Property had an excellent dining options on site with a near-by grocery store as well. Facilities were clean and safe. Beach was fantastic and private

I thought the price I booked was for two rooms. It was not. Not worth 600 a night for a basic room. Very mediocre.

Got a one bedroom suite as my husband had a very early call. The main room had no light - front desk told us it had a floor lamp that must have been stolen. We stated two nights was never replaced. Th bedroom door was louvered slates so it blocked neither light or sound Expect much more from a Hilton Checked again on the lamp at checkout and the response was - it had been reported. Did not help us in the least. The bed was comfortable , but the room was advertised as a partial ocean view. In reality it had a view of the parking lot. If you went out on the balcony and hung over you could see a sliver of ocean. Just not up to my expectations of the Hilton Brand

The pool tiles were broken and left as such with big orange cones. The giant chest game was broken and left into pieces. As for our room, we had huge rust in it. The walls and doors were all chipped. The food at the main restaurant was either over cooked or undercooked and at best mediocre. The service at the tables was super long. As for their provisions corner, we received a perished salad and the personnel wasn’t able to inform us of presence of allergens in their baked goods.

The room was not well kept lots of peeling chipping paint in tub shower. Hot water was Luke warm at best. Restaurant was good great service overall from all the staff. I would say it was average for the stay not amazing but not bad

Facility was very clean, staff all cheerful and accomodating. One if the best hotels I have stayed in Florida. Food was excellent in the restraunt!!

It was good for the one night I needed somewhere to stay prior to a cruise. The beds were extremely hard and the soaps,shampoos and conditioners were mounted to the wall.

The staff were friendly but room is like a 2* motel. No crib for the children; they provided a play pen instead with no mattress; very hard surface for them to sleep in.

Very very disappointed period. Stayed in the Presendintal Suite !!! Very outdated even had carpet in the room !!! Would not recommend this property only thing good is the view !!!!!
