깨끗하고 아늑한
호텔은 깨끗하고 아늑합니다. 로비에는 벽난로가 있어 아늑하고 따뜻한 분위기입니다. 호텔 앞에는 말을 타는 트랙이 있어요. 로비에 이야기하면 말을 타는 액티비티도 할 수 있는 것 같아요. 방은 깨끗하고 온돌식이라 따뜻합니다. 넓은 창으로 멋진 경치를 방에서 볼 수 있습니다. 링로드 시작점에 있어서 위치도 좋고 방에서 wifi 도 잘되요.

Edelhstar is a nice hotel. We enjoyed the radiant heating, and the breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The staff was most accommodating by letting us have an early check in after a red eye flight. We were very appreciative.

What a lovely place, clisecto a small tiwn with plenty of foodie places, has its own very nice restaurant and bar.

Very enjoyable stay and I would return.
Clean and warm rooms, friendly staff, lovely clean and hot, hot tub, free parking. The breaky starts at 7am and is good, especially for the kids. The only area for improvement would be for some children’s meals for dinner, the menu is quite pricey otherwise, so we ate at a local Pizza place that the hotel recommended. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Solo trip
2nd time staying here, so I knew what to expect. The only difference this time was that one out of the 2 hot tubs was working. It was open from 4pm-10pm and was being used, i didn’t use it though. I would stay again.

This hotel is centered around equestrian life. It rained most of the time we were there so we didn’t see much of the area. The hotel is heated with geothermal. Our room was hot with no way to cool it. We couldn’t leave the door open because of the rain and the possibility of unwanted entry by humans or animals. The window would not stay open. Other than the heat issue, the hotel was good for our purposes.

Dont eat breakfast after 9 am - the buffet will be only half full. Other than that I have only positive feedback. Big room, fair price, friendly staff. The evening menu was limited due to low-season. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first evening and the second evening we drove to the nearby small town and visited Ölverk - a local pizzaria and brewery, whitch is also recommend

If something is missing, our breakfast staff would be more than happy to fill it up again. We are happy that you enjoyed your dinner at ours and at Ölverk the day after. We have a daily menu mainly to offer fresh and local products while avoiding food waste as much as possible as we are an eco-friendly hotel, certified by the Nordic Swan label. We loved our stay at this hotel - our favorite hotel in 11 days of travel around Iceland. The staff is friendly, patient and very helpful. The lobby-reception area is relaxing with complimentary tea, coffee, cocoa and cookies. The hotel is exceedingly clean and the decor is soothing. Our room was amply spacious with a great bath room. Again, compared to 8 other hotel stays, the Eldhestar had the nicest breakfast buffet (included). The hot tub is another plus. We also recommend dining at the hotel for dinner. Excellent service, great food.

Great hotel, the front desk evening liaison was very helpful and sweet. Gave us a lot of ideas for our trip. She even got us a packed breakfast ready for the next day since we were leaving before the normal breakfast! The food in the hotel was delicious!

The Reception closes at 22:00 and afterwards our nightguard is in charge of the property. We did not receive any phone call from you regarding to the noise, but if you would let us know directly, we would react and solve the problem.We will try our best to have better overview on our guests needs in the future and we wish your next trips will be more convenient.

Vi boede på et familieværelse, indretningen var speciel, men Hestenssengene er skønne. Alt fungerede fint, hotellet ligger centralt i fht indkøb og restauranter. Hvis man vil på rideture er det en perfekt base. Vi havde rigtig gode oplevelser med de søde og meget veltrænede heste.

Our room didnt have towels and we have to ask the reception for it. Most likely it was missed out by the housekeeper. Bedroom and bathroom are spacious but a little run down.
