Such great hosts and a fantastic sea front setting. Great base to visit Split with a bus stop on the doorstep. You will have your own parasol to position on the beach once you have finished exploring Split or make use of the free paddle boards! Definitely recommend!

Location is fantastic, right on the beach, free sun loungers and umbrella as well as use of a paddle board. Beaches here are rocky so we bought some swimming shoes in nearby Omis, which worked a treat. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they take care of a lot of lovely details that make the stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is incredible! Parking is a bit tight and you need good driving skills sometimes to go in and out. Rooms were nice and very clean. View of the sea from the balcony was awesome. There is a supermarket just crossing the road and a little fridge in the room in case you need it. Wifi connection is great! So is an extra point for this place. It is definitely in my list to come back in the future, we had a lovely and relaxing holidays here. Thank you for making this possible (:

Amazing location! Staff is friendly helpful and goes the extra mile. Sun chairs umbrellas and even a paddle were available free from Pansion Zanic! Loves the reception / foyer sitting area - fantastic views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here!

Best villa/pension we have had in the Balkans!
Definetly a 10/10 hotel/pension. We stayed in room 1. A cozy nice room 5m from the beach. All rooms comes with either a balcony or a nice veranda with lovely seaview. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The rooms are clean and got all you need. Good bed, clean bathroom, AC, fridge, equipped kitchen. There is a parking right outside which is very convinient if you arrive by car. Pretty small parking spaces but nothing you can not handle. The staff is lovely. The make sure all the time that you are satisfied. Got offered cold drink or coffee several times. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel where you can catch the bus every 30min into Split for a 25min ride. It costs 2,5€. There is also a small grocery store 250m away where you can buy your breakfast and watch the sunrise from your veranda/balcony. Can’t recommend this enough!

One of my all time favourites - this is my fourth stay and I am coming back at the end of my trip. Staff are always so helpful and the location is right on the beach. A couple of supermarkets close by and the bus stop right outside on the main road. There are plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Just the perfect location far away from the busy centre of Split. Highly recommend apartment Zanic - I have loved every stay.

Vi kommer tilbake!
Et fantastisk koselig hotell med smilende og imøtekommende ansatte. Vi følte oss velkommen fra første sekund. Rommet hadde en helt fantastisk utsikt over havet og stranden. Hotellet ligger på stranden og har egne solsenger og parasoller for gjestene (gratis), dette var et stort pluss. Stranden er rolig og ren. Rommet og badet var litt lite, men balkongen var romlig og fin og fungerte som et ekstra rom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Wir haben uns in der Villa Zanic super wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Der Meerblick vom Zimmer ist wunderschön und das Meer durch wenige Stufen zu erreichen. Näher am Meer geht nicht. Ivana hat uns immer gut mit allem versorgt und alle Wünsche erfüllt. Dankeschön dafür. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden und ein Supermarkt auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had an amazing stay, the owners of the villa as well as their entire staff were nothing short of incredible. Always willing to help and inform. They keep their place extremely clean and nice. It is worth mentioning that the room is a little on the smaller side. So, pack lightly.

Nice stay in split
There was a problem with our reservation they had over booked the location. They were able to let us know before we got there and had a solution with another property that they owned. The location owners meet us to make sure we ok with the changes which is a great customer service. Parking is good at the location. The breakfast is a basic continental. The beach a short walk great restaurants to choose from on the beach. You can take a bus on to split about a 15 min ride the bust stops across the street. Just a note the bus is very crowded coming back around 4 would suggest coming back after 6

lovely location 12 steps down to the beach. all the staff were very nice,rooms were very clean with balcony overlooking the sea.bus service every 15 minutes into split cost £1.60. there are 4 restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. excellent for a relaxing holiday, will definitely go back.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la chambre, le petit déjeuner la vue et la situation étaient très bien. Nous conseillons vraiment le restaurant en face. Le parking était full, nous avons donc dû garer la voiture dans un parking public un peu plus loin, sans aucun problème.

We stayed at Villa Zanic for four nights and really enjoyed our stay and Villa Zanic’s hospitality. Excellent service, very friendly. Room was clean and sea view from the room and balcony was amazing. Bathroom was like a new. Breakfast was better than expected. Hotel is very quiet and calm, yet there are good restaurants nearby and it’s easy to take a bus to Split City (bus numbers 30, 60 and Dalmatiae, cost 13 kunas per person). Rooms have air condition and balcony to the sea. There is a private beach right infront the hotel and sun beds and shades are included to the room prize.

Dette var et veldig trivelig lite pensjonat hvor betjeningen gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle trives. Rett ned trappa til rullesteinsstranda, med egen parasoll og strandstoler. Disse var gratis :-) Frokosten var int., men det var bare å komme med ønsker for hva du ville ha og spise... egg, frukt, croissanter osv. Kort vei til spisesteder, matbutikker og buss inn til Split. Rimelige priser i forhold til Split. Alle rom ligger ned mot stranda, med nydelig utsikt ut mot sjøen. Rommene ligger lavere enn hovedveien på baksiden av huset, noe som gjør at du ikke hører noe til trafikken på veien! Wi-fi på rommet var ustabilt..., men det virket superb på stranda :-)

Oasis in Podstrana
We stayed for 3 nights and fell in love with this place and the area. What an awesome getaway from the hustle/bustle of Split. Our room was literally steps from the beach (rocky beach so bring aqua socks!). The hostess who greeted us (Mariana) was super friendly and helpful. She even did a load of laundry for us, which was appreciated. Beach towels were lent out and guests had access to umbrellas and beach chairs. There was even a kayak you could use. The room itself was small but had everything we needed. It was clean, air con worked great and had the best wifi we've had throughout our whole 10 day trip of Coatia! The best part - the view of the ocean. Totally coming here again and recommend it to everyone!

Don’t miss this Croatian gem on the water!!
Lovely spot with awesome sea views and private beach (if you don’t mind many stairs!) Exceedingly welcoming and helpful hosts!! And big bonus in the terrible heat of this summer was private, shaded parking!! No nearby shopping but many good restaurants in easy walking distance, many ON the beach! Very close to Split, but away from congestion- strongly recommend! We stayed in 3 hotels in Podstrana and this was the best.

The views from the room are exceptional
We enjoyed our stay very much. You will love the views and you walk out strait onto beach. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. If you want to just chill out on beach and get away from hustle and bustle you will love it here. There are restaurants and a couple of shops close by. Thanks very much to our hosts for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect for relaxation
We have just got back from a lovely 10 days in Podstrana and had an amazing time at Villa Zanic. The apartment was lovely, nice big bed and literally down a few steps before we were on the beach. The beach was kept lovely and clean and having free sunbeds and umbrellas was amazing. The staff could not do enough for you and made our stay very comfortable. Would recommend to couples/ families/ anyone that is looking for a perfect getaway were you can enjoy sun, sea and not too far from the beautiful sights in Croatia.

Fantastic.. Matteo and his family were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble.. breakfast was superb, and well catered for, and if you wanted something different Matteo was always keen to oblige ... the rooms were spotless clean and well maintained.. this was our first break in Croatia... the people are welcoming, the local restaurants are superb, just a few minutes walk along the beach path to all of them... none were expensive, great value for money... try the seafood risotto at Amigos... it's superb... this is a place where you feel safe and can relax... it is superb... Split is 20 minutes by bus , about £3,it's well worth going ,,, you will not be disappointed. Overall a fantastic break..I can highly recommend..
