First of all, we offer you to reimburse your money for the nights you were not going to use because of your personal situation that cause an early departure. As regard the prices of the services, as all the hotels everywhere in the world we do have a list of options that we tell the guests and finally you are the ones who decide which one to take, we also mention other options that you can take that are not on our list so you have a larger variety. We do not decide those prices, it is the suppliers who do and we just share with the clients in order to help them out.
