With respect to your comments made below, we would kindly like to mention that you had 2 different reservations for 2 different room types. The first night was for a Deluxe Garden View room in the Historic Wing, and the second night was for a Superior Garden View in the New Wing. For your convenience, we provided an upgrade to the same room type in the New Wing so you will not have to change for one night. However, when we had the pleasure to meet we informed you that we could, if you wished, provide you the room you had originally booked. This meant that you could change rooms on the second day if you wished to proceed as per your original reservation, however you preferred to stay in the same room. Kindly also note that our colleagues from the Mini Bar service left the bottle of wine you requested in the in-room fridge. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and offer you our services!
