I had two rooms reserved that said "Queen Beds". They were double beds. And since I reserved both rooms at the same time, I expected them to be side-by-side. They were on different floors. Not impressed. Fortunately the rooms were very clean. Thank you for that.

Was really noisy on the side i stayed on. I have always in the last 3 years been close to river. They said that was not available this year! Will probably not stay there again

I have always loved Marriott but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with every little and big thing!! I’d recommend staying at this hotel because of a 10/10 experience!! They accommodated each and every request I had!! Amsxing breakfast!! A fire in extremely cold weather.. wonderfully clean pool and hot tub!! Felt very safe here!! Loved it!! Comfy beds and welcoming all the way around!!

Nice place for an overnight visit before I get on a plane tomorrow. The lady at the front desk was absolutely a doll. I wish all hotels had staff like her. Y'all definitely have one of a kind I didn't get her name or I would tell it to you. She had light brown hair like caramel color and freckles. Super sweet girl.

From the first day we asked for cleaning service in the room, they simply said that the order had already been made on the computer, but when we arrived each night to rest we found the room dirty and without doing the cleaning service and the person in charge only told us that he can't do anything.

We had the King suite which faces the court yard. Very nice room, love having a separate living room from the bedroom. What I would like to see is a closet or armoire added in the bedroom for hanging your clothes instead of using the coat closet. The bathroom is a bit tight and a grab bar should be on the opposite side it is now, you cannot easily get in and out of the tub where the handle is now.

This is a great property for visiting downtown Spokane. It feels secluded and quite, but connects directly to the park so you can safely walk anywhere you want to go downtown. Plus it has easy free parking which is hard to come by in Spokane. The staff was welcoming and the room had a great layout.
