럭셔리와 로망을 이뤄준 호텔
열주광장 한가운데 위치해 여행을 즐기기에 아주 좋았어요. 창문을 여는 순간 와~! 멋들어진 천장 장식과 앤틱함에 더해 객실 자체는 현대적이고 불편함이 없었습니다. 최고의 허니문을 만들어준 부띠끄 유럽에 감사하고 싶네요:)

의미있는 숙박, 그러나 아쉬운 뒷마무리
사진만 보고 예약을 했는데, 실제 묵어보니 의미있는 숙박이라는 사실에 감동했습니다. 주인의 설명에 따르면 유네스코와도 관련이 있는 아주 역사적으로 의미있는 건물로, 천정이 역사적으로 매우 의미있는 것이라고 합니다. 그런 아파트먼트이다가 보니까 아파트먼트임에도 불구하고 요리를 할 수 없고, 생활하는 데 나도 모르게 조심스러워지는 부분이 조금 불편하게 느껴졌습니다. 그러나 위치는 매우 훌륭해서 창문을 열면 광장이 한 눈에 들어오고, 많은 관광객들과 악사들을 내려다 볼 수 있습니다. 흡사 창문 열고 걸터앉으면 꽃보다 누나 부럽지 않습니다. 하지만 뒷마무리가 좋지 않았습니다. 주차가 조금 아쉬운 부분인데, 주차를 구시가 밖에 주인이 지정해 준 곳에 했습니다. 그 곳이 주차비가 저렴한 곳으로, 1시간마다 주차비를 내야 하는데 주인이 대신 모바일로 내주겠다고 했습니다. 그리고 체크아웃 할 때 주인이 총 200쿠나 나왔다고 하여 지불했습니다. 그런데 크로아티아 일정이 모두 끝나고 렌트카를 반납하니 스플리트 주차비가 전혀 정산이 되지 않아 지불해야 한다고 하는 것입니다. 스플리트 일정 동안 지불했어야 하는 주차비는 150쿠나였습니다. 주차비를 제대로 처리하지도 않고 주차비를 받은 것도 기분 좋지 않았고, 실제 주차비보다 50쿠나 더 받았다는 사실도 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 전체적으로 위치는 마음에 들지만, 다른 아파트먼트에 비해 비싼 숙박비에 비해서 주차비 문제나 요리를 할 수 없는 점들이 아쉽습니다.

This is the worst experience we have had so far !!! ..... Young Brian rented one night and I came but during the evening he brought his 5 friends who drank alcohol with him all night and consumed drugs .... .absolutely destroyed the entire apartment and smashed everything possible ..... the next morning he escaped without returning the keys and we immediately informed the police about the damage in the apartment which is under the protection of UNESCO ..... Croatian police him quickly found and arrested him and he was detained .... We informed Expedia about everything and the Police also issued a measure to young Brian to enter the Republic of Croatia for destroying cultural property and drug possession .... also Expedia issued a ban on future reservations via their hotel booking pages!

Living split history at this establishment
Pros: can't beat the location and history of the place. Large apartment room with separate living room. Adjacent to Luxor cafe (where you will get your breakfast; limited to 3 options)- with awesome live music nightly - wafting through your window if you like. Walkable to all old town sights/eateries. Short walk to central bus station (to take day trips to trogir, airport, krka national park, etc.) Cons: this isn't a hotel; it's an apartment residence. No front desk. There was no daily cleaning/bed sheet changes (a lot for 6 day stay). Limited toiletries (only got 3 small bottles of shampoo/soap/conditioner. Had to buy additional supplies. The adjancent cathedral tower bell tolling every day, starting at 6 AM, then 7 AM, etc (occasionally 6:15 am/7:15 am, etc.)

We ask each guest if he wants cleaning, change of bed linen and other necessities every day or how it suits the guest, so we asked you but your answer was that you want privacy and that you will tell us if you need anything. Perfect location
Amazing location and beautiful setting. Overlooking the best of the original palace. Great breakfast. The communication was lacking and first email was not answered. Later communication did not specify details about parking or arrival so we were left sitting on the curb for 20 minutes at 7 pm waiting for someone to come and let us in. Worth the work to get there if preparation is made with some of the difficulties of parking and planning.

Amazing Roman Palace!
This place was amazing!! Inside a Roman palace you can still see the old wood ceiling and rock walls. Amazing service, they called me before I got there and helped me find the place. If you are driving you will have to find parking and walk a little. But worth it for the place you’re staying in. Very close to everything you would want to see in the city.

This is one of the most special places we've stayed. Not only is it of the most historical apartments we've seen, but it has been immaculately restored by it's owners to the highest standards. It is located directly on the Peristyle of Diocleatian's Palace in the center of Split, we kept opening one of our windows to gaze down into this amazingly preserved Roman town. The apartment is quiet, considering this location, the bed comfortable, living area perfect...cannot say more about this. If you want to stay in the best possible place in Split...this is it!

The apartment is awesome! It’s spacious, well decorated and has everything you need. Amenities were very good! This historic building is located literally in the center of the old town of Split. Even though, if you close the door of the room, you will not fill any noise. Katja, who welcomed us, was very kind and friendly. You can reach her or Mario by phone, email or WhatsApp, whenever you need during the day. The apartment has no reception desk (it is just the apartment) and you can have breakfast at the Lvxor Café, located next to the building, in front of the Cathedral. (There is a little refrigerator, but you can not cook inside the apartment). To reach the building, as it is in every Old Town, you will need to walk with your luggage about 200-300 meters with only few steps (it was very easy for us). And then, inside the building, you will have to take the stairs. I have had a wonderful experience at Grisogono Palace! And we hope to come back!

This property is well maintained and located in the middle of everything Split has to offer. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and breakfast is at a beautiful restaurant right below the apartment. If you want to experience the history of this palace you can’t go wrong staying here!

Our room was a wonderful two room suite with a beautiful medieval wood beam ceiling right in the heart of old split in the center of diocletian's palace. The only two issues are coordinating to get the key from the property manager, and a small hot water tank that makes it difficult for multiple people to shower in succession

Wish we got to enjoy it!
Through no fault of their own, the boiler broke and had to be replaced the day that we stayed. We arrived early, so we killed some time until the 2 pm check in. When we arrived, they said that last nights guest had overstayed, so they needed more time to clean. Fair enough, we dropped off our bags and were told to return at 2:30. At 2:30, we returned to discover that the boiler was broken, and that they would need to replace it. We were told that we could go find somewhere else to stay, but the prospect of lugging suitcases over the cobblestones, aimlessly searching for somewhere else to stay for just one night, seemed difficult and more expensive. The manager said that it would be another couple hours, maybe 4:30 or 5. This seems reasonable, and so we decide to stay. The time gets later...6, maybe 7. ...7:30, 8. We leave, return, repeat. Finally, at 10:08 pm, the glorious apartment is finally ours! It is too late to enjoy it, and there was no hot water, but the bed was comfy and we slept well. The next day, Mgmt kept us waiting an hour after our check out time, so we ran to the shop for 4 minutes, and he was there when we got back. Mgmt also sent me a rude text insinuating that 10% discount was fair, considering that they were only 4 hours late (NOT 8!) and that they offered us somewhere else to stay (!?!), so we better pay! We did, but it would have been more fair if they had offered 46% off, like our stay was. Plus, we missed our bus waiting to check out! Could be better

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but we asked for the guests to understand because there was a problem at the boiler and that was an unexpected situation we could not influence! A sudden accident can happen to anyone! We offered our guests a second apartment but they did not want them. We warned the guests that the repair could take a few hours but they said there was no problem. Mrs. was persistently seeking high discounts! We did everything we needed and did not understand why the guests left a bad comment. We are very sorry but unlucky cases sometimes happen.

Great people- great location - maybe too good
Only downside if people plan on using the living Rom as the second bedroom - it is extremely loud due to the partiers . One night the " screaming kept me up tilll 4 AM , never got more than 5 hours of sleep in 3 days. If you are a couple that likes to drink , go for it!

Amazing apartment !
We stayed in the middle of winter so it was a lot more affordable than it would’ve been in peak season, which meant we got to stay in this amazing apartment. Highly recommend to anyone considering going to Split!

何を希望しますか？
歴史的建造物に興味のある方には良いと思います。しかし時間を過ごす施設としてはイマイチです。第1の理由はシャワーのお湯があまりにも早く出なくなる事です。2人続けては無理。最初に説明があれば心して準備をしましたが、聞いてなくて2人目は泡マルケで水になり死にそうでした。後は冬場には暖房の効きが悪く寒さを感じる事、IHヒーターは使えずお湯を沸かす事しか出来ませんでした。場所は悪くありません。

Spacious with view
The three people I met who manage the apartments are very helpful and will help carry a bag up the stairs, but there is no lobby and staff on site. The stairs are a bit steep, so recommend low heels for arrival. Breakfast is in the Lvxor Kavan / Cafe or on another cafe across the Peristyle. The apartment we had is the first floor up from the pedestrian walkway and Peristyle, with window opening to the beautiful columns of Diocletian's Mausoleum. The bedroom Is separate from the living/dining room and the door can be closed to mute street noise until the restaurants close. Bathroom is very nice and be aware that the wall switch for the bath light and fan also turn on energy for the hot water heater. The staff can help you arrange transportation to the airport.

In the presence of Emperors
This large apartment is on the principal old town square. Our 6 day trip to Split started with Mario, owner, picking us up at airport and dragging our heavy bags to our fist floor apartment. Our first task was to poor a wine and sit on window ledge watching the activity in the square and listening to the musicians. The apartment has Kitchen facilities. No iron but Mario took our stuff and returned it next day (no cost). We slept well in the huge bed. Servicing of the room was as we requested. The apartment is well sound-proofed given the activity close by. The apartment could not be better located right in the centre of the old town. We could return from anywhere in moments. Breakfast (included) was in the restaurant downstairs. They did it well. Mario carried our bags down to the boat at the end. He's a big friendly guy, always there if you needed anything. You gotta stay here in Split.

キッチンが使えると書いてありますが、部屋の天井が歴史的建造物のため火（オーブン）は使えません。 しかしながら、そのことを差し引いても十分すぎるくらいの部屋です。 部屋は広くて、綺麗で、旧市街のど真ん中。最高です！

Unbelievable location
What a perfect location! In the Diocletian palace, right across from the Cathedral. The location can't be beat. In addition, Mario is so nice and accommodating. My ferry arrived at 8am so he actually came and let me check in at 9am! Wonderful, huge apartment. It's a gem!

Gorgeous Apartment in a Fantastic Location
Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right in the heart of Split, so a good time is guaranteed. The apartment was beautiful and immaculate. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. Though centrally located, it is possible to get a very good night’s sleep because of the wonderful air conditioner. The complimentary wifi worked great. Highly recommend.

Stunning apartment in a very central location
We booked this apartment for the last night of our 7 night holiday and it didn't disappoint. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer or make more use of the place - there was too much else to see and do around Split! You can't get any closer to Diocletian's palace, you're in it. Not only is the apartment like a work of art, but the view over the square is stunning. There's live music every night in the Luxor restaurant downstairs, so you pretty much have the best seat in the house.

The perfect place to stay in Split!
What an amazing place to stay! I can't say enough good things about the room and the location. While it isn't a traditional hotel in that there is only one room and no staff on hand, do not pass up staying here. On the second floor of a private building that is part of Diocletian's Palace, you open your windows up to the best view of the palace and cathedral possible. Everything is within walking distance. You can't be closer. With free Wifi and a huge apartment with a giant couch and a kitchen, you have everything you need!
