room are very dirty with very bad smells of cigarettes the carpets are burn from cigarettes ashes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos on Expedia hotel descriptions is very old and did mach the current condition of the room everything is outdated and very dirty!

Immersed in a previous Communist area, the Hotel has that particular flavor to it. There is audible noise from adjoining rooms to the point of hearing people in bed when they have intimate relations. There is no Restaurant as advertised. Breakfast is a block away in another hotel. Sone of the front desk staff pay more attention to smoking cigarettes than to requests to have your laundry done. Always order a taxi thru their app and never pick up from the street as they do not know how to get to the place. Bad choice

I stayed at this hotel for about 2,weeks. The staff in general were really friendly professional and always willing to help me. Communication was superb since all of them speak good English, there’s even a girl in the front desk who speaks very fluid Spanish for those who feel a little shy to try English. They always managed to accommodate me since I never make prior reservations. I felt like they wanted to stay there as i always assured I was only interested in their hotel. Just right around the corner, there is a hotel-restaurant connected to hotel Favorit, they offer excellent breakfast for an affordable price. The cleaning lady used to knock on my door to change towels in a daily basis which I considered unnecessary but highly appreciated…The area is quiet, safe and close to all public transportation. There are some restaurants around the area too. If I had to go back to Sofia one day, i would definitely choose the Favorit Hotel. Highly recommended!!!. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. A few things were broken in the bathroom. Amazing breakfast!!! Good value for money. Would stay there again

Great room & comfy bed, though was given a double rather than a twin, which was requested. Breakfast was nice, with enough options to fill you up. You had to go to their sister hotel to have breakfast, which was about 40m away.

We stayed in Favorit hotel 2 months ago and had a room on the 5th floor, which was okay. But this time we stayed, our room was on the 1st floor and it was a lot better. We liked it very much, room comes with a balcony, comfortable bed, bathroom has everything we need. We will definitely stay here again.

The girl in the front desk was able to accommodate me in one of the best rooms although the busy congestion of guests. She took her time and worked hard to keep me in the property when I decided to stay another 4 days. I highly recommend the favorit hotel to those who can’t afford the heart of the city. Cleanly impecable and always attentive to satisfy my needs. If I had to come back to Sofia, i would definitely choose this hotel again. It’s safe, quiet, and friendly.

Cleaning could be better
We found multiple spiders and tons of dust above the toilet seat in the fan. One of the sheets still had stains. Glasses seemed pretty bad as well and the shower curtain was super bad (seemed liked it needed a wash a long time ago). Breakfast is served in another hotel around the corner which was a bit confusing. On the plus side the memory foam mattress was comfortable. The room was warm and quiet, the wifi worked great, staff was polite and helpful.

Meget slidt. Værelset lugtede grimt. Efter 2 nættter kunne vi ikke hilde det ud længere, men vi kunne kun få et nyt værelse mod ekstrabetaling da hotellet oplyste at det nye værelse ville være bedre. Det ville vi ikke, d’s vi naturligvis forventer et lugtfrit værelse. Værelset og hotellet var virkelig slidt. Morgenmaden blev serveret på et hotel i nærheden og var næsten uspiselig.

Well located hotel a block in from the main road linking the bus/train stations to the city centre, about 5 mins walk from Lion Bridge metro. Staff were always kind, room was spacious with a balcony, very comfortable and the bedding and bathroom clean. The carpet was a bit grubby, and a few of the fixtures needed an update but not really an issue for me. Building work nextdoor started at 6am!!

Great hotel, friendly staff, value for money.
Hotel Favorit has very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast is ok. The location is great, very close to Metro station Lavov Most.

DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE! This hotel is horrible. The 10/10 reviews are obviously fake. Our room had a filthy, ancient carpet. The mattress and box springs had no frame; they were on the floor. The box springs were urine-stained. The sheets were for a different-sized bed. The pillows smelled. There was no shower curtain and only one towel. The desk clerk was nice but argued with us when we complained, saying they just couldn't get help to clean. There were young females loitering outside the front door late at night. There were people hanging around smoking, including the desk clerk. There is no restaurant, these is no bar, there is no room service, and there is no luggage storage. We left the following morning, asking Expedia and the hotel for a refund of the two unused nights. We have photos to prove the deplorable condition.
