Although these types of hotels typically have all the amenities of a full kitchen this hotel provided nothing but two ice trays in the kitchen. There was not a wine bottle opener available at the counter. They advertised breakfast but it only consisted of coffee, muffins and packets of oatmeal with no hot water or bowels for the oatmeal.

Lack of amenities such what to see and do, plastic silverware and paper plates. Breakfast was non existent. An hour after it opened there were no pastries, just instant oatmeal.
I would NOT stay long term here!

Was advised when we checked in that the last 3 rooms available to rent had issues even tho I had already booked it on line. We took the room that the fridge wasn’t working. Had issues with Wi-Fi and was made to feel stupid when I asked questions. No amenities in room. When asked if they had some soap I was advised NO. will not book at this chain again. Very rude and unhelpful ☹️☹️☹️

Horrible place!
I booked a non smoking room and my room smell super bad of cigarets and weed. The smell was everywere. My friends were in rooms near me and their rooms smell super bad too. My room was 201 that is in front of the stair that goes to the pool and it was pple smoking weed there so the smell got into my room. During check out i said something but obviously was too late.
Also it says it include breakfast but when i went to have breakfast at 9:38 am the front desk lady told me that breakfast was till 9:30am. So day after i went for breakfast at 9 am and breakfast was over. They didn’t have it.
Room was big and spacious but the towels were dirty, it was hair all over the bathroom and in the bed. I’m happy that i had my traveling blanket with me.
I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Also this is a pet friendly hotel and i didn’t know that so pple where walking around inside the hotel with their pet dogs.

I did not like anything!!! It was dirty, smelled dirty, didn’t want to even sleep on the dingy bedding. There was a diaper left behind on the floor by the night stand. This tells me how well they clean. If I could get my money back I would and will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Noisy people, hanging out in the parking lot all hours and I did not feel safe at all!! DO KOT STAY HERE!!! It’s horrible.

The pool was very dirty with a ton of leaves in it . There was no chairs out to sit on . Our sink didn’t drain in the bathroom and they had no breakfast as they said the truck didn’t come . I will never stay here again .
