Our hotel belongs along with the entire town center to the UNESCO world heritage list and since our building is originally from the 16th century, it is not possible to build such equipment as is A/C without permission of the local preservation office. It is a very complicated process and hopefully, soon our management will find an alternative solution in order to provide our clients this comfort. Dear Sir, Mdm, thank you very much for your notes about the services of the hotel Bellevue. I am sincerely very much sorry that you did not appreciate our hotel that much. Well, our hotel is situated in very old building coming from 16th century, so it is not always easy to reach the best network of wifi due to very thick walls that survive ages. There are 2 lifts going till 3rd floor, so couple of stairs left till 4th floor. Each of our guest can ask for our assitence amd help with luggage. We are willing to fulfill all your wishes.
