-Selected a double bed and found 2 singles pushed together. Complained to duty manager and he could only provide a topper maybe, the next day (i had to ask for it he never offered a solution,) - amenities in bathroom =only shower gel. No body lotion no shampoo, nothing..just a very bad shower gel - some lights in room not working in the ceiling, i requested them to be fixed, as we couldnt see properly without ..= nothing - breakfast....coffee (in italy mind you) was very bad and 1 type of ham and 1 type of cheese. Some sweet options yes. -breakfast in the room option- only coffees and cereals are included with the basic charge..everything else you have to pay extra...so ham and cheese extra, egg ..extra...pls note we were also told not to go for breakfast at 9am as room is too small... -room amenties - no kettle no coffee machine no slippers no robe -worse thing also room was near housekeeping room. chaos laughing and shouting from 7am, impossible to rest and sleep past 7am on holiday after 7hrs traveling, and continuing all day including afternoon hours 2pm 3pm where we tried to have a small rest on some days..impossible as complete chaos and noise at those hours. Rude staff in general and even when we saw a cockroach outside room at night and phoned reception, he had no spray and told me it will go away tranquillo. Thats it

Close to shops and very central but the facility was on the very limitted items in room .no showercaps, no conditioner or lotion was in rooms. They have closed the roof due to rain we were not allowed to even sit there . Our window opened to another private appartment looking at theur ugly kitchen.Actually that was the only reason for me to choose this hotel.Breakfast was good

This location is magnificent, just off the Tasso main square and all of the shopping streets. So many food options and easy access to the marina/ports. Sorrento is a great base to see the Amalfi Coast. Easy access by Ferry or Train from Naples to get there. Once in Sorrento you can do all of the Amalfi Coast by coach, boat, ferry, however you choose to. Everywhere on the coast has stairs but Sorrento is probably the best one to get to and from places without too many. You cannot avoid coming up from the port to the town without the stairs but if you have luggage, there is a lift at the end of the port that will get you up. The sunsets are amazing and all our tours that we booked from here had easy meeting points. It is also a good location to get to Pompeii. This hotel has a pool which is a huge bonus. It gets so hot in the summer that it is perfect to just sit in when you've had a day out. And unlike other hotels, you do not have to pay for access.

O hotel muito confortável , super localizado e limpo, próximo a todas áreas importantes da cidade Super recomendo , café da manhã simples , mas atendia , tivemos apenas um problema com a recepcionista da manhã , muito grosseira e fazendo caras e bocas , pois havíamos retornado de capri para pegar as nossas malas e ela não estava a fim de nos ajudar , fora isso super recomendo essa acomodação

Good, central hotel
We stayed here for a wedding, so didn’t spend too much time at time at the hotel to be honest. We got what we expected - the hotel was nice, very good location in terms of being in the central of Sorrento, and nice personal. The room was clean and housekeeping was very good. The roof pool was ok, didn’t feel super clean. Would stay here again if we came for a similar purpose.

Staff was rude, disrespected our privacy although the Do not Disturb sign was on, placed clothes inside of the bidet after cleaning, mold in the bathrooms, and after we told the front desk about these issues, they took zero responsibility and just told us they don’t know what happened.

Wonderful hotel, half a block from Piazza Tasso
The view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from our room was spectacular. The convenient location was a blessing. The service was outstanding. Receptionist Anna came out in the rain to help us with baggage. Housekeeper Tina anticipated needs with extra blankets. The breakfast attendant remembered our coffee preferences.

The hotel was great, the staff were friendly, the place was really clean and the breakfast in the morning has a great selection. The only thing I would mention is that the hair dryers could do with an upgrade. The team at breakfast were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Also Giuseppe at the pool bar was great!!

Although this hotel has a lovely roof bar with excellent service , the overall noise levels here were too much to allow for a good stay. There was high levels of street noise and music playing after midnight on Friday & Saturday nights as well as thin walls that I could hear people in the next room brushing their teeth.

レトロな空間ですが掃除も隅々までキチンとされ快適に過ごせました。 何より場所が良く気軽にお食事やお買い物へ ホテル前の路地が細いためクルマが入って来られず到着時は近くの広場からスーツケースを小雨の中 石畳をガラガラ移動するのは少し大変でした。 屋上からのソレントのパノラマ絶景は最高です！！

The location is good but that’s about it. Avoid getting a room that overlooks the alley way and is close to the stairs/lift as it is really noisy. The room we had was really basic and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very basic. The staff weren’t particular engaging. Decent accommodation in sorrento isn’t cheap but for the price we paid here, there are nicer places to stay in Sorrento

Great location off Piazza Tasso. It's on an alley so no front door car access and no parking. Everything is walkable from the hotel. Pool is very small and rooftop bar is nice, but not always staffed. Breakfast is good and staff very friendly. Only issue was a leaky bathroom sink that we reported and they did not get to during our stay. Highly recommend overall.

this is one of the worst hotel we booked on hotels.com in our fabulous 17 day trip to Italy and it was very expensive room was a closet and not clean they should not rent some rooms out bad location on top of restaurant so you hear noise till midnight

terrible check in with arrogant attitude, no security, it was noisy at night with people yelling in the hallways, and even knocked my door at night running through the hallways. security did nothing at all to control it. I also asked for a recommendation of where to eat and they looked at me like if I was asking a strange question, and they pointed to the restaurant next door with no name. This hotel says it is a 4 star hotel, but I remove 2 stars from it. For example, when I arrived to the hotel I asked if there was any water, and the woman answered rude and said if I wanted any water just go get it at the bar with an attitude. Next, the bed has a wood shelf in the middle which I hit my head twice during the night. But the most important thing I have to say about this hotel is the people that work in this hotel don't do anything to provide service and security to their customers.

This is your opinion but the next time before discrediting the work of so many people who work every day for years in our hotel, I think we need to reflect and be objective. Surely those who ask us for water obviously answer that they can find it in the mini fridge in the room or at the hotel bar. You could easily ask if it was drinkable if you don't want to buy it without controversy and above all throw mud at the work of others. Sincerely.

A true hidden gem. Perfectly located. Staff was superior, room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the sea. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel, great location right in the centre and a very short walk to all the must see spots. Highly recommend. Staff lovely esp the man at breakfast who was a character and the chamber maid, so helpful.

Hotel is not 4 star. We booked and paid 4 months ahead and asked for connecting rooms, when we got picked up by their van, no rooms available. We were never able to check in. Had to go to another hotel and pay again. Fighting to get our money back. Expedia no help at all. Actually it seems Expedia did not tell hotel about our request and is at fault. Expedia is too busy, it takes hours on hold to speak to anyone. Expedia did the same thing on our Car rental in Mykonos. I am going to close my ten year old Expedia account if they don't do something to help us losing over $3000.00

It was a fantastic hotel, great location at the heart of Sorrento and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and sites. The hotel was extremely clean, had all the amenities and pleasant staff which makes us stay in Sorrento that much more memorable. A particular call out to Pepe at the roof top pool who was so courteous to all the guests and get pleasant to talk to. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
