That place hasn’t been remodeled in years, the baseboards are covered in filth, room doors have food, boogers, blood and who else knows smeared on them. We turned on the bathroom lights and roaches scattered. Beds fit one adult, carpet holds nasty smell. Just disgusting. And front desk all look miserable. And, during our stay we could hear a couple arguing cussing up a storm. We came with 3 kids, worse experience ever.

This facility has a nice kitchenette with a full size fridge which allowed me to recharge my cooling elements for a long trip next day. The thought that I am not paying a fortune for a clean comfortable bed also contributed to my good night sleep.

I always read the reviews of the property and it’s a lot of negative reviews about the property. I was surprised. The room is super clean, Friendly staff. Over all room is great! Very satisfied!

Read before booking ahead of time. I booked ahead, upon arrival realized the conditions were terrible, just a gross, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable environment. I asked the concierge what the penalty is for cancellation. She said i would be billed for 1 day... Understandable. 3 days later there was still no refund in my account. I called and was informed all refunds were handled by expedia, since that is who I booked through. After expedia reached out 3 times they still refused my refund despit it clearly stating in their policy that I should have been given one.

We were there for one night only, we went for work. We were only there to sleep. At the reception the treatment was friendly. The room is simple, it was clean with small bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen, TV, and a queen bed .For one night it was fine, in accordance with the price we paid, which was only $62/night. The hotel is under renovation and is not in good condition everywhere and on the second floor it is open and you can see the part that is being fixed. There are machines with soft drinks and sweets. If I were going to stay more days I would choose another place.

Expedia listing said breakfast was available for $3. There was no way to even get coffee without going out into congested traffic. There are no tissues, no paper towels, no silverware, scarcely anything so if this is an extended stay, you have to bring absolutely everything you need. Who ever heard of a hotel with absolutely no way to have coffee in the morning?

I am very disappointed that Expedia would represent such a low class accommodation. Room 134 which was originally assigned was grossly filthy, dirty curtains, gross smell in the room, crude along the baseboard, rusted vent in the bathoom, etc etc. I went to the front desk to request a refund she advised that she would not because it was booked by Expedia. Then requested a $100 deposit taken directly from the credit card and stated it may be refunded only after the cleaners cleaned the room after we left the hotel. We were moved to room 243 which was not much better except for the smell. Bathroom door was peeling at the bottom, dirt around the baseboard, crud in each corner, etc. I request a full refund for the hardship this has caused my room mate and I. I would never recommend this location to anyone and I will give this hotel a big 0 rating. I have numerous photos which I can upload if required. A prompt refund and response is requested. Very vey disappointing. Since we could not get a refund we HAD to remain in the location.......we could not remove our shoes in the room due to the filthy look of the carpet, etc . The worst hotel experience of my life so far...and by far. And I do travel plenty.

Cleanliness has been going downhill
This is a no frills hotel that I've (and other family members) have stayed at several times over the past year while visiting my son at college. I don't need fancy and that's why I've stayed there... have college bills to pay and looking to save. However, the cleanliness has gone down each time I've been there so not sure if I will book again. It does look like they may be remodeling as I saw areas marked off with carpet rolls and such in the hallways. Saw that last March also so maybe it will improve. This last stay was the first time I had several roaches in my room though which I was not at all happy about!

perfect for one night stay, close to the airport, bars and restaurants etc within a 5 minute drive. The rooms are large with kitchen facilities, a little tired looking but linen and towels were very clean, brilliantly white and soft. Did notice new carpets ready to be fitted, so improvements going on, staff friendly and welcoming. Would stay again

Disappointing, considering price.
The location was ok and close to the airporT as advertised. O5 also advertises a full kitchen.. clearly that is inaccurate. We never even had a kettle and were told to boil water in a pot! The fittings were tired, the supplied chair was old and damaged... The whole room needed a refresh. The laundry room was good and useful.

I stayed just 1 night and i get for what I paid. Definitely if I go back to the area I'll pay little bit more and stay in a better place. It doesn't look clean. Definitely need an update. But again, price is ok and i received for what I pay.

At one time it must have been an amazing hotel. It's old but they've tried to keep up with maintenance. If you are budget minded and in need for a place to sleep while driving on I-95, it's fine.
