Slidt hotel med aircon der enten kører non-stop eller ikke virker. Poolen er en parodi - lille og ligegyldig, og så SKAL man bruge 20€ hvis man ønsker at ligge ved poolen hvilket er et mærkeligt koncept når man bor på hotellet. Hvis du vælger det alligevel så kald din bil en "lille bil" hvis du skal parkere - så koster det "kun" 20€ per nat, ellers defaulter de til 30€ da de åbenbart kategoriserer en Seat som en "stor bil" :-) FANTASTISK lokation så hotellet ødelagde på ingen måde ferien, men tror jeg bor et andet sted næste gang.

Hvad vi kunne lide: trygge rammer, nydelige omgivelser. Fin restaurant og reception. Høj kvalitets morgenmad serveret med et smil. Komfortable senge. Hvad vi ikke kunne lide: lille værelse i forhold til annoncering. Havde også indtrykket fra anoncernig at der var et flot udsigt fra værelset, men vi kunne knap skimte havet. Elevator var næsten aldrig tilgængelig da den var primært anvent til transport af byggevarer. Annoncerede faciliteter (spa, motioncenteret og top terrasen) var ikke tilgængelige pga reparationer. Vi havde faktisk valgt hotellet pga disse faciliteter og især den meget reklamerede top terrase og baren. Uregelmæssig rengøring. I løbet af 7 dage blev der ikke skiftet sengetøj. Meget begrænsede muligheder i baren (de kunne ikke lave cocktails) og meget basal minibar på værelset. Stranden var ikke hotel dedikeret og de kunne have oplyst at det er en sten strand. Prisen per nat (over 1200 dkr for 2 personer) var for høj i forhold til hvad der nu var af tilgængelige faciliteter.

Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit (unentgeltlichen) Sonderwünschen. Tolle Lage, Strand mit vielen kleinen Restaurants/Imbiss Sehr teuer war die Benutzung des sehr kleinen Innenpools, Abstrich. Parkgebühr mit 20/28€ pro Nacht sehr hoch. Da kann man ja gleich ins Grand Hotel in Sorrent gehen! Dennoch insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Avevamo prenotato un weekend in struttura la scorsa settimana ma avendo avuto un problema di salute in famiglia eravamo disposti a fornire alla struttura una certificazione del pronto soccorso per congelare l importo e ritornare in altra data! La struttura non è stata per niente disponibile a venirci incontro. Ciò che più ci ha infastidito è stata la freddezza ed il menefreghismo con cui nemmeno ci hanno ascoltato al telefono. Scortesia ed indifferenza totale. Da non riprenotare!

No private beach, their photos in the website gives an illusion of private beach. U have to pay to access to a beach and their spa. 30 euro for spa, 20euro for a beach. It means extra 100 euro you need to pay for 2 of us a day.

Gentile Viaggiatore Expedia La ringraziamo per aver effettuato la Sua breve vacanza all'insegna del relax presso il nostro Resort. La struttura è stata restrutturato nel 2019 parti comuni, camere e SPA. Se il wc presentava una micro perdita va al di la del rinnovo, fortunatamente i nostri 2 manutentori in 10 minuti hanno risolto, e ci scusiamo per l'accaduto. Speriamo ugualmente di riceverla di nuovo nel nostro Resort. Distinti saluti

Albergo bello, ottima posizione vicinissimo al mare, con personale gentile, con Buon ristorante. Le cose da migliorare , disagio con il parcheggio in quanto essendo arrivati in mattinata per andare in spiaggia, non ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare prima delle 14, servizio a pagamento. Altra cosa da migliorare terrazzo con una bellissima vista ma non curato. Comunque per il resto abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana.

Gentile Carolina la ringraziamo per la vostra visita presso il nostro Resort. Ci fa piacere che abbia apprezzato il nostro ristorante Li galli, e che il Suo soggiorno sia stato molto piacevole. Per il parcheggio non abbiamo possibilità di accogliere contemporaneamente le macchine in partenza con quelle in arrivo. Se si anticipa il check in o si posticipa il check out è presente un parcheggio comunale ad ore che può tranquillamente risolvere. Aspettiamo di riceverla presto nuovamente presso il nostro Resort. Di fronte al golfo a due minuti dalla spiaggia. Molto utile il garage anche se non compreso nel prezzo.

Unwind at this Remote Coastal Town
Punta Campanella is located in a small village called Nerano. It is on the tip of the coast between Sorrento and a Positano. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway away from tons of tourists then this is the spot. The resort is comfortable but nothing over the top. The breakfast every morning was buffet style and good. If you are a foodie, there is an amazing restaurant just in front of the hotel right on the water called Lo Scoglio. They source all their ingredients from a nearby farm and directly from the sea in front of you, and you can tell. If you want somewhere with nightlife and bars, etc you should stay in Sorrento, asits a larger city. The thing about Nerano is on the map it says 30 minutes from Sorrento when really it is one hour. This is because the hillside road to get there is very steep and winding and you must drive slowly to get up and down it. Lastly, if yoI want to go to Sorrento and Positano there is a bus which is great, however if you are out late and miss it back you are looking at a 100euro cab ride home. I’m not sure if I had known how remote it was I would have booked here, but I’m really glad we did. It is a really special little town.

Stay was disappointing, location was isolated due to poor roads, service was marginal at best, Info on website was misleading, 20 euro/day for parking your car not explained and mandatory which adds to the cost of the stay - can only drive to location

Le séjour dans l'ensemble s'est bien déroulé. Le personnel a été accueillant, à l'écoute. Cependant, sur votre descriptif de l'hôtel il est noté que l'aéroport de Naples se trouve à 33 km de Naples ; ce qui est faux, il est situé à 69 km. De plus, en ce qui concerne les prestations de l'hôtel : pas de salle de fitness comme mentionné sur votre descriptif et la piscine intérieure (très petit bassin) ainsi que le sauna et hammam sont payants moyennant 35 € par séance et par personne ; cela me semble très abusif. Le solarium semble laissé à l'abandon. Des transats en mauvais états sans aucun parasol sont posés par-ci par-là sur la terrasse. Aucun décor, aucune ombre : ce n'est pas du tout un lieu où l'on souhaite se détendre.

Bell'albergo in bella posizione.
Albergo di buon livello, ottima pulizia, in buona posizione sul mare. Presenti tutti i servizi. Estrema gentilezza del personale. Unico neo, l'assenza nella mia camera di aria condizionata che a giugno è sopportabiile, ma più avanti no. Ottima Wifi.
