Beautiful views of the sea and easy access to swim. Fabulous staff, carried bags, went with my husband to park the car and refused all offers of tips... food was delicious and service outstanding...we hope to return some day

Small hotel with attentive staff
Second stay and will be back. Nice atmosphere to this small seaside village and this hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The staff are very helpful

Good location
Location and room was good. The hotel was clean and amenities were fine. The swimming area is right in front of the hotel but the lounge chairs are uncomfortable. The breakfast was average but they tried. The parking is very limited, but the hotel paid for our parking which was a bonus. The general area was very beautiful and would recommend the hotel and area.

Lovely, friendly hotel, great for a peaceful stop off on our travels up the coast. Large rooms all with a sea view, free parking available and good food in beautiful setting right next to the ocean.

Notre meilleur hotel en Croatie
Le personnel (dans son entièreté, ce qui est rare) est très accueillant, serviable et à la hauteur d'un 4*. La vue des chambres et du restaurant est magnifique, donnant directement sur la mer. Nous avons essayé plusieurs restaurants de Gradac (parmis ceux recommandés sur Tripadvsor) , il n'y a pas photo, le resto de l'hotel (le Fado) est de loin le meilleur. Chambres grandes et confortables. Belle promenade le long de la mer (7 km) et bien placé pour visiter l'ile de HVAR (en voiture). Pour nous, que du positif.

A little gem!
Exhausted from work, we needed a quiet holiday. On the recommendation of friends we decided to give Croatia a chance. We certainly made the right decision. Hotel Saudade has 28 bedrooms and almost all face out onto the Adriatic Sea. The room was comfortable and clean with A/C, firm beds and decent towels. Breakfast was excellent and on a couple of days we opted for lunch which was lovely. This is one of the best hotels and eateries in Gradac. The staff are fluent in English and, when tested, very helpful, and always with a smile. The resort is small and two hours from Split airport. The beach is pebbles and we firmly recommend beach shoes.We spoke to some of the other guests and it seemed that all had stayed there before and needed to come again!

Outstanding hotel
There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. The location is fantastic on the beach, where the hotel has deck chairs for you. The rooms are excellent. Very clean, good size with a great bathroom. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are also very good. But the biggest praise must be for their staff and their customer service. There is none better and we would highly recommend. Cost may be an issue for some people but we have paid more and got much less so worth it.

Excellent hotel
We loved this hotel for excellent customer service and wonderful sea view. First class restaurant and it was lovely to sit overlooking the sea for meals. The staff were professional and clearly happy to look after their guests. We hope to return and happy to recommend this little gem of a hotel.

Gorgeous Views
The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 403 and the views of the sunset and stars at night were beautiful and took our breathe away. If we go back to Gradac we would 100% stay there again

Garantert avslapning.
Et fantastisk opphold på et nytt, moderne og koselig hotell i en liten landsby. Like ved stranden. Stort rom med flott utsikt mot havet. Nytt, pent og upåklagelig renhold. God frokost. Hyggelig personale, nesten litt overhyggelige.

Two night stay in May. Absolutely wonderful. Stunning location and fabulous room with large balcony overlooking the sea. Best of all was the first class staff who were so attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend

Sehr nettes, kleines und ruhiges Hotel mit hervorragendem Essen. Freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Small hotel in a small town
Staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was better in some days than other. Room was clean a bit small no drawers for clothes but a big bathroom. Street separates hotel from it's beach that is very narrow. Small town that didn't have a bank or a taxi, but lots of family vacationers.

Hôtel de bord de plage.
Hôtel de petite dimension convenant parfaitement à un court séjour ou à une escale sur la côte. Excellent accueil. Belle chambre (Premium), au confort très satisfaisant (pour ceux qui ne veulent pas être coupés de l'actualité, la TV comprend même TV5) et dotée d'un grand balcon avec une vue immédiate sur l'Adriatique. Bon restaurant et offre complète au petit-déjeuner. La rue passe devant l'hôtel mais il s'agit d'une impasse ; aussi, la circulation ne génère aucune gêne. Hôtel sans parking privatif ; il faut stationner son véhicule et si vous arrivez en pleine après-midi en juillet-août, je crains que cela ne soit pas forcément évident...

Der Urlaub (Sept. 2014) hat uns sehr gefallen: ruhige Lage des Hotels am Ortsrand, schöner Strandabschnitt, sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal sowie gemütlich eingerichtete und sehr saubere Zimmer.

Utmärkt läge och trevlig service
Överlag ett bra hotell. Läget var helt fantastisk i en lite mysig turistort. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Rummen var ok men något små. Wifi fungerade ok på första våningen. Hotellet saknar utomhuspool men har strandområde med tillgängliga solstolar framför hotell som är helt ok. Maten på hotellet ok men inte mer än så, stora valmöjligheter även utanför hotellet.

Leider nur den halben Urlaub im Saudade
Das Hotel ist super. Leider hat man uns drei Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht ist und wir nur drei der gebuchten sechs Nächte im Saudade verbringen können. Allerdings wurde eine grosszügige Kulanzregelung gefunden.

Schönes Hotel.
Habe meinen Aufenthalt mehrheitlich sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber für eine Person durfte ich mich nicht beklagen. Das Bad war schön und sehr zweckmässig. Die Dusche fantastisch! Dafür hatte ich die erste Nacht etwas Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Während der Nacht floss Wasser aus. Nebst dem unangenehmen Geräusch und dem in Kürze total nassen Teppichboden habe ich erst gegen 04:30 schlafen können. Gemäss Feedback, liege es an den verstopften Rohren. Das Problem sei bekannt. . Schade war auch, dass es im Zimmern kein Wifi gab. Musste dafür die Reception aufsuchen. Dafür war das gesamte Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Sehr gute Massage im Wellness Center). Das Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastiskt hotell med underbar mat!
Mycket nöjda, andra gången vi stannade här på vägen till Grekland och vi har inget att anmärka på, möjligen att internet sker med kabel på rummen och inte trådlöst som resten av hotellet. Fantastisk mat och man sitter i princip på stranden och äter.
