Fick ett riktigt dåligt rum först, efter att ha klagat blev vi uppgraderade andra natten. Fin miljö o utsikt, trevlig personal men väldigt ojämn kvalité

Det ingick ett Rittenkort till alla i familjen vilket ger gratis tåg, linbana och buss i Rittenområdet. Poolen var kanon med härlig utsikt

Pior hotel da Itália!
Pior hotel que fique na Italia ate hoje. O proprietário parece usar de má fé, pois há 2 hotéis e um deles não condiz com as fotos publicadas no site. Reclamei ao ver o quarto e o mesmo foi bastante grosseiro, disse que tem muitos quartos e não consegue colocar a foto de todos eles no site e que a categoria que eu reservei seria aquele quarto. Porém, havia reservado em um hotel com outras descrições. fiquei em um edifício bastante antigo, sem manutenção, a última reforma deve ter acontecido há mais de 30 anos. o Edifício tem três andares sem elevador, todos os quartos e corredores com carpete bastante sujo. A chave da porta do hotel abre a porta do quarto, uma chave simples, imagino então que qualquer chave possa abrir qualquer quarto, não havendo nenhuma segurança. Não havia ar condicionado e estava um calor de 30 graus, havia uma pequena porta para uma varanda de madeira que não tinha como deixar aberta durante a noite, então tivemos que dormir sem nenhuma ventilação, num quarto com muito pó e mofo. A vista do quarto era para uma criação de galinhas. O café da manhã era normal, nada de especial, mas o atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo este hotel!

Great place for family hikes
Amazing views of the Dolomites, great breakfast. Very convenient access to Bolzano via the cable car.

Köysirata Hotellin vieressä tekee siainnin loistavaksi! Erittäin rauhallinen , ja mukava paikka . Hevosia ja muita eläimiä lähes Hotellin pihapiirissä. Viihdyimme hyvin. Erittäin vaikea moittia rauhallista ja kaikin puolin toimivaa Hotellia ! Kiitos EA

two hotels in one!
We stayed int he older property, across the narrow street. It's fine for the one night we stayed there, in a lovely balcony room with an attractive view, but the room was small and walking over to the main hotel for breakfast, while really a trivial thing, is not convenient. the hotel is older, and it look like it, with the damp smell of properties that are shuttered for part the year tend to gain over the year. It was comfortable, with free parking and just a stone's through from the cable car that brought us down to Bolzano as well as the tram that traverses Renon so I can't say it didn't serve our purposes.

mooie plek met prachtig uitzicht!
Goed hotel op een prachtige plek. Vlakbij de kabelbaan die je in 12 minuten naar het station van Bolzano brengt. Ideaal om Bolzano te bezoeken.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service - picturesque location!
We were so pleasantly surprised with Hotel Post Victoria when we arrived. The location is absolutely breathtaking with views of the Dolomites and the prettiest little village of Oberbozen must been seen. Although we were in the older building that is separate from the main hotel with restaurant and pool, we were very happy with our room. Our room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was good with lots of variety and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As a welcome surprise to us, the hotel is situated next to a cable car station and train station which takes you up and down the Ritten / Renon mountain and into Bolzano. The Hotel Post Victoria gave us a travel card for free so we could use the transport which was a lovely gesture. There are a handful of places to eat in the tiny village of Oberbozen, but if I recommend anywhere, it has to be Babsi's Pizzeria just opposite Hotel Post. It was a very warm and welcoming place with great food. We would definitely love to come back to Oberbozen / Soprabolzano again, and Hotel Post Victoria would be our preferred choice to stay.
