친절한 호텔
직원들이 정말 친절했고 위치도 구시가지랑 가까워 정말 좋았음. 조식도 나름 먹을만했음 주차도 1일 10유로로 괜찮은 가격이었음 다만 방음이 안됨

편리하고 친절한 호텔
버스터미널에서 도보 십분이 안 걸려요. 엘레베이터가 없어서 불편하긴 한데 직원이 도와줬어요. 친절합니다. 조식도 만족. 오블렛 팬케잌도 구워줬어요~방은 좁은편. 거울때문에 더 정신없음ㅋㅋ 그래도 위치도 좋고 밤에 돌아다니기도 좋고 게다가 체크아웃 후 짐도 밤 늦게까지 맡아줘서 여유롭게 관광하고 버스탔어요.

깔끔하고 좋아요!
스플리트 주요 관광지에서 넘 가깝고 좋았습니다! 걸어다니기에 최적의 위치였습니다! 젊은 남자 주인 두명이서 운영하는것 같은데 가방도 들어다주고 참 친절했습니다! 조식도 주는데 따로 관리하는 분이 계셨는데 굉장히 깔끔하셨어요! 다만 좀 아쉬운게 있다면 주차하는 공간이 없어서 주변지역을 좀 돌아다녔어요! 주인이 가르쳐주셔서 그곳에 대놓고 관광지와 해변은 가까와서 걸어다녔습니다! 콘줌이라는 마트도 가까이 있어서 좋았어요! 일단 차를 어렵게 주차했지만 주차후에는 다 걸어다니니까 괜잖았네요!

위치좋고 서비스 매우좋음
숙소 찾기 어렵다 해서 걱정했는데 그렇게 어렵진 않았습니다. 아침식사 너무 좋았습니다. 팁을 안줄래야 안줄수가 없는 호텔입니다. 스플리트가 작아서 그런것도 있지만 버스터미널에서 가깝고 주 관광지인 성도 매우 가깝습니다.

한마디로 최고!!!!!!!
모든 직원이 너무 친절하고 서비스는 그간 묵었던 어느 최상급 호텔보다도 좋았음!!! 조식도 뷔페식 외에 별도 오믈렛도 만들어주어 감동했고, 위치도 관광하기에 아주 편리했으며, 객실 침구류 및 샤워실도 좋았음 또한 현지의 맛집이나 관광하기에 좋은 팁도 알려주었으며, 덕분에 스플리트에서의 관광이 너무너무 좋은기억으로 남았음.. 호텔비가 하나도 안아까운 최고의 서비스!!!!:)

허름한 건물의 한 층만 호텔로 사용해 찾기가 어려웠고 주위에 주차할 곳이 없어 고생했으나 직원분이 직접 나와서 주차가증한 곳을 찾아줌 매우 친절해서 좋았고 조식도 괜찮음... 관광지와 가까움

편리한 위치
플리트비체를 구경한 후 스플리트에 오후 늦게 도착해서, 찾기는 쉬웠는데 주차장이 좀 떨어져 있고 엘리베이터가 없는 것이 조금 불편했다. 직원이 매우 친절했고, 방은 깨끗했음.

The room was very nice, but the best part of our stay was the people. The breakfasts with made to order entrees were fantastic and the two young folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting us settled, offering tips for what to see, and suggesting some excellent restaurant choices. The staff really helped make our two days in Split a wonderful experience!

Like the indoor pool. Lots of kids during the weekend and no one in the pool during weekdays. Need to book the in door pool in advance and need swimming cap. Have to buy it from the hotel if you don’t have one. Few minutes walk to bus station to other cities. Convenience and friendly staffs. Nice stay overall.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food made by local was delicious. They helped carry the bags up the stairs.

Antonio provided exceptional services with helping with the luggages, recommending restaurants and attractions spots. He is cheerful and very friendly. The lady cooked the breakfast every morning with smile and love. These made our stays very pleasant and remarkable. It also made us like Split even more. Wish to come back soon.

Family owned hotel who takes care of their guest. They were able to make transport to the airport. They gave us recommendation for dinner, which was amazing. We will be back for another visit.

Royal Suites Stay
The hotel needs some updating. Air conditioning barely worked. One room did not have curtains (only sheers). However, the service was spectacular. Made to order breakfast. And the front desk employee, Antonio, went above and beyond to help. amazing. He even ran a lost article ( in the rain) all the way to the ferry. His service was amazing!!

Very enjoyable stay at the Royal Suites. The property is in a very convenient location between the beach, the old city and the port. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and all the hosts were extremely nice and informative. Strongly recommended.

Big recommendation
Super happy with our stay here, Location was great with regard to how close you are to the bus station, the ferry harbour as well as the old town centre. Everything is truly within walking distance. But the best part of the hotel was definitely the staff and services provided. Super helpful, extremely polite and very willing to help. We got great recommendations on everything from restaurants, sights and shops according to our taste. They offered and delivered to provide us with an early breakfast to go when we had to leave super early one morning for a day trip, which we greatly appreciated. A true feeling of being welcome and at home combined with a great location makes this a great place to stay. Big recommendation.

The staff was the best! Antonio and Tony were responsive and helpful about giving us tips on places to see and things to do while we were there. The breakfast was delicious and came with the room. We were especially grateful for the parking spot that was a delight after the nightmare of finding parking in Dubrovnik!! I would stay here again in a minute. It was all so great.

Super emplacement, 5/10 mn à pieds de tout. Le personnel de réception est très agréable. MAIS ce n'est pas un hôtel 4*. Un B&B de 8 chambres. Attention l'entrée n'est pas depuis la rue principale où il y l'enseigne Royal Suites, là c'est fermé et abandonné. Il faut prendre un petit passage piéton avant pour avoir accès à l'interphone. La réception et les chambres sont au 2eme étage. PAS DE PAIEMENT CARTE DE CRÉDIT. CASH only.

Royal Suites is a unique family run hotel within walking distance of the Palace, Riva, and Ferry port. The staff esp Antonio is friendly and willing to assist with every detail of your stay. Recommendations for restaurants are always appreciated and the meals were quite good. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable, Breakfast was quick and filling. The omelets were delicious and made to order. The owner and a local woman work the kitchen and always have a friendly smile and hello. The breakfast room is open 24 hrs which is nice if you want a cup of tea, coffee or nightcap. One thing I will mention is the toilet seat didn’t quite fit the toilet bowl. I didn’t have a problem with it but my cousin said to mention it. If I was to return to Split I would definitely consider staying again.

Outstanding. Best place to stay in Split
Excellent place to stay in Split, with the most cordial and helpful staff I have seen in a long time. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the Riva and the Palace, as well as the Old Port. Highly recommended!

Great service from owner and staff. Even packed us a breakfast because of early departure. Room was not a pretty as in pic but over all a great place to stay for one night. Good location, but not on the right side of town if looking for a quick bite to eat before bed.
