Initially booked a premium room (more space with full fridge and microwave. Could not check into room until 3. Got an early check in at 2:30 because I opted out for a basic room. And that’s what it was….basic….a small tv, a chair, 2 small beds, half a night stand, and a bathroom. $145. The AC didn’t work, the cable didn’t work, toilet paper thingy fell out of the wall! The manager, Hiedya (probably spelled that wrong)! Was very accommodating and upgraded me to a premium room. Was given the key cards and went to the new room and it wasn’t cleaned yet (5pm). So I waited and waited and waited. Shift changed, so I notified the new shift person, Amanda. Room still was not ready. Came back from playing putt putt, room was finally ready. (630ish). Long story short, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. And Jackie referred me to an awesome car service that transported me to the cruise terminal.
