Told me the wrong room, no refrigerator or microwave. The lamps in the room didn't turn on. It was an awful experience and will never stay again.

The stay was ok, electric outlet in bathroom did not work I couldn't curl my hair, really not enough outlets in the room period. 1 night would be all that we would have wanted to stay there.

1 towel in room,smells in the room , phone with no Wire connected , crack heads pacing the parking lot ,they gave me a hard time to get more towels an it’s way over price wouldn’t recommend this place at all

We ended up in room at beginning of trip it was okay. Then maid was doing only part of room. Then it began to smell like something died in the wall was told maintenance would be by in AM they NEVER came then maid refuse to come in room because of Smell.

When I walked in the room I had to leave because there was a rat. They sent me to a different room I walked in and it wasn't clean. Then finally they gave us a room that was cleaned but the tv didn't work. It was to hot. The AC didn't work

On scale 1 to 10 i give this place a 4 or 5 tops
The reception lady was rude and she gave me the rong room i ask for a water view room with a small walk out patio and she gave me one without. Then she gave me a room with patio but no water view. I was looking at a parking lot all night on Halloween night there is no elevator to bring you up to your rooms and there tv suck old remote that dont work and room 206 has a bottle cap underneath the rug that kept stabbing my feet when i walked to bathroom not happy i was so tured i didn't even bother asking for refund or for receptionist to change my room to the water viewing side.

Everything worked good & they are very nice but I just wish the room was cleaner. And for a non smoking room it had burn holes and smelled like cigarettes 😩. Deff could use new things in there !!

Carpet was gross and sticky with spilt soda or juice. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee packs to make coffee. No cups. Outside office was gross. When we got to our room, it looked like someone tried to kick door down. We also got a knock on our door around 11 pm. I will not stay here again. Gross, dirty, and I felt unsecure.

The room was so dirty, In the bathroom there was old soap from the client that had slept there, I found dirty soaks in the bathroom the blankets had burn holes on them, in the bathroom sink there was cigarettes the room had dust all over the night stand and the rugs had hole and marks all over . Had the worst stay ever😞

Gave this place a second try and was much happier with the room this time. Bathroom was complete instead of sink in sleeping area. A/C worked great. Again no wash cloths and only 2 towels in room, I went prepared and brought my own. Not enough pillows and they are too small. Bed was too soft. All in all for the price it was a good deal.

Liked nothing but the privacy. The room was a mess, floor did not look vacuumed in a long time. There was a microwave but it was covered in something pink. The mini fridge was ok. The person next door blared the tv all day and night and it was the only thing we could hear even over the ac.

The price makes up for a lot of short comings. My room didn't have a blanket on the bed, didn't have any towels except for one soggy towel left in the shower stall. The person at the front desk took care of all these problems within half an hour. Wi-fi is touch and go - nothing to be done about that. No microwave, fridge, or coffee maker, but at these prices that's not a big surprise.

I attended a late night event in this area which is a couple hours from home, so I wanted to book a room to stay in for the night as cheaply as possible. As such I didn't expect a five star experience, and didn't really need it. This motel has been around for decades and had been shutdown in 2012 by the board of health for some time. The property could still use some maintenance, but the room and bathroom were clean, the AC and TV worked well. There was a phone in the room but I'm not sure why, it was not connected at all. Not an issue in today's world. The Wi-Fi didn't provide a very good connection in my room so I just used mobile data for my phone and laptop. The folks at the front desk gave me a bit of a hard time about my name, the reservation was under "Bill" and my ID says "William". A surprising number of people aren't familiar with this nickname. I just showed them the confirmation number on my phone. Otherwise I had no problems, the room and my stay was completely adequate. I would stay here again if in the area.
