Room too hot, AC useless, pillows extremely weird, no sleep. Parking was more expensive than advertised on Expedia listing and they wouldn't honour the advertised price. Shower head was a bit grim No hair conditioner, photos made it look like there would be plenty of products like this

Breakfast was excellent. Many local people come for breakfast - not just hotel guests. Lively. Self driving from airport while jetlagged a little tricky. Obscure one way streets. Very safe and interesting neighborhood..

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Very good location, close to everything. My only recommendation is the service. While we were having breakfast, the staff at the reception were having a loud conversation that was louder than ours. Also, It would be better if there is a way to call for the garage attendant in front of the garage, instead of us getting out of the car and looking for him in the reception area.

A very good choice
Great location near Vitosha street, friendly personnel, buffet breakfast, clean and comfortable room with enough space for 3 people, excellent bed and parking under the hotel. Overall a very good choice. I would recommend it.

Location very central but quiet and felt safe. Service and staff excellent. Room a little dated, bed comfy, pillows not so much. Room was extremely hot all the time despite turning the stat off and keeping the window open. The shower was powerful but the bathroom smelt musty.

1. Personal nicht freundlich, weder noch die Diät da waren, weder noch die Früh da waren. 2. Frühstück war katastrophal für ein 4 Sterne habe ich sowas noch nie gesehen ! Es gab kein Brot, nur noch die Ecken, als ich nach einem frischen Brot nachfragte, hat sie echt winzige Brötchen schnell aufgebacken, die waren ca. 2 Bisse groß. 3. Wir wollten eigent Frühstück to go haben, wurde nichts vorbereitet. 4.Parken war knapp 30,- Zimmer. 5. Zimmer waren kalt und es waren echt sehr alte Möbel drin. Holzmöbel die angerissen und als waren.

Great hotel right in the city centre
Unbeatable location, just one block away from the main shopping pedestrian street of Vitosha boulevard. Rosslyn Thracia is a small hotel of about 60 rooms on 8 floors with 2 lifts, so it was quick to get in and out. We were on the 4th floor in room 408. The room was very well appointed and had all the mod-cons, including TV, ta and coffee making facilities, minibar, aircon. It suited 3 of us veey well. Beds were comfortable and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. Storage space was good and there were plenty of towels and bath robes provided. Room was clean and well0insulated from street noise even though we were facing the main Solunska street. My only remarks would be towards the bathroom, which was a bit dated and could do with a bit of a refurbishment - shower enclosure was leaking, shower head needed a bit of clean-up and descaling and there was a bit of mould on some of the seals. Also the pockets of one of the bath robes were torn off in several places. The hotel offers breakfast for EUR 10 per person. This is served in the lobby, which is quite small and there did not seem to be a lot of choice. There are a lot of options on Vitosha boulevard 2 to 5 minutes away, so we opted for these instead.

Super location
To be honoust the price/quality is not fully balanced. The cost for a superior room compared to other way more luxurious places. That being said, the beds are very comfortable and big. They are well equipped with a fridge, coffee and thee maker and the room is spacious and at the back of the hotel very quite. The hotel is situated only a few steps away from the main boulevard where you can get all you want, food, drinks, shopping ….

Okay stay
The hotel has a great location and the room had a good size. I would have excepted a little more “luxurious” feeling since it’s 4 stars. The room was quite warm and there was a temperature control but I didn’t work. The beds was too hard for my preference. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The price quite good in regards to what you get.

Hotel and staff are both nice. If you aren't russian or bulgarian no TV channels to watch except for one British (?) new channel. WiFi was generally spotty and at times unstable - disappearing entirely. On the flip side, hotel manager (?) was very helpful when I really needed working WiFi and gave me access to an internal network

Comfortable hotel in a great location
The hotel is in a great location and really easy to find. The valet parking was great as on street parking looked limited. Staff were really friendly and our two bedroom site was great with comfy beds, large bathrooms and a balcony. Only thing that let's the hotel down was the breakfast. Each morning we had to ask for bread etc as the baskets were empty despite being more than an hour before service finished. The hot selection was limited to a few pancakes (unless they'd been finished), hash browns and chicken sausages. Despite that i'd recommend it for comfort, staff and location.

Skønt værelse på dejligt hotel
Vi skulle have boet på det andet Rosslyn hotel i byen men da det var under renovering blev vi flyttet til dette. Vi fik panorama suiten på øverste etage. Det var et virkelig lækkert hotelværelse på hele 65 m2 men flot udsigt i det runde vinduesparti. Personalet var super flinke og stemningen god. Sidste dag kom vi til morgenbuffeten en lille time før lukketid og den var næsten tømt. Og det virkede ikke rigtig som om at det var opfyldning. Så alt i alt et skønt ophold med en enkelt lille ting de kunne gøre bedre
