This a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are comfortable and so close to the ocean you can hear the waves from the room. Staff is fabulous. This place has lots of funky charm. I'll definitely be staying there again.

If you want a place where someone has poured out their heart, this is for you. There's a wonderful, charm in every corner. From the cute decorations to the unique furniture. Theres a fantastic spot in the back on the beach, thats homey and comfortable This is an older property, I guess the 50's, surrounded by anodyne, boring buildings. So the light switch may be behind the door, the room is small, with all the amenities packed in wherever they fit If you want a big room, with shiny fixtures you can stay at every other hotel and condo on the beach. If you want to take a step back and stay and grandma's home on the beach, this is for you

This place is the pinnacle of Old Florida charm. It’s just what I was looking for! You basically get a small apartment for the price of a crappy hotel. More bang for your buck here! Loving it! The world would be a better place with more places like this. Very family oriented!

The best of those old school Florida motel.
If you are looking for a different, more original and old school Florida experience, This place is the friendliest and cleanest of those older motels that i have been to in FL. On the beach, In a great little town with 5 minutes drive good food and drinks options where you will meet great people.

This was a quite little motel on the water. The building are older but the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I also loved that it was on the water with easy access to the beach.

Authentic Florida Gem!
So cute! Right on the beach, great views, very clean, cute Florida style room. It's no wonder that its sold out alot. Authentic Florida gem in the midst of newer, and more boring high rises. Great for couples, amazing sunrise. Very thoughtful amenities in the room, and a comfortable bed as well. 10/10

Cute little spot right on the beach.
Great little family run spot, If you are looking for somewhere local vs corporate right on the beach this place is cute. They were very helpful with check-in and questions even after hours.

We were greeted by our gracious host upon arrival, had a quick check-in, she showed us around the property and set us up for a great stay. I love the old school south Florida efficiency style and it truly brought back memories of my youth down here. The area is very well maintained and quiet, and literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Places like this are gonna get harder to find. The price was more than fair for the value. I am looking forward to our next stay!!

It was a wonderful stay. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights and slept great. We live in a camper so I enjoyed the boiling hot shower! Will be back again. Loved this little mom and pop place

Charming, clean, and friendly
Super friendly & responsive staff. The room was exactly what I needed. Very comfortable, clean, and cute. It’s an old school bungalow type place. It’s charming. I would 100% stay here again. It was raining and extremely windy during my trip, so I can’t really rate the beach or any outdoor features.

The property quality is a good value for the nightly rate. It's right on the ocean front. Only thing that I would suggest is have the rooms periodically cleaned if your staying multiple nights. I'm not sure but I think you have to request room cleaning...it's not done daily if your staying more than one night. Anyway, other than that...the place is an worth the stay and I will stay again.

Only thing I didn't like was the snarky note that if any dishes were left in the sink, they'd charge us $25. We left no dishes, so I guess the hotel achieved the desired effect. But it rubbed me the wrong way.

My wife wants to come back in 6 weeks and stay for a month! Nothing fancy, but everything you need. Beautiful beach & terrace over looking the beach and ocean. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

This motel has everything you need. We arrived after 10 p. Key wasn't in box but someone there within couple minutes to get us in our room. Room was clean and stocked. The outdoor patio overlooking the ocean was great. My only complaint was the bed had a big dip in the middle.

Very much "Old Florida" motel, but directly on an AMAZING and virtually deserted beach. The motel has all you really need for a relaxed, comfortable and informal stay. If you're looking for glitz and pampering...stay away. If you're looking for a small, personal, fairly priced, super clean and totally informal "old Florida" beachfront motel, SeaScape fits the bill.

Everything you need in one room. Full fridge, very clean. We discovered we had no hot water at 10pm and they replaced the water heater in less than 24 hours. They were ready to reach and very considerate and fair throughout the process. Very nice people.

This place was way better than i anticipated! My room was updated and super clean. Everything i needed was already included! The beach is right there. The shaded tiki was amazing to be able to enjoy the view without the harsh sunlight! Price was very appropriate. Thank you so much to the owners for offering a great clean safe place amongst other unaffordable options! You guys rock!

Beautiful location
Beautiful location, right next to the beach. Lots of nature on your doorstep ..we were lucky enough to have see eagles, baby turtles, lizards,all types of birds . Excellent for photography with a beautiful morning sunrise on the beach. Rooms are very clean with everything you need..but be prepared for quirky dated furniture (it’s far from your modern hotel). check in was simple ..just a key left for us as we arrived late . Simple parking outside. Would definitely recommend and we might book again for our last night before returning home. A very memorable stay , Thank you

It is a cute place to stay. It is basic but by the ocean. We enjoyed the 24 hr access to the beach. We also enjoyed looking for Sea Turtles.

Booked last minute. We stayed in the “motel room”. This cute,quaint, little hideaway was a perfect weekend stay. The courtyard provided easy access to beach and was steps away to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. If you are hoity toity this is not for you but if you are an 80s child you will love it !! It’s one of my favorite stays at a motel. I adored it! Customer service was excellent and great communication by the host.

I'm baffled by the previous ratings. This motel is very much "old Florida" and was actually expecting much of what it is but we had to run the loud moldy window style a/c constantly. There was light streaming in around and under the door. The mattress was down right broke on the side. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, requiring the door to be left open at all times. To their credit, I only had to remove one roach.

Wunderschön gelegenes kleines Motel im klassischen Stil. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Ausstattung der Preisklasse entsprechend. Wir sind spät angereist und unser Schlüssel war hinterlegt. Zusätzlich hat man uns am Telefon in Deutsch begrüßt, was eine ziemliche Überraschung war. Das Highlight des Motels ist definitv der Garten direkt am Strand mit Strandzugang. Wir waren hier für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und können es nur empfehlen.
