좋은 위치
구시가지에 위치하고 있어서 관광하기에 최적이었고, 시외버스터미널 까지도 15분 정도로 적합하였다. 아침식사는 근처 카페에서 간편식으로 제공되었고, 숙소는 4층인데 엘리베이터가 없어서 난감했지만 직원이 거뜬히 들어주어서 좋았다. 전망이 답답하긴 했으나 전반적으로 만족스러운 2박이었다.

좋은 위치와 훌륭한 서비스
이 숙소는 간판이 없어 찾는데 불편하다. 하지만 성 동문 바로 앞에 있어 위치는 아주 좋고 특히 캐리어를 방까지 운반해 주는 서비스는 훌륭하다. 입구는 골목안으로 조금 들어가야 되고 허름하지만 방은 깨끗하고 침대도 편안하다.

The manager was very kind, provided all the information we asked. We felt very comfortable with nice, clean and cozy room. If we visit Split again, visit La Porta again.

호텔만큼 편안한객실은아니지만 혼자 이용하기에는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 특히 위치가 정말 최고구요 여러명 이용시에는 좁을 꺼 같고 계단 오르내리기가 힘들지만 ^^;; 직원분이 친절해서 캐리어는 다 옮겨주셨어요^^

bus station과도 가깝고 관광지와도 가까워 최고의 위치라고 생각됩니다. 다만 4층에 위치하지만 엘리베이터가 없어 오르락 내리락할때 조금 힘든 게 조그만 흠..? 그렇지만 체크인때 짐도 들고 가 주시고, 체크아웃 후에 버스정류장까지 짐을 운반해 주셨습니다!(아주 만족)

청결도에 조금 더 신경을, 위치와 호스트는 훌륭!
호스트가 친절했고 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋았다. 룸컨디션은 좋았으나 준비해 준 커피포트 내부가 깨끗하지 못해서 별로였고, 준비해준 티(tea)들도 체크없이 계속 반복해서 서비스한것인지 봉투가 뜯어지거나 한것들이 있어서 좀 불쾌했다. 물을 제공하는것과 호스트가 친절한것, 위치가 스플리트 시내 한가운대인것이 이곳의 장점이고, 청결도에 조금 더 신경을 썼으면 하는 바램이다:) 와이파이도 제공된다.

궁과 바로 근접한 건물이라 관광하기 좋은 위치. 발코니의 뷰가 정말 환상적이네요,사진과 똑같아요.침구도 좋았고 모던한 실내인테리어로 깔끔했어요. 뷰를 위해 테라스있는 룸을 골랐는데 4층이라 계단싫어하시는 분들은 주의하세요 친절한호스트께서 짐을 올려주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 주차.조식 모두 가능.바로 옆 마트와 새벽시장까지.

위치는 성 바로 옆이라 말할것도 없구요, 일단 직원분들이 너무너무 친절해요!! 도착할때도 주차장에서부터 만나서 짐 올려주고 난뒤, 친절하게 스플리트 도시지도에 어디어디가 좋고, 페리티켓같은거 어디서 사야하는지, 내가 가려는 맛집위치 등등 사소한거 하나하나 다 알려줬어요 ㅎ 저희는 마지막날 흐바르가는거였는데, 흐바르 도착해서도 선착장에서 주차장까지 태워준다고 연락 달라하구, 친절이 정말 최고였습니다!! 그리고 방 상태도 정말 좋았고, 화장실도 깨끗했구요 ㅎㅎ 조식도 너무 맛있고 최고입니다!!

OK, and only a little improvement is needed.
I have stayed for 3 nights with my wife. It has been so nice stay there. The hotel is situated just next to East gate of Diocletian Palace. And the room is clean and well organized. One minor complaint abiut the location will be it floor-4th floor w/o lift. But the staffs are always there to assist you about your luggage. Breakfast is OK, while venue for breakfast is super. The hotel has offered breakfast at Lvxor restaurant which is "in" the palace. Outside tables of the restaurant has fantastic ambient. Th only bad part of the room is that the noise is not blocked at all. I think the hotel should concern more about sealing of the door and windows better.

최고의 호텔이었습니다. 신혼여행12박 중 라포르타에서의 2박이 가장 편하고 좋았습니다. 단하나의 단점이라면 엘리베이터가없는데 4층에 위치해있다는것, 체크인 때 미리 시간을 얘기해주면 1층애 마중나오고 짐을 혼자 들고 올려줍니다. 미안해서 들려고 해도 마다하고 혼자 들고올라갑니다. 체크인하고 지을 내려놓으니 지도를 설명해주깄다고 나오라고해서, 들어보니 주변 맛집들과 가볼만한데를 설명해줍니다. 그래서 미리 찾아놓았던 식당말고 여기서 추천해준 맛집을 갔습니다. 그 결과, 대 성공이었습니다. 그리고 체크아웃때도 짐을내려주고 버스터미널까지 전기차로 태워줬습니다. 그리고 특히 조식! 성벽 내에 종탑 바로 앞에 위치한 레스토랑에서 먹을 수 있습니다. 단연 최고입니다. 특히 커피가 대박!! 룸 컨디션도 너무 좋고 서비스도 최고입니다!!!

We had a very good start to our Croatian holidays with a pre arranged transfer from the airport through our host Toni and he picked us up at the taxi and guided us to the room with help to carry the bags up to the 4th floor. The unit is nice and cosy with a nice little balcony, overlooking the Market and the silver gate to the old city. We enjoyed the central location, the quietness and the hospitality. I missed a few little things, like a proper coffee machine, instead just a kettle and a little milk in the fridge for the first coffee or tea. A extra towel hook near the shower and maybe a small shelf in the shower to put down the shampoo. Be prepared to climb up the 4 floors. Special thanks to Toni

Excellent location
Very nicely located! The service was excellent. We had the seaview room with the balcony. The room is generally quiet without street noise but I could hear the air conditioning from the building opposite. Not very loud but as I am very sensitive to noise, it did bother me a bit, I suppose, however, you will have some kind of noise in most place in the old town of Split. Breakfast is being served 100m away in the Luxor Cafe, excellent place with excellent location. This is a very small hotel, on the fourth floor of the building, 5 rooms. They help with the luggage but still not suitable if stairs are a problem for you.

Meget venligt værtspar. Dejligt rent værelse (vær. 4) med god seng. Badeværelset pænt stort med mere hyldeplads end normalt. Eneste ulempe - det er på 4. sal uden elevator, men for kondien er det en god ting. Værten hjalp os med kufferten. Hvis vi igen kommer til Split igen vil vi bo her igen

オーナーが親切＆立地が良い スプリットのバスターミナル、駅、フェリーポートからのアクセスが良く、旧市街東門のすぐ近くのホテルで、観光に最高の立地です。 ただ部屋が建物の一番上で、部屋までの階段(4-5階分)が厳しい。窓からの景色が良いわけでもない。 オーナーがとても親切で、チェックインの時間を伝えておくと、スーツケースを運んでくれます。 部屋はとても清潔で設備も問題なく快適。入口にウォーターサーバー(無料)があり、とても助かりました。 旧市街まで30秒とアクセス抜群、価格もリーズナブルで観光に最適です。 あの階段の上り下りが地味に疲れるのが残念ポイント。 チェックアウトの際もオーナーが下までスーツケースを運んでくださり、笑顔で見送ってくれるなど最高の滞在でした。 階段が気にならない方は、おすすめのホテルです。 Friendly owner and good location With good access from Split's bus terminal, train station, and ferry port, the hotel is very close to the old city's east gate, making it the perfect location for sightseeing. However, the room is at the top of the building, and the stairs (4-5 floors) to the room are tough. The view from the window is not good either. The owner was very kind and he carried our suitcases for us when we told him what time to check in. The room is very clean and comfortable with good facilities. There was a water server (free) at the entrance, which was very helpful. Excellent access to the old town in 30 seconds, reasonable price and perfect for sightseeing. It is a pity that going up and down those stairs is tiring. Even when we checked out, the owner carried our suitcases downstairs and saw us off with a smile.It was a wonderful stay. If you don't mind stairs, this hotel is recommended.

Clean, safe and spacious room. Updated and very nice accommodation. The owner met me and carried my luggage up the stairs. Located on the top floor of the building. No elevator, so not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Lovely room (number 1), not much of a view, but comfortable well equipped room, fabulous shower. Tony & his wife who manage the property are lovely people & very helpful & both work very hard! Good breakfast at nearby Luxor restaurant. Definitely recommend the property & would stay there again if travelling to Split.

Loved our week here. Stunning place to be, perfectly situated for spending some time in the Old town of Split. The stairs aren't ideal but they keep you fit !

The apartment is excellent, modern, clean, with exceptional views in an equally amazing location, right in front of the Silver Gate, at walking distance from the harbor, where we parked our car.

Good property location overshadowed by other flaws
We chose this property as other people had positive experiences. Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant time staying here. We arrived on a Sunday. The location was good and there is parking nearby if you're driving, however you have to inform the property in advance to reserve limited spots (this was not clear when booking). No lift in the building and unfortunately unlike other visitors, nobody was there to help us with 2 big luggages up 4 floors. Check-in was easy over an intercom, the man said he would greet us in 30 minutes but never showed up. Internet was not working, again said he would fix it but never did. We booked a room with city view but that was not the case, do not bother paying extra for this. Entrance to the property smelled awful but that might be out of the owner's control. The cleaning staff was polite which was a breathe of fresh air. Finally as a Silver member we were entitled to a bottle of wine but we never received it. Overall, an unenjoyable experience during tourist off season, one can only imagine how disappointing it will be during peak season.
