Good place to recomment other persons
버스터미널에서 이동하기 편안한 위치이고, 웬만한 비지니스호텔급보다 청결하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 너무 중심지가 아니라 저녁에 소음없이 안락했습니다. 다음에 스플리트 재방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

All of our rooms are quiet due to insolation that makes them soundproof. Our location is a two-minutes walk away from the Diocletian's palace and other fascinating sights.

It was really wonderful and clean room!!
전날 비밀가격이며, old town 에서 0.3km 라고해서 무작정 예약 했는데, 도착 해서, 기대 이상일뿐만 아나라 정말 훌륭한 룸이였습니다. 모든것이 새것처럼 보였는데, 리노베이션한지 1년 되었다고 합니다. 버스역에서는 15분 정도 걸어야 하지만, old town은 길만 건너면 바로 하나의 게이트로 연결됩니다. 정말 100점 만점에 200점 입니다!!

위치가 정말 좋은 호텔.. 하지만 주차문제가 있음..
룸의 상태 청결도 / 직원의 친절함 등은 굉장히 좋지만, 처음 체크인을 위해 호텔을 찾을때 쉽게 찾기 어렵고 직원에게 연락을 따로해서 어렵게 찾을 수 있었다는 점이 마이너스 처음 가는 사람들은 절대 한번에 찾지 못할 것으로 생각됨. 건물 하나가 호텔이 아니라 건물중에 한 층만 호텔로 사용하고있어서 로비가 따로 없다... 하지만 전화를하고 직원을 만나고나서 부터는.. 직원의 친절함에 다른 부분이 다 용서가 될 정도?? 모쪼록 있는 동안 체크인 할때 빼고는 편안하게 머무를수있었다

Great stay
We stayed only for one night on our way to Hvar island, but everything worked perfectly in this apartment. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated, air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was spacious etc. We were able to leave our luggage to the reception because we were early there. The location is perfect, very close to everything. We got nice tips for our stay in Split, and overall we’re very satisfied!

Tolle Suite, die sich direkt in der Altstadt befindet. Valentina hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und sehr gut beschrieben, wie wir was am schnellsten erreichen können. Alles super gelaufen. Parkmöglichkeit ist gegeben. Ist nur wichtig zu wissen, dass diese 1 km entfernt ist. Aber man hat wenigstens einen Parkplatz. Frühstück wird in einem Restaurant in der Nähe eingenommen. Da würde ich sagen, dass man sich das sparen kann. Frühstück war sehr köstlich, jedoch zu wenig für den Preis. Da kann man sich selber überall selbst ein Frühstückslokal suchen. Trotzdem schön, dass es angeboten wurde. Ich kann diese Suites auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor, el apartamento muy bien decorado y limpio, las únicas pegas, la nevera muy pequeña y entra poco y el patio de acceso no hace justicia a la calidad del apartamento. Deberían cuidar estos detalles.

Fantastic Place for the Night
The contact free checkin was cool, the location for activity in old town Split was very convenient, and the room was comfortable. Only downside is parking near old town.

It was easy to completely block the outside light and noise for a great night's sleep. That was especially nice after flying all day. Hated the climb up three flights of stairs with luggage and no Bell staff to help us out. Getting too old for that.

Both front desk attendants were very nice and allowed us to keep our bags with them until the room was ready. They even put the bags in the room for us. The floor has a really cool stone and crystal floor. The only thing that could be better is the AC was at the lowest temperature and it was still warm. Also you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs but that’s Europe! I really liked this place and the staff and I would definitely stay there again!

Nightmare in Split - terrible service from owner
We had booked a family room for two nights for my family with three children. When we arrived we were told that the AC had been fixed by some technicians the same day so the room would be colder after some hours. We went out and came back again in the evening and the room was still 35 degrees and it was terrible to have a good night sleep. The front-desk employee was super-sweet and tried to do her best, but the property owners were not willing to either give any compensation nor refund so we could find an other place to stay. We were offered two alternatives that was really not any real alternatives for a family with three children. 1. A room next door that only had beds for 2 persons 2. Walk over 300 metres with all the luggage late in the evening to a room in an other building in the city, just to move back again to the same room with no-working AC the next day. We were not allowed to sleep in the other room for two nights so we had to move back and forth. I tried to be in touch with the property owners but they didn’t respond the calls. They were not interested to have any dialogue or communication at all and at the end when I finally were able to speak to them they threatened me to go to the police and hang up. I have never experienced such behaviour from any hotels or property-owners. All I asked for was to have a dialogue of how and when the AC could be fixed. The owner will probably answer here that the AC was working but not in full speed but this is rubbish!

Short stay in Split..
The service we experienced here was exceptional! There was nothing more than the host could do that would have made our stay any easier or more relaxed so definitely a 10/10 for customer service. Location is absolutely spot on as well, your a 10min walk from everywhere you could possibly want to go minus the further afield attractions. Unfortunately during our stay it was quite noisy that night and because we had to be up early for our flight then that did annoy us slightly. As well as this the bed wasn’t quite as comfy as I’d like although I am 6.3 and 95kg so I guess that’s subject to my size. Overall if I were to stay in split for again for a short period I would definitely recommend this place for a night or two.

Great location, wasy to get to palace, shopping, and grocery store. Great furnishings although I would recommend a small coffee table for couch area. Also a shelf, or something to set toiletries on. Otherwise ot was perfect getaway spot!

El mayor valor es su personal y la localización
Las habitaciones, amplia, están a 1 minuto del centro histórico, por lo que son muy convenientes. El mayor valor de esta propiedad es Mario quien nos otorgó todo tipo de ayuda, recomendaciones y atenciones para tener un estancia excelente. El desayuno, a un paseo del alojamiento, es algo justo pero suficiente. Cama cómoda. Ducha amplia. La decoración es particular y muy original. La comunicación con el establecimiento, inmejorable. Gracias por una estancia tan agradable y confortable.
