I've stayed 2 times at Aziza Hotel and had mixed experience. Booked both occasions through Expedia. The first one was flawless. Aziza was aware of my booking, checked-in at 4 am in the morning without much fuss.
On the second booking, the hotel staff claimed they did not receive any notification from Expedia. I shared my booking confirmation email and then they allowed me to stay.
The hotel is still new, so the overall cleanliness is good.The staffs are warm, friendly and helpful - as you can expect from Indonesian local culture. The room is not that large, but not really small either. I was with family (2 kids, 3 adults) and we were fine. Actually we only came to hotel to clean ourselves, and took some rest. The remaining of the time, we were out there exploring and visiting places.
