The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I appreciated their clean rooms and property. I travel a lot and from now on when in Santa Rosa, I will only stay here.

Perfect spot for a short term stay, well appointed, large clean room wash parking. Minimal noise and friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely be back!

Good room near downtown
Overall, our stay was a positive experience. There were only two minor inconveniences. One was a lack of backup toilet paper. The other was a lack of fitted sheets on the bed. The bed itself was quite comfortable. We would have been happy with a queen bed with more room for moving about the room. I give it 4 stars.

The room was clean, bright and updated. It was in a busy area close to a lot of agopping. The barn door was a bit inconvenient as it got stuck being closed all the way and took somwonw having to help get.me out. The area with vending machines only had sodas not snacks which there were a few in my room, just not any I could eat..

Sleeper success
Hotel looked extreme average from outside, but was clean, modern, comfortable and trendy, with barn door accent, down comforter, loved it.

The property was great! Recently remodeled and the room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and overall an awesome experience. When I arrived to the hotel, there was a homeless gentleman outside one of the rooms. He was under the influence and laying in front of one the parking spaces. It would have been nice if staff checked the situation out or had the police escort him off the property.

We hope that you bring such concerns to the staff because we would promptly handle such situations. We don’t allow any loitering. The only complaint I had is that the person who plumbed the bathroom put the hot and cold on the wrong sides. Hot on the left and cold on the right. I was in 119, I don't know if any or all the others were plumbed wrong.

Nothing luxurious. Standard room. I was solo, so this was fine with me. My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Staff was welcoming and polite. I love having in-room coffee. Bed linens were new and clean. The only thing was that the area is a little sketchy and since this is a renovated 60's style motel it is very accessible to the outside. As a woman traveling alone I would suggest an extra set of white curtains against the windows as it was impossible to close the blackout curtains completely at night, and during the day there's no way to have light in the room without being very visible to the outside. also would suggest an extra deadbolt on the outside door. Otherwise very nice.

Needed a no-nonsense place to stay for a weekend. Found this facility perfect. Great location one block from Hwy 101 and near the main wine destinations. Especially, it was spotless clean, recently renovated, and with very attentive staff.

Really lovely little motel. The rooms were really nice and clean and it was in a very quiet area. Beds were comfortable with really fluffy pillows. Would stay here again and highly recommended/

Everything brand-new
Best TraveLodge I've ever seen. Everything redone in a nice motor court type place. No pool or breakfast, but a really quality mattress. Very new and clean with a first-rate desk clerk and manager. Not a big room, but big enough for 2. Nice big TV.

Room was spacious and comfortable; property felt well-kept and clean. Snacks and water in the room were a nice touch. Only questionable design choice was the sliding barn-door for the bathroom. All in all would stay there again.

For the price and great location, it was a great deal. Front desk person was friendly and very accommodating. Will stay at the travel lodge when visiting Santa Rosa again next year.

A/C not up to the task; fine otherwise
On an evening when the outside temperature was in the 50s, our room was in the mid-70s and simply would not cool off no matter how low we set the A/C unit. Everything else about the stay was fine.

Nice and comfy
Clean room. Spacious. We stayed here one night. Visited the Schulz museum and Graton casino. Appears the the property has been recently renovated. Really appreciated the bottled water in the room.

Everything but carpet
We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that took me by total surprise was the carpet in room #102 was extremely dirty. I took a shower walked on the carpet 2 times to go to the bathroom my feet were so black I had to wash them again. The wash cloth I used was black now. I showed my wife , she couldn't believe it. Everything was great outside of that one thing. It doesn't mean we won't use Travel Lodge again. I just wanted to mention it so maybe it can be cleaned up for the next guest.

Upon arrival, the room smelled moldy, despite everything looked very clean. with the window open the smell disappeared but then got back again. AC produced burning smell , again had to ventilate the room. And finally the bathroom ceiling started to make pretty laud cracking sounds around 11 pm that didn't stop. I left the hotel ~ 11:30 pm and drove home questioning if the structural conditions were safe.

Fresh & New condition
Our stay was great. The room appeared new. The refrigerator was 3x the size in most competitors rooms. The check in person gave info about where to eat and things in the area. It was across the street from a mall and Costco.
