Grab your brain right up in this resort!
It's not worth money. Pool inside for kids n babies was not clean n cold water. Crews each other have rarely communication so confirm the service to reception calling every singletime. It was so bothering me. Even they wont give you your passport back without asking. They are just busy for smoking.

Amazing stay, staff was very friendly and professional. Food was great, amenities as well. Only problem we had was that due to the presence of cats, there were fleas on the deck chairs and out door chairs. We were all severely bitten.

Die direkte Lage neben Supetar macht das Hotel zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Inland von Brač oder mit der Fähre aufs Festland nach Split. In der ausklingenden Saison war es im Hotel ruhig und nicht überlaufen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, direkt am Meer, in der Nebensaison im Oktober sehr wenig los, überall Platz auf den Sonnenliegen, mehrere Pools, freie Auswahl, nie überfüllt. Einfach schön! Nur das Animationsprogramm findet gar nicht oder nur spärlich statt. Wer das nicht braucht, umso besser.

The resort was an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the town to explore. Hotel was always clean and well maintained, with staff always friendly and helpful at all times. Food choices were varied, with plenty of choice to cater to all. Food quality was always to a very high standard. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, could not have wished for more.

Close to a nice beach where we hired sunbeds each day. Room was fine. Staff were attentive at meal times and very efficient cleaning and restocking. We liked using the Lenox Club adult only pool for some quiet time as lots of families at the hotel. Shame you couldn't access the all inclusive drinks at this pool though as you paid extra each day to go in there. Also shame it isn't open longer. Overall it was pleasant enough stay. We enjoyed the burger night.

Vi reste familj med småbarn. Vi är missnöjda med barnklubben. Den fanns egentligen inte. Nån ansiktsmålning eller så varann dag. Det fanns inte så mycket att göra där heller. Utelekplatsen var två rutschkanor i plast.. Det var dålig information vad som ingick i all inclusive. Kartan var inte heller toppen. En app hade varit att föredra. Väldigt få barer öppna. Långa köer. Stolpaxandet var så tröttsamt. Väldigt bra läge och bra underhållet. Fina stränder och omgivning. Vi bodde i en svit som var helt ny med havsutsikt. Det var riktigt rent och fint. Hotellet har helt klart bästa städpersonalen vi någonsin stött på. Mjukglassen var så bra! Hotellgästerna var franska pensionärer och svenska barnfamiljer i princip. Vi är överlag väldigt nöjda med vistelsen.

Disastrous stay! Avoid this “hotel”!
Very disappointed! So called 4 star, all inclusive resort. First off all, Not even close to 4 stars, rooms Are outdated (they don’t even have a card, you still have to use the key), Not clean, with scars on bed and walls. No toiletries in the Room (they don’t clean or change towels on sundays, and my wife asked for clean towels on monday the cleaning lady Said no, that they lack towels). We Had thousand of ants in our room. Food was mediocre, and actually they basicly push you out when breakfast/lunch/dinner is over. Drinks that they offer are only cheap ones, but really cheap ones (i Had indigestion the whole 4 day stas there). Wellness part of the hotel does Not exist. Empty pools and brojem saunas only. And i can go on and on and on… fraud of a hotel. Not worth even 100€ a night (and we paid almost 300€ a night!!!???). And yeah, one more thing… the worst of all… the last night there Turned out to be the horror night. My wife, my 6 year old kid and I were atacked and abused by another guest (for talking, Not loud talking, screaming or something but only for talking for 5-10 seconds in front of our Room till we unlock the stupid door), and ofcourse, we complained and the hotel did apsolutely nothing! I mean nothing! No compensation, they barely Said sorry. Sorry for our sleepless night, my childs and wifes fear, they don’t care that that person still walks freely around, nothing! Avoid this so called resort! Don’t be a fool Like we were!

Bekvämt, bra utbud och trevligt
Stort hotellkomplex med bra läge, närhet till Supetar och stranden utanför. Positivt: - snacks baren (pizza, pommes, burgare, korv, mackor, glass, kakor och frukt). Perfekt för barnen, och fräscht. Alltid färskt tillagat och trevligt. - service - framförallt i restaurangen och kökspersonal! - restaurang utbudet av maträtter - mexikanska aftonen var bäst! Bra utbud av soppor, sallad, skinka & ost, alltid pizza (okej), och något som barnen gillar. - happenings - våra barn 4 och 7 år gillade mini disco och trollkarlen. Bäst var dock eld killen 🔥 - vår lägenhet (familjerum). Super! Stort och luftigt. Och stort plus att det var utanför komplexet så att man kunde sova ifred. Dessutom hade vi en pool utanför med! Kunde förbättras - mat för vegetarianer eller pescatarianer. Mycket fokus på kött och kyckling. Det som var vegetariskt eller fisk var inte alls lika vällagat. Hade varit trevligt med ”kvällen specialitet” som kunde vara vegetarisk med (och då menar jag proteiner också, inte bara grönsaker) - sängarna var lite väl hårda - barnpoolen skulle behöva rustas upp på sina ställen Vi brukar inte åka på all inclusive så för oss var det en bra upplevelse. Framförallt barnen :) bekymmerslöst boende

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, but the property itself was a major bust. We felt bamboozled. The resort did not look like the photos - everything looked much older and in worse shape than the photos portrayed. The hallways and rooms were very dark and depressing, and the sound from neighboring rooms bled in so loudly you could practically hear every conversation. Plus, the "all-inclusive" was a joke. It included meals from one restaurant at set times, and only four alcoholic beverages to choose from - all of which tasted watered down and of very poor quality. Pretty much everything you may want or need costs extra. You had to pay for beach towels, use of the safe in your room, any drinks that are halfway decent, and much more. Last but not least, the included WiFi is a hotspot and we were lucky to get five consecutive minutes of connection at a time. Extremely disappointing all around.

Obwohl ich zum Online-checking (per Nachricht vom Hotel via Hotels.com) aufgefordert wurde, war das einchecken im Hotel etwas chaotisch. Schlussendlich hats dann doch geklappt und wir haben ein wunderbares, schönes, neues Bungalow (Junior-Suite economy) am Strand erhalten. Alles sauber und großzügige Zimmer und Bad. Obwohl die Anlage riesig ist, ist sie schön unterteilt und man hat nicht das Gefühl von Menschenansammlungen. Es hat sich sehr gut verteilt. Strand sehr sauber und Wasser glasklar. Wir werden beim nächsten mal sicher wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Information om faciliteterne på hotellet var mangelfuld og de var generelt ikke særlige hjælpsomme. Resortet var dog fint særligt den indendørs pool var lækker. Maden var fin men ikke til 4 stjerner. Ville ikke vælge All inklusiv da def er fine restauranter i byeb til gode priser.

Zalig verblijf. Enorm proper en voorzien van alles. Voor jong en oud van alles te beleven. keuze van de all-in drankkaart zeer groot en lekker gemaakt. Het eten is enorm lekker en afwisselend. Enkel de desserts kunnen iets beter. Maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt. Zeker een aanrader

Food and staff were amazing! Beautiful location. We definitely want to return. Dragan the waiter was so attentive he made the buffet restaurant feel like a real restaurant. He even remembered what wine we liked.

Det här var inte ett hotell för oss som reser utan barn. Det var inte en lugn stund under hela vistelsen, överallt sprang det omkring små aspirerande operasångare. Trots coronarestriktioner tilläts barn ta mat och dryck själva i buffén. Det var fruktansvärd trängsel under måltider, för att få ett bord fick man vara först på plats eller komma dit strax före stängning. Maten var okej, ganska bra vegetariskt utbud. Stranden nedanför hotellet är fin och välbesökt. Vi gick några gånger till Mutnik beach någon kilometer väster om hotellet, en mindre och lugnare strand. Rummet var bra och rymligt, trevligt med balkong mot havet. Dock var det väldigt lyhört från trapphuset.
