Good.
They have a parking lot, so I could park my car by free. The room was big and clean. Also, I could watch a big Samsung TV. WIFI was little weak in my room.

This is an old family home, not a hotel; Gated, beautiful landscaping, happy small dog, bright and clean rooms, large bathroom and shower, large balcony. The owner and daughter were very helpful with suggestions for eating (all excellent). Very close walking to old Sorrento and the bay. No elevator, some street noise at night (planned future improvements).

Not that much boutique
Got a strange room with windows all around in odd sizes to match the facade in the new addition and a pillar in the middle of the room. I could not change room. Staff was super friendly though and location is good.

perfect place to visit
Villa Rose Sorrento is an absolutely lovely property. Our room was spacious and bright, with a large terrace that overlooked the beautiful landscaping. The kitchen area was well equipped, and the staff was very pleasant. We had a wonderful time here - Sorrento is a wonderful city!

Nicely furnished, clean room
Monica who works at that desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gave us information on local places to go and things to do. Outside Street noise was loud, but settled down at night. Nice amenities. Clean and quiet.

Perfect accomodation at a moderate price!!
Perfect small hotel, clean and spacious rooms, and so nice to have an available outdoor patio area, very charming, Would go back there in a hearbeat, great local restaurant right across the street.It really made for a pleasant visit to Sorrento!

Really nice comfortable stay
We were three woman travelling & exploring so spent little time at hotel. Living area is not overally large but we had a big outdoor area & large bathroom, so space was fine. Location was really close to town & safe & having secure car parking was really important as well as good wifi

Ingen hit men gångavstånd till stadskärnan
Fanns ingen personal på plats, vi hade frågor och var förbi receptionen 4 - 5 ggr utan att den var bemannad. Dock var det en personal där vid incheckning men var väldigt otrevlig! Tror vi fick fel rum då vi hade betalat extra för balkong som vi inte fick. Skulle även finnas Wi-Fi men inget vi fick användaruppgifter till. Smutsiga lakan och ostädat badrum.

Won't stay here again
The air conditioning in our room did not work. Also, the internet signal was not strong enough in our room to connect our computer or iPhone. The man who was at the front desk wanted us to pay for the room at the beginning of our stay which I thought was unusual. I explained that I would not do so. I paid at the end of our stay as is typically done. We will not stay here again.

worst stay possible
Firstly the apartment was clean and well located, but that is where it stopped! The hardest, most unconfortable bed I've even endured. Ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the 5 nights... The guy that runs the place has a horrendous odour and you can smell him as you enter the reception. He also lives down stairs and has his television on full volume all night which keeps you awake. Not a lot of good to report about this place!

Miserable experience - DO NOT STAY HERE
Miserable experience. There were no towels in the room. The parking is in the front lawn and we were at the mercy of others parked behind us moving their cars. There was no internet service. There was no breakfast service, even through it was advertised as including breakfast. The "bed" for the third person was a sofa bed that was not "sleepable" - you felt the springs. My son had to sleep on the floor. The worst part is that there was no one there at the property to discuss any of this with. Once we checked in(and they took our money)the person at the front desk was never seen again. I wonder how they run a hotel with no one at the hotel available to service guests.

Good apartments. Would recommend, but...
Great place with free WiFi. Each apartment has their own terrace. Very good rooms and bathrooms. The owner stayed in one of the rooms. He was very annoying with loud TV on during the night. Clean place with a great house keeper. I would recommend this. If you just want somewhere to stay then fine, but if you want a pool or real outside space you'll need to book somewhere else...

Je ne conseille pas cet Hotel trop, trop bruyant!
La ville de Sorrento est plutôt agréable et bien située pour visiter Naples, Pompéi, le Vésuve et la côte Almafitaine L'Hotel est bien situé, proche de la gare, maison spacieuse avec terrasses et joli jardin mais... Dommage, cet Hotel est également situé dans un environnement excessivement bruyant, même notre adolescent de 16 ans n'en pouvait plus 3 points noirs (Une circulation automobile infernale, un stade de foot en face, et surtout un bar musical de 7h30 du matin à 24h et ceux 7 jours sur 7!) nous sommes resté 8 nuits, épuisant!

Noisy but neat
Well located and priced - just a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and main port. Kitchen facilities are good enough for breakfast and maybe something you put together from the deli, but only a couple of small frying pans provided, so don't count on cooking your dinner. Had to ask for a coffee maker. As noted by others, breakfast is a stale croissant in a packet and instant coffee or tea, left in your room. The tavern nearby has music every night, but always stopped by midnight ( we were there Sunday - Thursday nights) so as long as we didn't want to sleep too early it wasn't a problem. The other guests were a different matter. Room cleaned daily, but towels not changed after 3 days as promised. Plenty of space, comfortable bed. Parking was available, which we needed. Manager is not always in attendance, which didn't bother us, but if we had needed something or arrived when he wasn't around it could have been problem.

Nobody's perfect
Great little hotel in great shape in a great area of Sorrento. Only there was no hot water, the internet didn't work and, even though we had told the manager we needed to leave at 5:30 am, our car was blocked in and we had to wake people up. The place is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Location on a crossroads
Unfortunately the restaurant opposite had some kind of Kareoke every night which went on until the early hours of the morning The room smelt damp on arrival but the air con/heater soon dealt with the problem. however the room was fine. The buffet breakfast consisted of sachets of nescafe coffee varieties.tea bags ,sugar,honey,jams,and packets of toast/croissants in a basket left in the room.

Hotel très bruyant !
Mauvaise impression générale, pizzéria en face de l'hôtel avec musique jusqu'à pas d'heure et hôtel donnant sur la rue principale, donc très bruyante. Décoration inexistante, minimum vital, petit déj. infecte, tout sous vide. Personnel invisible pendant deux jours, même à l'accueil.Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. Seul bon point, literie propre et confortable. Assez proche du centre. La maison est assez jolie avec petit jardin et parking.

Good price with car parking
We wanted a comfortable, reasonably priced room, with car parking, within walking distance of Sorrento and this fitted the bill. A bit tricky to find but the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom and shower were fine and the bed was comfortable. Easy 15 minute walk into central Sorrento.

A lovely leafy villa in a quiet area of Sorrento
We booked a studio apartment in this pretty, leafy, gated villa consisting of 6 apartments and were not disappointed. The TA reviews had not been that favorable here, but we really enjoyed our stay. It was a 10 minute walk to the main square, but with shops, people and traffic along the whole length of it, so never far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The apartment was well equipped and serviced daily.

Villa Rosa Sorrento was easy to find and an easy walk to great shopping and restaurants. Our room had a large private patio. Unfortunately, our shower sprayer broke and there was no hot water in the hotel in the morning.

Villa rosa är en fin stor villa som ligger en liten bit utanför city och promenadgatan. Vi tyckte allt funkade bra i förhållande til priset. Ingen frukost eller städning ingick. Altan till rummet där man kan äta frukost om vädret tillåter. Be om tips var ni kan köpa frukost.

Vi stannade i två nätter med avsikt att se Sorrento och Capri. Positivt var läget, sängen och lägenheten i sig. Tyvärr var där servicen obefintlig då det sällan fans personal på plats, städning likaså. Frukost var där ingen.

Nice family run apartment house
We had a very pleasant stay there for 11 nights. First of all this is not a hotel and nor a bed & breakfast but a private house that rents studios with kitchnette, and I can fully recommend it if you need an apartment. Every day they cleaned the studio, they change the towels regulary and they fill up the breakfast basket with cereals, toasts, jams and nescafe. The location is great, 15 minutes walk there is a free beach and that is very rare in Sorrento, 15 minutes walk to the other direction is the center, Corso Italia leads to Piazza Tasso and the Port where you can reach Capri and Ischia (both are amaizing, if you have time, I definetely recommend to visit ischia as well). If you want to see Amalfi and Positano take the ferry, the bus route is two hours on a curvy road alongside the sea and your stomach might not like it, but arriving with a ferry to Amalfi gives you an unforgettable view of the town. I would even go back and stay there again!

Good location
Good location easy walking to the town. Be prepared to pay by cash although they accept visa they will say they have a problem with the service and you have to pay in cash. If you arrive and can't find anyone try the local bar at the top of the road.

Economical and close to town center
This Villa was well located, albeit a fair 10-min walk to the main area "Piazza Tasso" and the bus/train terminal. The room was very clean and spacious for our needs. Points of to improve: -The rooms should contain iron and ironing board though, as it was inconvenient to have to wait a day to reserve it. - It would have been appreciated if there was someone regularly at the reception desk (or easily accessible) when we had a question or needed something.

Good Value
Nice private place with kitchenette for the traveller that's not incovenienced by a bit longer walk to the old district and marina for excursions on to Capri or Amalfi Coast. These are apartment rooms, in a quite setting, so good for small family. Good value for money as we paid about 1/3 to 1/2 what we would pay for a more convenient fully catered hotel on the Sorrento cliffs or mountainside with a view. Sorrento traffic is horrendous and the streets are barely wide enough for a horse, so the free parking is a definate plus. Leave your car in the Villa and walk. 10 minute walk to train station, about 20 minutes to the Marina Piccola. Make sure to take the more private Via Correale road when walking down to Marina. If you take the main drag Corso Italia, make sure to wear a face mask and ear plugs on the long walk as the exhaust and noise from all the mopeds wizzing by will surely give you a headache.

Villa Rosa i Sorrento
Sentral beliggenhet. Fin hage og alt virket nylig renovert. Stor og komfortabel leilighet med oppholdsrom med kjøkkenbenk, separat soverom og bad. Mur rundt villa og hage. Mulihet til å benytte grill i hagen. Låsbar port som var stengt på natten. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var fraværende i perioder, og port og hus stod åpen uten tilsyn (eneste negative erfaring). Ville uten tvil ha valgt å bo der igjen

Pleasant stay
We had a most relaxing stay with Fabio. No hot water the first morning but that was totally out of his control and was fixed immediately. Fabio has done a terrific job of restoring his family home into a very clean and upscale place to stay. The only issue we had was probably our misunderstanding. This is not a bed AND breakfast. There are plenty of places to buy food if you want to go on the cheap and there is a hot plate and dishes in the room. The setting is lovely and spotless. We would have no hesitation in going back.
