Had to look at 3 different rooms as the first bathroom still had someone's hair stuck to the shower and bathtub needs to be reglazed as it was so super chipped. Second bathroom smelled like pee. 3rd room was okay, however, cleaning needs to greatly improve at this location a lot of dirt/grime in corners...need a thorough spring cleaning.

The property was relatively clean and the staff was nice. The only problem was the boiler broke down so there was no hot water. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay.

Heard lots of fighting in the halls, bathroom wasn’t very clean, looked a little run down. Ended up leaving early and not staying. Was very uncomfortable.

The location is great. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We come to a lot of football and basketball games at ND and we'll stay here again.

One of the things listed in the amenieties is black out curtains. The black out curtains don't even go 1/2 way accross the window. We were on the 1st floor and our window lined up with the entrance. There was no privacy and we had headlights constantly shining through our window. In order to watch TV, we had to leave the entry light on. When I went to take a shower, there were long black hairs and an earring on the floor...none of which belonged to me. The customer service was terrible.

The baymont had a good bed and tv. The bathroom had no electrical outlets, so hard to dry hair or use curling iron. The party next door was very noisy and out in the fall noise too. Very thin walls, so made sleeping difficult.

Horrible service and dirty place!
Went to check in. The front desk clerk was rude. Went to the room only one lamp worked told front desk he came in tried to fix it broke the only lamp working ask for a different room seemed inconvenienced by that got us in another room. When we opened the curtains found black mold. Not only that after booked on the hotels.com app they charged my bank account for another room. When complained in the morning said it’s not charged twice but the charge is still there! We stay there frequently and won’t be back. When showed the pictures of the mold didn’t even get an apology or anything! Won’t be back our business will be elsewhere!!

I was very happy that the front desk gave me a handicapped room when he found that I was disabled. I had neglected consider that I made the reservation. I was a little taken a back though to find that there was no electrical outlet near the bathroom sink or at least not one that was visible. That made harder to shave.

Never going back
We arrived late and there were men lounging near check in watching loud videos on their phones which was strange and uncomfortable. Woman at front desk was polite and nice. Property was old and did not seem clean. Bathtub was dirty with soap from former guest still in it. No one cleaned our room at all during our three night stay. No new towels. Breakfast was mediocre with coffee that was more like brown water. We were very disappointed. It was very noisy. We were awakened by guests above us stomping around in their room.

I didnt like when we checked in and the room smelled like cigarettes, so i went and asked if he could change our room and the 2nd room the toliet didnt flush and was very dirty. Went back to the younger guy and he took me to look at 5 other rooms all were very dirty. Finally we had a room that was still dirty but the bed looked ok and at this point after driving 12 hours we just accepted it. We booked through Expedia so we couldnt get our money back. The soap was the size of a quarter, i kid you not. The shampoo was so small it only wased my head, i had to ask for more.every morning it sounded like some kid was upstairs running all over the place. It also happened at night but not as much. I would never ever stay at that place again.im not one to complain but it was filty!

Property is so outdated and smells terrible. We were in the front of the hotel and heard all the sounds of outside like it was right inside our room. Front desk staff had no idea what was going on. Will never stay here again

The cleaner knocked on my door three seperate times before 10:45a.m check out is at 11a.m that was very unnerving. Aside from that accommodations were modest, and overall clean.

Had an OK stay at this hotel. Staff were good and friendly. Room was OK clean, but noticeable lack of care in the bathroom. Whatever chemical cleaning agent was used had a strong smell that was not pleasant, either. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, but was only OK and most hotels that I have stayed in have had better breakfasts.
