Dear Jonathan, Thank you for your kind words. We just wanted to let you know that we are sorry about check out situation, and offer some explanation: We were not informed about your 5 am leaving, if we were, we would have suggested you settle your bill with one of our more experiences staff members more quickly day before. Our colleague in night shift usually does not settle bills often and she was also not informed to prepare the bill in advance. Regarding parking, since it is public and owned by town Baska Voda, only cash is possible, we had to give cash to boys who work for town Baska Voda where you chose to stay with your car. Again, we are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied and we are sure in case you return, we will do our best to make your experience 100% satisfied. Thank you again for staying with us. Dear Sir, this is simply not true what you are writing. In all our other comments/reviews, guests are more then pleased with service we provide specially the staff. You booked single use of 2 double rooms sea side (there is no ocean view advertised nor did you book ocean view) and came with 5 extra members of your family. You were nicely explained that you made a mistake and that you'll need to pay extra for double use of sea side room, and also, expedia (whom we and you have contacted by telephone) explained the same thing and you apologized to our receptionist for making problems where it was entirely your mistake made for wrong reservation and number of people. So, we thank you for your review, but claiming that our reception will not help or that you booked something you did not, is not correct so we needed also to write this response since we do try to help everybody and many reviews are supporting our claims. Have a nice rest of summer and thank you for visiting Croatia.
