Pretty basic but clean and comfy. The hotel is located on a busy road so pretty noisy until later hours. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Priced accordingly.

Excellent Service and Value!
Well run motel. It was easy to extend my stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location next to Safeway store, gas stations and resuarants. Well worth the money. I will be back next for next year's vacation.

We visited Reedsport to see family, so we opted for cheap. We rented 3 rooms and called ahead to get them together. They were very accommodating! The rooms were basic, yet each had a fridge, microwave, and table with 2 chairs. Clean yet behind a gas station on the 101. Noisy. No a/c or fan = room got muggy at times.

Stay in Reedsport
We had a nice weekend stay in Reedsport. Also went to Winchester Bay. The hotel was a place to stay. It was nice, and the manager was friendly and helpful.

A small, 60s style hotel, but clean and efficient. Internet was average speed - not as fast as home, but workable. Close to town and the marina. I would stay there again.

The Host/Owner/Manager Sean was friendly, helpful and wanted to be sure we were comfortable. He explained everything. Always had a smile and a kind word. What a wonderful get-away. We will gladly go back again.

This is an older property which has been nicely updated. The room was very good for the price. However, the door was missing threshold weather-stripping (at the bottom) which showed a 1/2" gap along the entire length. I used duct tape to cover the gap at night.

Thank you for the feedback! Guest satisfaction has always been our top priority. We will have maintenance team take a closer look, bottom of the luggage probably got caught on the stripping and damaged it. You should have brought it to our attention and we would have gladly switched rooms.

they advertised having a pool but when we got there the pool had been filled in with concrete. I told the host I was disappointed and all he said was that I could cancel the reservation I wanted to. I felt it was falsely advertised.

Good location and price
Nice/friendly staff, smooth check-in, and utilitarian room that was comfortable enough. Internet worked but was slow for streaming. I always like having a recycle bin but none was there. Those gripes aside, it was a very affordable option at a central location for hanging out in Reedsport and checking out the beautiful Umpqua River.

The property was dirty, ant infestation in both rooms. Woke up and all suitcases had hordes of ants in them. I was guaranteed that both the rooms I booked would be on the ground floor. The hotel had no information on this and therefore did not have any thing available. He did, however, manage to move things around and was able to find one room on the ground floor. This booking was for 4 elderly women who shouldn't have been walking up any stairs. I'm very disappointed.

For being a 3 star hotel the service and clean rooms we provide are more than 3 stars. Management will be following up with front desk since we have never had any issues in regards to this. Property was older but in great shape. No deferred or scabbed up repairs. Bed comfortable, nice bathrooms. Clean. Holiday weekend and 4X4 convention was noisy on highway next to hotel so there was some noise but still worth what we paid!

Walkable neighborhood, close to grocery store and great little diner (3 egg cheese omelette, hash browns and a pancake $7.99). Friendly staff.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Economy Inn in Reedsport. The establishment does have a vintage charm, hinting at its longstanding presence in the area. While some updates and renovations could enhance the guest experience, it's evident that they've maintained much of its original character. During my stay, I noticed that there was a bit of ambient noise from neighboring guests and the nearby gas station. On the night of our stay, it was particularly warm, which necessitated an open window. This did amplify the external sounds. However, I must commend the front desk staff who were genuinely amiable and welcoming during check-in. All in all, it was an experience reminiscent of old-school roadside motels, with a touch of Reedsport's local flavor.
