Si j’aurais pu donner 6 étoiles je l’aurais fais. C’est le plus belle hébergement et le meilleur service que j’ai eu de ma vie. Propriétaire incroyablement sympathique et accueillant. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Split en voiture. Peux importe je prix, ça vaux absolument le détour !!

Beautiful hotel
The stay was great, good service, kind staff, beautiful beach and large rooms. Overall there is nothing wrong with the hotel. However, Podstrana is a quiet place with not to much nightlife. So if you are visiting for a calm and relaxing vacation, this hotel is a good choice. If you want more life and music in the evening, you should consider split or actually another city. (Split in general is not to good at partying, at least not in late September). But again, the hotel was great and absolutely a recommendation!

Perfect for a family getaway!
We spend 4 nights here as a base for visits to Split, Trogir and Klis. The room had an amazing view to the Split peninsula and Brac. The massive balcony of our room had both a section with sun and a section with shade. The hotel is in walking distance of a bakery and a small but well-stocked supermarket. By far the best thing is the fact that the beach is right outside the door. You are literally on the beach in 30 seconds. This particular stretch of beach is busy, but not overly crowded. Within a five minute walk on the beach, there are at least two nice restaurants, and ice cream stand, an on beach massage stand, a stand with beach essentials and a jetski rental. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the service level is very high. You feel in good hands. The room is well-appointed and offers an efficient Aircon and a smart-TV. Not that we had time to use it.

Lovely place
We stayed here for one night, and it was great. Free parking just outside the apartments, and the host greeted us immidiately with sodas and a free room upgrade. We got the room with sea view, it is beautiful there. We took the bus to Split, cheap and quick. All in all a lovely stay in a quiet area, and a service minded host.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit einem tollen Ausblick und sehr nettem Besitzer. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!! Das Frühstück kann man auch sehr empfehlen, das ist nicht inbegriffen aber den Preis auf jeden Fall wert.

Fantastic stay. Will go back
This was the best stay in Croatia. The owner Antek was fantastic, with our late 2am flight there was no problems checking in. Free parking on front of the villa very secured for the rented car. Room and toilet where very clean, bed very comfortable, little kichenet with all you need tea, coffee, fridge, kettel. Balcony with sea view bad very nice and sunny. On one day the neighbors had workers fixing windows with a bit of noise, the owner offer to upgrade us to a quiet room. That tourn out to be a supreme room with a seaview patio :D we where very surprised and very happy as you can imagine :D. There is a bus stop 50m away that will take you to Split city center one way for 13ku (2euro) or Uber around 10 euro single trip. We use the bus instead of the rented car as it was super convenient and way cheaper than the parking in split (2-5 euro per hour), last bus is at midnight from split. The villa has it's private beach with free sun beds and parasols. Overall we had amazing time in Villa Meditarian and would definitely recommend it to everyone. We will definitely comback :D

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Das Basic-Zimmer ist etwas beengt und ist auch nicht voll ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage haben wir aber alles bekommen was wir bräuchten. (die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals läßt sich kaum überbietet - Familienbetrieb !!) Nach ein paar Tagen konnten wir sogar kostenlos in ein höherwertiges Zimmer wechseln. Ich fand unser altes Zimmer auch schön - besonders wegen dem Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung Berge - Ansichtsache ... Die Küche haben wir gar nicht benötigt. Für 6.- € gab es auf der Terasse ein Frühstück an dem wirklich nichts fehlte. Der Strand besteht aus feinen Kies. Liegen und Schirme werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe und haben bis spät abends geöffnet. Rechts und links neben dem Holel sind Strandbar's und Restaurant's für Getränke oder Abendessen zu humanitären Preisen. Wem das nicht reicht, der kann für 13KUN (ca 2,- €) mit dem Linienbus in die Altstadt von Split fahren. Die Haltestelle ist 50m entfernt.

Perfekter Badeurlaub unweit des Flughafens Split
Wunderbarer Gastgeber. Ante und sein Team vermitteln eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause .Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Getränke werden auf Wunsch serviert. Willkommensgetränk sowie zum Abschied eine gute Flasche Wein. Flughafenshuttle funktionierte perfekt. Kostete 35 Euro. Ante machte extra um 6 Uhr noch Frühstück für uns. 2 gute Restaurants direkt neben dem Apartment. Ebenso eine coole Strandbar mit sehr leckeren Cocktails (im Schnitt knapp 6 Euro pro Cocktail.) Es gab sogar leckeres Weissbier (Benediktiner aus Ettal) . Jetski Verleih direkt vorm Apartment. Bäckerei ca. 150 m und kleiner Supermarkt ca. 250 m entfernt. Über die Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir die Ruhe am Strand genossen.

Excellent and perfect choice
The room in which we stayed was brand new, at ground level with own terasse and sun beds. It was like private sea access with excellent view. The location was way much better than the photos tell, so strong recommendation from us. Excellent breakfast with nice atmosphere, nice and friendly staff. Perfect choice for couples and families!

Von der Terrasse direkt an den Strand...besser geht’s nicht. Liegen und Sonnenschirm inklusive. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, genauso wie WLAN. Vermieter und Personal super, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn doch nur Podstrana selbst etwas schöner wäre....

Kohteen sijainti oli meille täydellinen, rauhallinen paikka yksityisellä rannalla. Lähellä bussipysäkkiä, josta pääsy Splitin ja Omisin suuntaan. Yövyimme viikon merenpuolella terassillisessa huoneessa. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja näköala merelle upea. Paikan omistajina oli todella ystävällinen ja sydämellinen perhe. Monipuolinen aamupala kannattaa ottaa. Täydet pisteet meiltä, vierailemme ehdottomasti uudestaan.

I had a very plesant stay at the beachfront hotel. I t is a small family run hotel. Great place to relax . They have their own beach. Rooms are very clean and spacious. A lovely quiet location, but close to local amenities, bars & restaurants. Local transport links are punctual and reliable. We had a great friendly welcome, and our hosts could not do enough for us to ensure that we had a great stay. Our apartment was well equipped and had a fantastic split-level partially covered terrace. Great value for the price that we payed, and exactly what we were looking for. 😎
