I am sorry to hear that your stay did not meet all of your expectations in regards to the age of the building and also the size of the rooms. Unfortunately due to the age of the building a lift would not be possible to have fitted however I can understand this may be an inconvenience. However for future reference, we would be more than happy to allocate you a ground floor room if requested in advance in order to avoid the stairs as we can understand they can be overwhelming. In regards to the heating, the rooms are supplied with a manually operated thermostat where you may change the heating to your desired temperature.
