숙소가는 길도 너무 힘들어요 다 오르막길에 계단이라 진짜 힘들어요. 방도 사진이랑 엄청 달라요 진짜 좁아서 캐리어 펼칠공간도 없어요. 진짜 별로에요. 냉장고도 엄청 작고. 화장실에 샤워용품 구비돼있다면서 하나도 없어요. 아무것도 화장실에서 냄새도 나요. 엄청 별로에요

The hotel is nothing out of the ordinary. We liked the view and the price/quality relationship. Please be aware the hotel is on a steep hill and there are no restaurants/shops nearby.

The host was asleep during our check in (4pm), and we had to keep calling her just to check us in after a long travel day. She brought us into a room that was half the size of what we booked. The air quality in our room was awful, it smelt like mold, and all three of us got sick during our stay. Hvar is such a beautiful place and I would tell anyone to go visit, but unfortunately I would not recommend this place to stay!

How sad and pitiful of the lady in question, so many lies and untruths.It has not yet happened that any of the guests received a different space than the one they reserved.The lady who wrote all these lies here booked a studio apartment and thought she should get a deluxe because she was looking at the main picture of the building, which is also the terrace of the deluxe apartment, and forgot to open the pictures of the apartment she booked (I think it's her saw well, she just went for a lower price).the saddest and most important thing she didn't write was that I gave her the biggest apartment without extra charge, and in the studio she booked she only slept 1 night, the other six she spread out in the biggest apartment in the house.this is proof that the better you are, the worse it is for you

I'm sorry for this rating, but the reason is simple, everything is ok in the apartment, but they did not respect the house rules and at 5 o'clock in the morning they were sitting on the balcony drunk and talking as if it were noon and when they were warned that they could leave the apartment if it happens again, I think that they gave the rating they did out of revolt, but every normal guest can conclude that the rating cannot be 10 out of 10 now 1 or 2,I would be glad if potential guests who want to make a reservation see and understand why there are such reviews and where the truth is, because many guests from the revolt who have been warned about their behavior leave a review as if we are the biggest scum

Nice and friendly stay
Nice staying in an apartment with a friendly host. Nice view from the terrace overlooking the port and the sea. A 10 minute uphill walking from the port, but so are most of the accomedations.

Vista maravilhosa ainda melhor do que nas fotos! Quarto espaçoso e com boa ventilação. Familia dona da casa muito atenciosa e prestativa. Inclusive deixamos as malas lá no ultimo dia depois do checkout. Vale a pena.

写真の通り、部屋からアドリア海を見渡せることができ、サンセットも見ることができました。バルコニーからの眺めは最高で、ずつーと見ることができました。ただ、となりのバルコニーと隣接していて、壁がなかったので客と顔を合わせるのがちょっと気まずかったです。声も丸聞こえです。 宿までの道のりが急な坂道があるため、スーツケース押すのが大変でした。だけど、部屋からの絶景を見たら疲れは吹っ飛びました！

Très bonne adresse
Super appartement avec Terrasse. Nous avons dormi la premier nuit en chambre seule avec balcon vue mer, confort mais seulement une chambre. Du coup nous avons passé la 2eme nuit dans l'appartement. La propriétaire bien que sympathique est bien trop intrusive. Mais ça reste une tres bonne adresse. A 10 minute du port (attention ça grimpe), et la clim dans toutes les pieces <3

The room was clean and tidy and location was only a short walk to both the town and the beach. Worth bearing in mind the position of the property (at the top of a steep hill) if you have an issue with steps or climbing a hill in hot temperatures in the summer. Host was friendly; however, was barely around. Upon arriving at the property, it was difficult to find her to check in. We were however a little early but as the day went on it was clear that some other guests had a similar issue. Saying this, the price for staying in Hvar town was good value and the balcony with sea view was an added bonus.

Do not stay here! Rude landlady
I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The landlady was terrible. She was rude and invaded our space. She also entered the place while we were gone without being informed she will be doing this. The place itself was dirty. The sheets did not seem clean and there was hair in the shower. Avoid this place at all cost.

It is unfortunate when a guest does not tell the truth, and especially about cleanliness, that same guest, without my knowledge, brought me two more to stay for free and plus they alienated me a few towels and a piece of linen. upon arrival, I informed them that I was going to take the trash to the apartment I would not recommend them to anyone

最上階のシービューの部屋がおすすめ！
シービューの部屋は広いバルコニーでくつろぎながら夕陽やフブァルタウンを眺めることが出来て最高。部屋自体も何ら問題なく快適に過ごせる。 ホストも島に到着時にバスターミナルまで迎えに来てくれて親切だった。タウンからアパートまで徒歩10分。途中急な坂道が続くので小さな子供がいると少し大変。

Feel the room was misrepresented
Unfortunately the room I had did not have a view and I could not open the window as it opened up to the car park on the first floor. The other rooms did look like they had the advertised view to be fair but was a bit disappointed as was looking forward to a view. That said the owner was friendly enough

位在山坡上，走路推行李上來有點累，房間有點小，不過我們和同行友人都是住1樓，有個小客廳可用。服務人員不錯，房間費用是當場付歐元。

Friendly. Comfortable. Good atmosphere.
Great service. Extremely accommodating staff. Washing machine wasn’t working so the owner wash all of our clothes and put them out to dry for us while we were out. Beautiful little outdoor space with sun-loungers to relax on.

Mkt trevligt lägenhetshotell.
Ett väldigt rent, fint hotell med lägenheter som duger fint för matlagning om så önskas. Vi hade en lägenhet med utsikt mot stad och hav och den var helt magisk. Gott om utrymme, sköna sängar. Eftersom hotellet ligger högt över staden behöver man ha lätt att gå för att kunna ta sig dit. Det var inga problem med min snart 77 åriga mamma men hon är en pigg en som kan gå hur mycket som helst. Rekommenderar hotellet starkt och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Like :(1)Since cars are not allowed to park @ the ferry terminal, the owner picked us up from the bus station (around 5 mins walk with luggage from ferry terminal). (2)The owner gave us a map and showed us good restaurants. She replied our questions in detail. Thanks. (3) the house is modern with good view. (4) fully equipped kitchen. (5) strong wifi. Strong and hot water. (5) you got what you paid Dislike: (1) the door of the bathing stand is broken. (2) facilites are a bit old (3) go down from the guest house to ferry terminal via stairs is around 10 mins walk (with luggage)

The owner is very nice. She picks us up at the bus station and let us check-in ealier than usual. You need to walk down a little bit to get to the beach or the old town. But you have a nice view over the sea as compensation!

Great place to stay if you want a bit of quiet. Uphill walk out of town about 10-15mins then stairs to room. Host very friendly. Had a sea view room but had to be out on the deck to see the sea view. We cooked our own food - kitchen well equipped. We are an average fit couple in our early 50’s

Huespedes muy amables. Habitacion buena. Todo muy limpio. Una puesta de sol espectacular desde el balcon de la habitacion. Muy recomendable para quien tiene auto o no le molesta subir miles de escaleras ya que el alojamiento esta bastante alto aunque muy cerca de todo.
