븅간빌라 이용후기
리바거리에 인접한 안락한 아파트. 넓고 깔끔한 실내환경에 만족했어요. 친절하고 아름다운 주인 로라에게서 흐바르섬이나 기타 정보도 제공받았고 무엇보다 디오클레티안궁전에서 가까워서 머므르는동안 두번 다녀왔어요. 어느곳보다도 편안하고 집같은 분위기가 장점.

Excellent place to stay!!!
위치도 번화가와 가까워서 좋았고, 주인분도 정말 친절했고 아파트도 깨끗하고 따뜻해서 좋았다. 와이파이도 그 어떤 호텔보다도 빨랐고 모든면에서 최고의 숙소였다. 다시 오게 된다면 이 곳에서 또 묵을 것이다.

Perfect place to stay in Split
I stayed two nights and it was a fantastic stay. We are warmly welcomed by Laura and Paul. They are really kind, and helpful. Location, facility, cleaness...Everything is just perfect. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone if you'd like to have unforgettable memory in Split like me.

Nice and big house
My wife and I had stayed here for 2 nights, and our overall experience at the house was good. The house was actually too big for two of us. There are one double size bed, a big couch, and a futon bed, so 4 people can easily stay at the apartment. Without expecting the house to be quite big, my wife and I were actually surprised (in a good way) The nearby area is just a residential area, so there isn't much around the house. However, if you walk out 5 minutes, there are a lot of restaurants. Laura (the landlord) was very kind. The stay was nice and comfortable overall.

The beds were out of this world, great quirks to the rooms and staff always super friendly. The access to the spa and free classes was a huge bonus too!

Lovely room with nice furnishings. Excellent location in the old town. Breakfast at the Hotel Marul across from the apartments was lovely. Hosts are really friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location
Apartment based 5 - 10 max mins(walking) away from everything and away from all the touristy crazyness so easy with luggage. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice Family apartment with high standard
Very nice apartment with high standard, close to the old town but a little hard find. The area closest to the apartment and the view was not very nice. The host met up and was very nice and friendly.

We loved this Apartment. Very well appointed and well suited for family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers). It is in perfect position just off the old town and 5 minutes walk to sea promenade. Laura (the Manager) was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with taxi to airport.

Utrolig fin og romslig leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Veldig godt utstyrt leilighet og med flott interiør. Gåavstand både til byen og til strender, anbefaler f eks å bade på Plaza Jezinac (steinstrand). Vi var også til sandstranden Bacvice på andre siden av byen, men der luktet det ille. Meget hyggelige og behjelpelige utleiere. Ville uten tvil bodd der igjen!

Great central location
Hosts were super friendly , great knowledge of the area , offered a pick up service . I had just a room and not an apartment and the only issue I have is that when someone moved into the apartment next door , the walls are really thin and you can hear everything . Overall great owners and a comfortable clean place to stay

Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario per farsi delle bevande calde. bagno comodo e l'ospite gentilmente ha messo a disposizione shampoo, balsami ecc. Unica pecca per me sono i due piani da fare per le scale. La posizione è invidiabile, praticamente a due passi dal centro. La camera è posizionata all'interno dell'appartamento della proprietaria. ma con una sufficiente privacy.

Lite krångel att få rummet då det inte finns någon reception - bara flera olika rum på olika adresser. Man få hålla kontakten med telefon och sms. Men ett väldigt fint rum mitt i gamla delen av Split fick vi. Mycket prisvärt!

This apartment is in a perfect location. On a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood, yet less than a five-minute walk to the center of town and Diocletian's Palace. Laura, the proprietor, is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. And, of course, Split is a magnificent city!

Boa alternativa de hospedagem.
Apartamento novo, espaçoso e bem decorado, no segundo andar de pequeno prédio, localizado em região tranquila e bem próxima das atrações turísticas. Talvez o inconveniente para algumas pessoas o fato de ter elevador. Em Split, ótima opção para refeições é a tratoria TINEL, próxima à igreja. Diversificados pratos a preços bastante acessíveis, bem servidos em ambientes agradáveis. Não esquecendo de manter contato com os anfitriões para informar horário da chegada. Sugiro encomendar transporte do hotel para apanha no aeroporto, pagando-se o valor normal de 40 euros, cerca de 300 kunas.

Great location and value for money
I stayed at the premises during the off-season Easter period and found a good value for money option. It was easy walking access to the Walled Old Town pedestrian area - probably about 3 min away. The room was well appointed and had a little fridge and coffee / tea provisions. There was no attached kitchenette however which I had found was pretty standard in most hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia, but as I was not self-catering, it was not an issue. The bathroom was luxurious with a super large and modern feel and bathing area, a welcome change when compared to most other bathing facilities for mid-range hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia.

Amazing Split
Laura was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, quiet, private and scrupulously clean, an easy walk to the old city, with shops nearby, and a welcome outdoor courtyard. The decor was rather clinical and some welcoming touches (wine, flowers, toiletries) might have helped to soften this. The ability to make coffee in some form should be considered an essential! Split is an extraordinary place and well worth a few days' visit. Diocletian's Palace totally lives up to the hype, we ate well, and the old town is vibrant and fun. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.

Perfect stay
We got a brand new room, with a nice location close to the old town and harbour. The service was excellent, picked up from the airport and given a warm welcome and lots of useful tips for our stay. Paul also picked up your luggage when we got back from a week at Hvar, and he took care of this until he drove us to the airport.

ituated in a great location just outside the old city of Split. Our taxi dropped us and just pointed - it took about 15 minutes to find the apartment. Would be worth mentioning that is next to the Split Theatre so you get dropped in the right place. Rang the number as per instructions and was met by Laura who showed us the apartment. Better described as a room, but having said that it was clean, good aircon, good wifi, good location, great shower. We stayed for one night before a cruise and 3 nights after the cruise. When we returned from the cruise we wanted to drop our bags and even though it was only about 09:30, Laura again met us and allowed us to leave our luggage as the apartment was empty. One thing that is worth mentioning is that you have to pay in Cash (Euros or Kunas), although that seems to be the case in a lot of places in Split. So many places do not take plastic. Maybe this could be added to the Website. Overall I would recommend this for a short stay in Split if you want to be close to all of the restaurants/bars but just a bit away from the noise.

Nice stay in Split
The Apartment is just 5 minutes Walk down to the Riva. Its right next to the old town. Other than you have to haul your bags up 2 flights of steps, all was very nice. Laura the Owner was most helpful. Good A.C., and clothes washer were appreciated. Its a quiet apartment in a very safe area, with cafés all about. I would stay again. Get a car & driver, to go enjoy stunning Makarska, one hour away. Bol, on the far coast of Brac, is spectacular.

Relaxing and quiet beach front residence
Service and hospitality was great! They picked us up upon arrival to drive us to the apartment. The place was not at the address as listed, perhaps they handle a bunch of different locations. Our location though was fabulous, right on the beach and walking distance to the city center. We stayed only a night, and we will definitely return with a longer stay, especially at this location!

Hotel apartment
The rooms are renovated and clean....its an apartment with multiple rooms so you don't have a reception staff available all the time but you can contact the owners if you need anything. The location is great, 2mns walk from the shopping street, 5mns from the beach and right next to the castle.
