Our bedding is new, we are sorry you didn’t find this comfortable but as you said this is a matter of personal taste. We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast although I think you made a mistake for the price, it is 9.50 Euros per person and not 11 Euros. Dear Anonymous, We are sorry that you didn’t fully enjoy your stay with us but unfortunately we can’t do anything about the noise other clients made, you can contact our reception 24h/24 or you could have said something the next day to our staff on the reception about the noise when asking for extra towels. No we don’t have shower mats like most hotels in France and it does state on your reservation what you have paid for, but like you said this is now sorted. It does also state what hotel you reserved for: Le Prieuré or La Résidence Le Prieuré. Thank you for pointing out our location. Best regards, The managers

Cher Pantou, Je vais tout de même rectifier afin d'éviter toutes confusions. Quand vous cliquez sur Le Prieuré, vous réservez au Prieuré et quand vous cliquez sur la Résidence Le Prieuré , vous réservez à la Résidence. C'est aussi simple que cela. Les 2 bâtiments sont des 3 étoiles, toutes nos chambres sont décorées, agencées de manières différentes. Pas une chambre n'est identique à l'autre. Si vous souhaitez changer de chambre à votre arrivée, bien évidemment que cela est possible. Mathilde et Gweltaz, gérants.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous transmettons à l'équipe. Juste concernant notre deuxième bâtiment afin d'être le plus précis possible. Nous avons le bâtiment principal Le Prieuré 3 étoiles et le deuxième bâtiment La Résidence Le Prieuré 3 étoiles. Toutes les chambres sont donc classées 3 étoiles. La seule différence au niveau du Prix est que vous prenez le petit déjeuner au Prieuré. Les 2 bâtiments séparés de 75 mètres. A très bientôt pour tester le Prieuré, Mathilde et Gweltaz, gérants.
