직원들도 친절하고 시설도 최상급. 스파는 다소 좁은 감 있음. 위치가 다소 외각이나 차량 있으면 문제없음.

숙소 깨끗하고 좋아여! 방도 마음에 듬. 다만 올드 타운이랑은 거리가 조금 있어요. 걸어서는 50분, 차로는 10분 거리. 주차장이 조금 좁아요. 나머지는 다 좋음!

화장실 변기에서 발견된 그것 빼고는 정말 다 좋았습니다... 렌트카 이용자라면 굳이 스플리트 가까이 숙박할 이유가 없으니까요... 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다...

The hotel itself is beautiful. But unfortunately there is major beach and road construction in front of the hotel. I was there for a special event and specifically picked this hotel because of the ocean view and beach that was going to be steps away from our door. That was not the case. This was also not communicated before hand. I know city construction is not in the hotels control but we would have really appreciated a heads up on what would impact our stay and directions on how to get to the hotel since the road was closed.

Excellent value for money for the high standard of hotel. Good location for beach, the hotel facilities were faultless. Room was large, modern and clean. Staff were so kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend.

Hotel Fanat was fantastic! The hotel is actually way better than the pictures, it has recently been updated so it has a very modern boutique feel to the place. It is located opposite a public beach which was nice to lie on some beach towels provided by the hotel. They are really small stones so not hard on your back at all. The food here is exceptional - I have to mention the beefsteak and truffle pasta which was absolutely divine! The staff are so lovely, welcoming and friendly - they were all amazing. We asked the manager where we could get the lovely little fig snacks that were in the rooms as we wanted to bring some back, he was so generous he just gave us two boxes to take home! The location is only a 15 minute cab ride into the centre of Split, Ubers cost around 6 euro each way. There is a little supermarket next to the hotel which is handy for things like water and snacks etc. They upgraded us to a suite when we got there which was amazing! It had two massive beds with two bathrooms which had lovely Rituals shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. Overall a brilliant hotel and very fairly priced. Highly reccomend!

A very nice hotel. It’s a boutique hotel feel. Breakfast was good Staff is super friendly Rooms are VERY nice. The upgrade is very nice. Around the area is good as well (only 8euro Uber ride to old town), grocery next door.

Well maintained and very clean property. Staff has been very cooperative. Located near to the beach. Excellent breakfast with lots of varieties for veg and non-veg. Rooms are well sized. Located in a safe area. We have been told that swimming Pool has not working since months, but still being advertised on the website, so its bit of let down. Restaurant is of ok quality for the price and very limited options for vegeterians, but thats just a minor factor.

Beautifully modern and chic hotel, perfectly located for the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. All of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, couldn't get enough of the croissants! Would definitely recommend a stay at the Hotel Fanat.

Short stay
Hotel Fanet is an excellent place to stay. Our room faced the sea with a balcony and had everything we needed. The staff throughout the whole hotel from the top to the bottom were are friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant deserves a special mention, the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was outstanding and well presented. The restaurant staff were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about everything on the menu, including the wine. Thank you for an excellent stay

The hotel is great and actually much nicer that it looks in the pictures. But what made our stay very exceptional was the manager Dube and the rest of his staff. Our bags were delayed by the airline and we were not getting any response when calling the next day. After more than 24 hours, Dube called them on our behalf and found out that the our bags had arrived. He took me in his car to the airport, walked to the baggage claim services and helped with retrieving our bags and brought me back to the hotel (30 minute drive each way). He refused my offer of any compensation for his time and effort. That is just going above and beyond for your guests which is not something you see very often these days. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant memory of our stay at his Hotel. Thank you so much.

What I liked The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Beach is very close. Rooms are clean. What I did not like The room I booked was supposed to be see front. This room was only partial sea view and not the same one that I booked.Staff insisted that it is the same room and declined to change it. The hotel is far away from the old town and centre. So, lots of taxis going and coming back. However, it is very close to the beach

Wonderful hotel!
The lady manning the hotel's front desk was very friendly and helpful (unfortunately, I wasn't able to get her name). The pool is only indoors but was still well maintained and kept clean. A beach is right across and getting to town and other places is easy because taxicabs/Uber is relatively inexpensive.

Impeccable service!
We had a short stay at Hotel Fanat, but one to remember! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and our room was spacious and well equipped. The spa facilities were a treat, and the hotel restaurant was excellent. Both the dinner and continental breakfast were faultless. Will definitely stay again!

Pleasant seafront hotel within easy reach of town
Walk in to town in 30-40 mins but not in strong heat.To port - Uber c.32kn , bus 15 11 kn per person. Staff were welcoming and breakfast and dinners were good. Rooms spacious and comfortable beds . A good place to stay to escape the crowds

Nice and clean hotel with seaview
The hotel and the room is very nice and clean and up to date. From the balcony you've got a very nice view of the sea. I stayed in the superior twinroom, with sea view. The hotel also got a small indoor swimmingpool. The breakfast was good and not very special. And sometimes things were empty. But I was there in the low season, april.

Personnel d’accueil fort sympathique et enclin à aider pour nos besoins sur place ou nos déplacements pour visiter les alentours. Chambre très grande et parking sur place pratique (assez petit pour manœuvrer devant l’hôtel). Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de produits et spécialités locaux, un vrai plus. Dîner le soir à l’hôtel très bien aussi. Nous avons profité de la piscine intérieure bien chauffée et du sauna. Emplacement idéal par rapport à Split. Pas loin de la ville mais plus spacieux.

Great hotel near the sea
We enjoyed staying at Fanat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast could be improved, as if you come later than 9 you might find empty plates.
