두브로브니크 가는 길에 하루 숙박차 머물렀슴니다. 스플리트 중앙에서는 꽤 떨어진 곳에 있습니다. 인포에 직원이 없어 벨 눌러서 호출했구요. 주차공간 있어서 좋으나 계단이 가파르고 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 시설은 아주 최신은 아니지만 깔끔했습니다. 문 잠글때 문이 잘 안닫혀서 고생 좀 했구요. 밤에 꽤 추웠습니다. 익스피디아에는 세탁시설이 되어있다고 하는데 실제로는 세탁기가 있진 않고 호스트가 윗집에 있어 그 집 세탁기를 사용해도 되는지 물어봐야 하는 것 같습니다. 결국 세탁은 못했구요. 건물 바로 아래에 콘줌(슈퍼마켓) 있는데 사온 딸기 반은 상했더군요. 잘 보고 사세요. 옆에 베이커리도 있어 아침 먹기 좋습니다. 부엌 있고 전기포트, 하이라이트, 개수대. 그릇. 냉장고 다 있어요. (조미료는 없어요) 간단한 음식 해먹긴 좋습니다. 테라스 있고 테이블, 의자 있는데 먼지가 너무 많아서 앉지는 못했는데 여름에 간다면 좋을 것 같습니다. 조금만 걸어가면 바다 있어요. 바닷가 앞 카페에서 커피 마시며 바닷 소리 들으니 좋더군요. 다음에 스플리트 간다면 다시 머물러도 괜찮을 것 같습니다만 아무래도 중심가나 바닷가 바로 앞에 있는 곳에도 머무르고 싶네요.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Big balcony with view to the see was a definite plus for our overall nice experience. We were there with 2 chieldren. There are satellite tv with many channels. Supermarket and bakery are right there. Local beach with some bars offering fast food as well is also within 2min walk.

Economical apartment close to Split
Economical apartment with ocean views away from the crowds. Easy access to Split by bus. Very clean apartment with easy parking. Shop and bakery next door excellent. Only issue for us being a bit out of season was lack of an economical restaurant within walking distance but were visiting out of season. However we cooked so no problem. Owners happy to help with local information. Yes i would stay again.

Reception didn’t help me carry luggage down as I had back problem and told them before hand. They don’t have an elevator. Won’t come back again.

We really enjoyed our time in an apartment at Villa Javor. We stayed for 6 nights and also requested their transfer from the airport and they were waiting for us on arrival. The apartment we had had a kitchenette and a large balcony. The apartments were across the road and walking distance to the sea. A bakers and a supermarket are right outside and there is a bus stop taking you to Split in about half an hour if you are after more nightlife. Podstrana is a quiet place with long stretches of pebble beaches. We had a lovely time and hope to return in the future.

Enttäuscht von der Unterkunft.
Schon bei der Ankunft war die Enttäuschung sehr groß. Der Anblick vom Gebäude war sehr erschreckend. Ein große Teil des Hotels ist Rohbau. Der Empfang war wenig freundlich und lustlos uns Informationen zu geben. Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind ohne Erfahrung. Auf die Frage wo sich das Restaurant und die Bar befindet haben wir keine Antwort bekommen. Was Restaurant was auf dem Angebot (Expedia) beschrieben war mit wunderschönen Fotos exiestiert nicht. Die Buchung erfolgte auf aus diesem Grund das das Hotel ein eigenes Restaurant hat, da wir dort gerne gegessen hätten, da wir uns den Streß ersparen wollten uns um die Verpflegung zu sorgen. Das war eine sehr große Enttäuschung da es in der Nähe nur Fast food zu essen gab. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist nicht angegeben ein Bergblick, sondern ein paar Hügel, Häuser und ein verrostetes Stahlgestell über den Parkplatz. Vormittags ist nicht möglich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen da kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist. Unsere erwartungen würden nicht erfüllt, da sie nicht der Beschreibung gleichen und wir aber dafür bezahlt haben.

La villa Javor se situe en bord de route sur le trajet qui mène de Split à la riviéra de Makarska. C'est une route passante. La chambre était propre, mais bruyante du fait de la route. A proximité vous trouverez un magasin d'alimentation et la plage est vraiment très proche (il suffit de traverser la plage). Le personnel d'accueil est très agréable et de bons conseils. La terrasse est exposée plein sud et permet de se reposer. Pour autant le bruit de la route est vraiment très présent. Les lits ont un peu vécu. C'est un lieu de passage.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Das Restaurant hatte allerdings geschlossen. Deswegen konnte kein Frühstück vor Ort bestellt werden. Dafür sehr kurzer Weg zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Sowie zum Strand, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Tranquillité et confort à 30min du centre de Split
Bel endroit pour séjourner un jour ou deux loin de l’aglomeration de la vieille ville. Parking gratuit à l’ombre. Plage à proximité, idéal après une journée de marche.

Great hotel
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at it was close to everything and you can see the beach from the balcony. But not only that the hotel staff where lovely and so helpful they bent over backwards to help and even gave us a free upgrade thank you to the hotel staff I hope to stay with you again very soon

Simple and nice
Nice hotel close to the beach (1 min walk(. Nice and welcoming staff. They helped us planning our stay and offered transfer to a reasonable cost. Many small and clean beaches, easy to access. Nice walk along the sea. Good air condition in the room. Small but clean room. Beautiful view of the sea from the terrace.

Great value for money
Great clean apartment, staff very helpful. The supermarket and fresh bread shop were located next door. A short walk across the road to the shingle beach were you can find both bars and restaurants. Bus stops very close by with a regular bus service into split

Location is probably ok in the holiday season.
Unfortunately we were not advised that where we stayed most restaurants were closed including The Villa where we booked as it was out of season. We had to walk three kilometres along the beach as the roads are unsafe to walk or get a bus into Split which was a thirty minute journey before we could get anything to eat. The only saviour was a supermarket next door if you wanted to cook everyday.

A real find ...
A real find, set back from the road with a great view, just 2 minutes from the beach. Supermarket & bakery downstairs (perfect for a sneaky croissant!). Bus number 60 stops a few metres away & takes about 25 minutes into Split, for less than £2. Also loads of Uber cars in Split & recommend the old Palace area...stunning. Friendly welcome at Villa Javor & would definitely return there :))

Pokoje czyste i zadbane, miła i pomocna obsługa. Nie ma żadnych rarytasów, prostota ale schludnie i czysto. Z chęcią zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Hotell nær stranda med elendig wifi.
Fint hotell, ligger nære stranda, butikk og bakeri. Med både parkeringsplass og svært trivelig personale. Vi hadde bestilt leilighet, men dette tilsvarte kun et kjøleskap, kopper, glass og vannkoker. Bodde der i 7 netter og fikk ikke rengjort rommet eller skiftet på sengene en eneste gang - men fikk heldigvis rene håndkler hver dag. Wifi på hele hotellet var svært dårlig, så du kan trygt legge igjen pc eller tableten din hjemme.

Great value for money
Stayed there as we we're going to a music festival in split and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was exactly what we were wanting and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is about a half an hour bus ride from the city of split for people who would want to go and visit all the historic places and locations. There is a shop under the hotel that is fully stocked with everything you could need and a bakery 1 minutes walk away is also a great addition. The beaches are really close (as you will see if you have a sea view apartment) they are all shingle/ pebble beaches but in parts you can get sun lounges to lie on. There are plenty of sea front cafes/ restaurants that range a little in price but nothing too expensive, we found a great restaurant about a 20 minute walk along the beach called restaurant Jura and would highly recommend that. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and Croatia in general.

Convenient for overnight stop
Free parking and directly on road from split to Dubrovnik but extremely noisy. Road noise, local disco is understandable but guests talking loudly on outside balcony to 4am is another. This seems to have happened a lot according to staff. Beds poor. Bathroom small and shower hand held only working.
