Overall Dania is a fine choice for staying in Sorrento, especially if you don't mind being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown (though you can always walk there in 30 or take the bus).
The front desk staff were all very lovely and very helpful!
The room we were originally in was not acceptable. There was no elevator on that side of the property and no one helped us up with our suitcases, there were 3 dead mosquitos on the walls, and the toilet never flushed fully. We were then switched into a much better room that was clearly newer, had an elevator, clean walls and bathroom.
The meals at the hotel were a huge disappointment. The breakfast breads and pastries were often not fresh, the cereal was stale every day, and there was no hot option included (only cold boiled eggs which also tasted off). Dinner we tried once and it was just alright, overpriced for what we received in quantity and quality as compared to going out to a restaurant.
