위치최상, 트리플룸에는 전기포트, 냉장고 없어요!
위치 최상! 미라벨공원과 매우 가깝다. 그러나 전기포트, 냉장고가 없어서 조금 아쉽다. 전기포트는 리셉션에서 달라고 하니 주었지만, 기본적으로 구비되어있지않아 아쉬웠다.

좋은 시간이었습니다
광장에 바로 앞에 위치해 지리적 이점이 매우 높습니다. 1박 머무는 동안 매우 편안했어요. 호텔 내 뮤직바(?)가 있어서 밤시간 다소 소음이 있지만 그 또한 여행의 일부라 생각한다면 즐거운 시간이 될거라 생각합니다.

호텔본관 이 아닌 별채 아파트먼트와 흡사한 넓은곳으로 안내해 주더군요ㆍ 창문을 열면 광장이 훤히보였고 부부가 사용하기에 넓고 쾌적했습니다ㆍ 창을 열고 자도 벌레가 없이 편하고 쾌적한 하룻밤이였습니다ㆍ

주요 관광지 접근성은 우수하였으나 일부 호텔서비스는 다소 아쉬움이 남았습니다
관광중심지에 위치하여 주요 스팟에 쉽게 접근이 가능하며 제공된 아침식사도 오전을 시작하기에 좋았습니다 다만 WIFI는 무료로 제공된다고 하였지만 호텔방은 물론 로비에서도 접근이 안되었고 같은 내용으로 다른 관광객에게도 안내직원은 무관심 했습니다

메인광장과 가까움
지금껏 엘리베이터가 없던 호텔이 없어 이용이 편했는데 엘리베이터가 없고 객실이 윗층에 위치해 불편했다. 1월1일이라 환전소가 열지 않아 호텔로비에서 했는데 0%커미션붙여놓고 5%나 떼갔다. 눈뜨고 코베인셈... 나중에 보니 금액이 너무 적어 당황스러웠다. 방 내부 와이파이는 빵빵하다고 나와있지만 잘 터지지 않고 해외사이트 외 국내사이트는 거의 안터진다. 침대는 길이가 짧아서 대한민국 평균키인 나에게 딱맞을 정도라 남성분들한텐 너무 짧았고 히터도 없어 후리스에 수면양말 잔뜩 껴입고 잤다... 짐은 옮겨주시긴 하는데 되게 인상쓰고 해주셔서 신경쓰였다.. 팁을 드려야하나 고민하게 만든 호텔:-(

샤워시설을 제외하면 깨끗하고 편안했어요! 침구도 넘 청결해서 쾌적했어요^^ 샤워하다 울뻔했어요. . 생명수인줄. . 샤워기만 아니었다면 100점!! 직원들도 유쾌하고! 한국을ㅋㅋㅋ "잊지마"로 기억하는ㅎㅎ 샤워기 수리 꼭 해주세요!!!

Perfect spot in beautiful Cesky Krumlov!
Fantastic location, great apartments, ideal location, very nice breakfast, and great staff. Parking was offsite, but easy to get to and the hotel will send a shuttle to get you right away. Thank you!

Bol to super výletík s mojou sestrou, ktorý sme si užili. Ubytovanie, raňajky a služby v hotely boli na vysokej úrovni. Veľká ochota od personálu, dúfam že sa ešte tam ešte niekedy vrátime. Budeme odporúčať priateľom. Ďakujeme.

Top Hotel in Toplage central in Krumlov
Kurzfristig gebucht und upgrad erhalten, sehr netter Hotelchef. Tolle Unterkunft, alles vom Feinsten, großes Bett mit comfortabler Matratze, top ausgestattete Küche (sogar mit Eiswürfelbereiter), alles was das Herz begehrt. Badewanne, separate Dusche und separate Toilette, sehr geoßzügig und geräumig. Frühstück auch alles da, allerdings kann man bei Traumwetter leider nur drinnen sitzen, da auf der 1.Etage. Absolut zu empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte

Overall it’s a nice place with great staff. Wifi not very good in the room. Apart from that, nothing else wrong. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

We were given a luxury apartment that had a view of the castle and were also given a ride to the train station. The bar served us and another couple even when they were probably supposed to be closed. Awesome experience

Der Service war toll und so zuvorkommend! Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptplatz, also ist man sofort bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Shops etc. Wurde von einem Oberösterreicher gekauft, also Deutsch war absolut kein Problem! Die Zimmer sind super - eine Art Maisonette mit 2 Stockwerke. Im Keller gibts eine Cocktailbar mit einer riiiesigen Auswahl. War alles top. Würde sofort wiederkommen!! Großartiges 4* Hotel! Nur zum weiterempfehlen!

The location of the hotel and the rooms are good but unfortunately, the service is quite terrible. Since cars without a permit cannot enter the pedestrian zone where this hotel is located, the hotel sent a car to pick us up from their parking lot. Unfortunately, the driver was quite rude and obviously did not want to do his job. Upon checking out of the hotel, we asked the hotel to drop us off at the parking lot again so our pre-arranged driver can take us to our next destination. The hotel said they can arrange the transport in 15 minutes if we paid a "parking fee." When we refused to pay the fee since our pre-arranged driver was only pick us up near the lot rather than parking inside the lot, the hotel said they could only provide transport if we waited 60 minutes. When we asked to speak to the hotel manager, the staff at reception said that was not possible. I recommend you spend your money at a different hotel where you can get some respect.

One of the front desk staff is really rude and make mistake on room arrangement without apology (actually I was blamed for no reason!) Luckily, another one is quite helpful on the day of leaving Room is quite spacious but old fashioned, which is compatible with this old but beautiful town Situated in middle of the town, very convenient to everywhere Shower pressure can be low when more people accommodate in the hotel

Room with a View
Spacious character room with period furniture overlooking central square where most activities took place. Hotel could not have been better situated for festival celebrations. Amenities first class with friendly and helpful staff.

great location,really lovely staff,wonderful restaurant. no air con and even though we had a fan it was really hot and only about 4 inches berween the two single beds we asked for.

捷克Hotel Zlaty Andel是服務很差勁的Hotel
很糟糕的住宿，我們已經上hotels.com付清房費，入住當天竟然吿知我們沒有房間(over booking)，把我們安排到Hotel LEONARDO，我要求應該住原來預訂的hotel還是被拒絕，然後跟我說明天早上可以來跟經理抱怨，我覺得這是很糟糕的服務，甚至覺得是欺騙，在hotels.com中，Hotel LEONARDO是三星級，Hotel Zlaty Andel是四星級，幾乎一半價差，就算是over booking，也應該安排同樣四星級，Hotel Zlaty Andel的做法，簡直是惡意欺騙，讓我在捷克Cesky Krumlov的旅行非常不愉快。

年越しで宿泊しました。 立地は最高です。チェスキー・クルムロフのど真ん中にあり、広場が目の前にあます。 時期柄、割高だったのかも知れませんが、値段の割に設備がイマイチだと感じました。私が宿泊した6号室は、まったくWiFiが入りませんでした。フロントまで行けば使用できます。

Missade att hotellet erbjöd parkering så vi parkerade på en anvisad parkering cirka 10 minuters gångtid från hotellet. Incheckningen var smidig men hiss saknades och det var en hel del trappor innan vi nådde vårt rum. Rummet var helt fantastiskt, stora ytor, smakfullt inrett, charmigt, skön säng och fin utsikt över stadens gamla delar. Frukosten var över förväntan och erbjöd varma och kalla rätter samt champagne. Dock fanns en del i övrigt att önska från frukostpersonalen, påfyllningen fungerade si så där men lokalen var trivsam.

The hotel is located at the main square so it is convenient to walk to anywhere. But Cesky Krumlov is very small town so the advantage of this location would not be so highly appreciated. The cleaness of the room is not very high. I found some hairs on the bed. Otherwise the breakfast is good. The service at the frontdesk is very good. The WIFI in the room is not good. The received signal was way too low.
