the hotel are looking good. price ok the bathroom clogged worse the heater are noisy cannot sleep overall, room is consider BAD.

We really like this place. It’s close to the airport and comes with a little kitchen and it’s dog friendly. The staff are very professional and friendly.

We had to wait for the front desk person for over 10 minutes to come in. I did not receive a receipt for our stay.

The bathroom was filthy!! Toilet had urine behind the toilet seat and around the outside of the toilet bowl. Sink and counter didnt look like it was even cleaned.

From beginning to end, you guys were fantastic. Honestly will probably stay there, everytime I come back out to Spokane. Thanks for showing this Canadian some great hospitality. I was really impressed.

I reported that the heater was out in one of the rooms. Someone came by to check the heater. Said it needed a part and I never heard back. Me and my granddaughter ended up getting sick from it being so cold. We ended up sleeping on the couch, in the living room. Which was very uncomfortable. I had to cut my visit short with my granddaughter and drive 2 hours to take her back home to her mother, so she can seek medical attention for her. She's the only reason I visit Spokane. I stay at Stratford Suites every time I do visit. My personal opinion, these things need to be checked on a regular basis so these types of incidents can be avoided, especially when you have cold weather. The toilet in room 127 needs to be checked. It is leaking in the back. The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was old food under the bed in the bedroom. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest. I know you guys offer free WiFi but it wasn't working. That needs to be looked at, as well. With the heater incident, I think I should be compensated, credited or something. I really didn't enjoy my stay this time due to getting sick. Any questions or concerns you may have, please feel free to contact me. Thank you, Deloris

Nice and quiet and very close to where I needed to go. A bit dusty and oven was not clean, but very nice establishment and employees. Great price and would stay again and recommend.
